Abstract

Program Pentingnya Sekolah yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN kelompok 117 ini sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak dan orang tua, tentang pentingnya pendidikan formal. Pendidikan merupakan kunci utama dalam membentuk karakter, mengembangkan keterampilan, serta meningkatkan taraf hidup seseorang. Namun, di beberapa daerah, masih banyak anak yang belum mendapatkan kesempatan bersekolah karena berbagai faktor, seperti ekonomi, kurangnya kesadaran, atau akses yang terbatas. Adapun tujuan dari sosialisasi ini adalah menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan formal dalam kehidupan pribadi dan sosial, membantu meningkatkan jumlah anak yang bersekolah, terutama di daerah yang tingkat partisipasi sekolahnya rendah. Memberikan informasi terkait beasiswa, bantuan sekolah, serta solusi bagi keluarga yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyekolahkan anak mereka, mengembangkan karakter anak-anak yang siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan bekal pendidikan. Sosialisasi Pentingnya Sekolah ini dilakukan pada tiga lembaga yang ada disekitar desa Pondok Dalem, diantaranya MI Zainul Ihsan, SDN Pondok Dalem 1, dan SDN Pondok Dalem 2.

Abstract

According on Islam itself, those changes is something that must be embraced and made to an implementive factor of religion teachings. In due course, those become the problems and challenges itself to invent a precise implementation and actualization with the social changes that occurs, no matter that it’s from historical, geographic, social, politics, morals, and even ethical perspective. The purpose of these research is: 1) to examine the social aspect of Madinah Islamic civilization under the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad?. 2) To analyze the dialectics of Islamic social aspect on behalf of modern life. These research is included to qualitative research with library research type. The technique of data collecting and processing that used is library research technique. After that, the social theory that used on these research is Emille Durkheim’s social theories. The conclusion of these research is 1) Under the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad, Islam society is capable of becoming a social structure that materialize social and religion balances. 2) The social changes of modern society requires the adaptation of application and implementation from the teachings of Islamic religion.

Abstract

Background: A person's mental health plays a significant role in their lives since it allows them to function as living creatures and carry out their daily activities. A person in good mental health is able to see their own potential, manage everyday stressors, perform efficiently, and positively impact their surroundings. Aims: This study aims to analyze the relationship between genetic, socio-economic, and environmental factors on mental health in adolescents. Methods: A review of the literature from 2019 to 2024 was conducted as part of this research technique using Pubmed and Science Direct with the keywords “mental health”, “socio-economic factors”, “genetic factors”, “adolescents". Results: The literature review finds that mental disorders are caused by a combination of genetic, biological, psychological, and environmental factors. However, of the 15 factors that were examined, there was 1 factor that was not associated with adolescent mental health, namely physical activity. In a study conducted by Amir, et al. (2024) showed that there was no correlation between physical activity and anxiety (one of the mental health disorders). Conclusion: Based on the results of a literature review of 15 journals, it can be concluded that adolescent mental health is not only influenced by socio- economic factors but also by genetic, environmental, and interpersonal relationship factors.

