One of the forms of natural medicine in Indonesia is phytopharmaca. Until now, based on the data, there is an increase in the production of phytopharmaceutical preparations. The use of phytopharmaca must continue to be increased for the utilization of Indonesian Herbal medicine. There is an Information System that contains information about Phytopharmacia called SIFITA to support the provision of information by pharmaceutical personnel for patient education. The aim of the study was to determine the success of Phytopharmaca Information System support on the knowledge of Pharmaceutical Workers in Semarang City. Prospective quantitative research design. The sample used was 350 pharmaceutical workers in Semarang City who work in health care facilities. The instrument was a valid and reliable questionnaire. The instrument question constructs used the HOT-Fit (Human Organization Technology, Net benefit) method for SIFITA and measurement of success in improving knowledge. The analysis used Chi Square test, Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient test, and N-Gain test. The results of this study p value = 0.00 0.05 means that there is a difference in knowledge before and after using the Phytopharmaceutical Information System by Pharmaceutical Workers in Semarang City, p value = 0.00 0.05 means that there is an influence of the Phytopharmaceutical Information System on the knowledge of Pharmaceutical Workers in Semarang City with a moderate relationship strength level of 0.59, and this Phytopharmaceutical Information System measured by NGain is quite effective 69.77%.

Abstract

In Indonesia, hypertension occupies the fourth highest position as a deadly disease. The prevalence of hypertension in Central Java reached 37.57% based on measurements for the ≥18 year old population. Hypertension uncontrolled if not treated immediately can cause complications disease. Complications can be prevented by dutifully taking medication. Adherence to taking medication was what really determines the success of treatment therapy. Compliance Drink medicament can measured with using method Pill-Count and self report. Method Pill-Count was carried-out by calculating the patient's remaining medication. Meanwhile self report thiswas carried-out by giving an MMAS-8 questionnaire that consist of 8 written list of  questions to the patient. This study aims to determine the level of patient adherence to drug use oral antihypertensives by method pill- count in hypertensive patients in the Clinic and correlation between methods Pill-Count and MMAS-8.  This research is a type of non-experimental research with observational methods that are quantitatively correlative with design data collection prospective. Sampling techniques using techniques total sampling. The number of samples used was 31 samples. Source data taken from the questionnaire sheet and analysis used in this research is analysis univariate, analysis bivariate, test chi-square and correlation test spearman rank. Validity was assessed using Pearson correlation with r-table = 0.279, and reliability was evaluated using Cronbach’s alpha. The results of the study obtained that the patient's level of compliance from the test chi- square has a sig value of 0.008<0.05 which means the patient's level of compliance with using oral antihypertensive drugs using the method pill-count and MMAS-8 in the clinic is classified as compliant. Test spearman rank shows that there is a relationship between the level of adherence to taking antihypertensive drugs and the method Pill-Count and MMAS-8 which has a sig value result of 0.008 < 0.05. The results of this study show that patient compliance on usage medicament oral antihypertensives in clinic classified as a medium level of relationship.

Abstract

Papaya peel (Carica Papaya L.) is a plant that has several pharmacological activities because it contains secondary metabolites in the form of phenolics and flavonoids. This study aims to determine the total phenolic and flavonoid levels in the extract and fraction of papaya peel using the colorimetric method. The research method for determining total phenolic content with the Folin-Ciocalteu method, using gallic acid as a comparator, and the determination of total flavonoid content using the AlCl3 complex formation method with quercetin as a comparator, both using UV-Visible spectrophotometry. The results of the total phenolic content of the ethanol extract of papaya peel, the water fraction of papaya peel, the ethyl fraction of papaya peel, and the n-hexane fraction of papaya peel were 79.6393%, 65.5173%, 84.5257%, and 48.0085%, respectively. The results of the total flavonoid content of the ethanol extract of papaya fruit peel, the water fraction of papaya fruit peel, the ethyl acetate fraction of papaya fruit peel, and the n-hexane fraction of papaya fruit peel were 55.1744%, 33.2677%, 87.2572%, and 21.1696%, respectively. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the greatest total phenolic and total flavonoid content was in the ethyl acetate fraction of unripe papaya fruit peel extract.