Abstract

Corn (Zea mays L) is a crop that is very well known by the Indonesian people and is a staple food in certain areas. The development of corn-based food can be made into emping that has a potential to be eaten by anyone without fear of the certain diseases risk. Panduman Village is a producer of corn, besides of tobacco and rice which are usually sold directly in raw product, for this reason it is very important to carry out community service to increase economic value by making corn flakes traditionally by housewives. The training material classified into how to make corn emping, packaging, and marketing strategies by applying the learning by doing and FGD methods. The results of the community services achieved by housewives in Panduman Village are they were able to make emping with many different tastes (salty, sweet, tasty), packaging and marketing strategies and corn has added economic value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas media pembelajaran ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle dalam meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto terhadap materi teks anekdot. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi diterapkan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman, persepsi, dan interaksi siswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Permainan sliding puzzle yang interaktif dan menantang mendorong siswa untuk memahami alur cerita secara visual, menemukan hubungan antar bagian gambar, dan menemukan pesan moral. Siswa merasa lebih aktif, terlibat, dan percaya diri dalam menulis teks anekdot setelah menggunakan media ini. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kekurangan, seperti keterbatasan konten sliding puzzle yang spesifik, ketergantungan pada teknologi, dan potensi pengurangan interaksi langsung antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan bagi dunia pendidikan dengan menunjukkan potensi ProProfs Games berbasis sliding puzzle sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks anekdot.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Teacher's Efforts in Improving Activities Learning on thematic Learning for Students during the Covid-19 Pandemic Class V Elementary School IES Al-Ghuroba' Sorong Regency. Researchers focus research on 1). The teacher's efforts in improving learning activities in thematic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, class V students. 2). Teacher supporting factors in increase activities in thematic learning during the covid-19 pandemic. 3). Factors inhibiting teachers in increasing activities in thematic learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative research, subject in this study were principals, fifth-grade teachers, fifth-grade students data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are for face-to-face learning, efforts from the teacher to increase student activity in learning, namely establishing a short but effective learning time. Prepare learning in various methods is integrated into the game. And for learning online this is done via video. Inhibiting factors in increasing student learning activities are limited study time for all activities learn in thematic learning and other learning, as well as parents who do not have supporting media for learning, namely Hand Phone (HP). Factor Supporters in increasing student learning activities are teachers preparing creative learning that is supported by the media and starts with the preparation of lesson plans, the role of parents, the cooperation of parents and teachers

Abstract

Children's education faces challenges in providing innovative and engaging learning methods in the digital era. The biggest challenge is the limited use of technology as a learning medium because educators are less skilled in utilizing it. In an effort to overcome this, YouTube Kids, an application specifically designed for children with educational video content, can be an effective solution. This application provides a variety of safe and age-appropriate educational videos, as well as parental control features to ensure content security. The use of YouTube Kids as a learning medium can increase student engagement, information retention, and understanding of material through interactive concept visualization. Therefore, training for educators at Darul Mubtadi'in 02 Kindergarten in utilizing YouTube Kids is very important to create a more innovative, engaging, and effective learning environment. This training aims to improve teachers' skills in using technology and digital media, as well as integrating YouTube Kids content into the curriculum, so as to provide an active, creative, and enjoyable learning atmosphere for students.

Abstract

Stunting in Indonesia is a national health problem that is recorded as high. In order to minimize it, optimizing the role of posyandu cadres in processing halal and thayyib supplementary food (PMT) in Mlawang Village is the main focus of this community service activity. The method used in carrying out this community service is by using the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, there are five steps, namely, discovery, dream, design, define, destiny. Therefore, this community service activity was carried out to improve the understanding and skills of posyandu cadres in processing halal and thayyib PMT as a preventive measure to prevent stunting. Based on the pre-test value of 50% which increased in the post-test to 95%, it can be concluded that the activities in the form of education and training have had a very good impact.

Abstract

This study aims to review the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving students' problem-solving skills and learning outcomes in Biology. This study was conducted using a literature review method of relevant national and international articles. Data sources were obtained through a Google Scholar search with the keywords "Problem-Based Learning" and "Biology", and were selected based on the criteria of the year of publication (2018–2024), relevance to the field of science, and presentation of quantitative data. The analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, content analysis, and critical analysis. The results of the study show that the PBL model consistently improves students' learning outcomes and critical thinking skills compared to conventional methods. The increase in students' average scores was recorded between 4% and 24%, depending on the combination of approaches, such as audio-visual-based PBL, concept mapping, scaffolding, and role playing. In addition to cognitive aspects, PBL has also been shown to strengthen students' social skills, including cooperation, communication, and self-confidence in group discussions. The success of implementing this model is highly dependent on the role of the teacher as a facilitator, students' readiness for independent learning, and the support of interactive media. Therefore, PBL is recommended to be applied in Biology learning as an approach that can improve students' academic achievements as well as 21st century competencies.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to find out how big a role stress management plays in the stability of students. Where life in various Islamic boarding schools demands that students behave independently and are trained to do several things independently too. The research was conducted at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School using a case study type qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that students who are predominantly teenagers are very vulnerable to mental health disorders. This is because the students are still in the learning process with a quite busy schedule. The role of foster carers in providing assistance to students greatly influences the development of the students' condition, especially in Mental Health. Several activities and policies are carried out by central and regional Islamic boarding school administrators to implement stress management for students in the hope that students will continue to participate in all Islamic boarding school activities well.
