Abstract

Fenomena pengembangan pariwisata berbasis syariah kini telah menjadi keharusan bagi masyarakat Indonesia dan bahkan untuk masyarakat global. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sedikitnya dua aturan yang mengaturnya. Kedua aturan tersebut berkaitan dengan syariah normatif dan peraturan yang mengatur implementasi secara hukum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan pariwisata halal di Indonesia dalam hal Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) dan Peraturan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini adalah tinjauan konseptual yang menggunakan metode penelitian literatur yang bersumber dari jurnal otoritatif, buku dan dokumen dan masih relevan dengan studi pariwisata halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah besar permintaan publik untuk kunjungan pariwisata halal di Indonesia mengakibatkan perlunya regulasi normatif dan positif yang mengatur. Akhirnya, MUI mengeluarkan dan menetapkan nomor fatwa: 108 / DSN-MUI / IX / 2016 mengenai implementasi pariwisata berdasarkan prinsip syariah dan Nomor Peraturan Daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat. 2 tahun 2016 tentang pariwisata halal. Secara keseluruhan, indikator pariwisata halal sesuai dengan Nomor Fatwa DSN-MUI: 108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 dan Nomor Peraturan Daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat. 2 2016 Kontennya hampir sama dan saling terkait satu sama lain. Satu-satunya perbedaan adalah dalam penggunaan istilah "pariwisata syariah" dalam fatwa DSN-MUI sementara konten dalam peraturan regional (PERDA) menggunakan istilah "pariwisata halal".

Abstract

The role of education in fostering high-quality human resources and equipping students with relevant skills is paramount. In the context of Islamic Education (PAI), the complexities of learning pose significant challenges, particularly in terms of instilling spiritual values and developing students' character. The advent of globalization and technological advancements has rendered multimedia an innovative tool in enhancing students' interest and understanding. Multimedia-based learning models facilitate active learning through a multifaceted combination of texts, audio, videos, and interactive animations. Empirical evidence suggests that this approach is efficacious in promoting learning motivation and comprehension of complex concepts in PAI subjects. Observations and interviews conducted at SMP Namira indicate that the integration of multimedia in PAI learning has yielded positive outcomes, including enhanced engagement, increased student participation, and improved understanding of the material. This study seeks to investigate the effectiveness of multimedia implementation in PAI learning and provide recommendations for future development.

Abstract

This research explores effective behavior management strategies for improving the quality of education in the classroom environment. The main focus of the study is to identify and analyze how integrating moral values such as honesty, responsibility, and empathy in behavior management can influence learning effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of documentation related to behavior management practices in various classes. The results showed that implementing systematic behavior management strategies, such as providing positive feedback, consistently enforcing rules, and creating a supportive learning environment, significantly increased student engagement, reduced distractions, and improved academic outcomes. The implications of this research highlight the importance of training teachers to implement effective behavior management strategies and the need to develop a structured learning environment to support better teaching and learning processes. This research contributes to understanding how effective behavior management can influence educational quality and provides practical recommendations for implementation in various educational settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji teks berita "Ibas Dukung Pembelajaran Coding di Sekolah: Untuk Mengejar Ketinggalan" menggunakan analisis wacana kritis Teun A. Van Dijk. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengungkap bagaimana struktur makro, superstruktur, dan mikro membentuk representasi realitas sosial, khususnya dalam isu modernisasi pendidikan dan kesenjangan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer berupa artikel berita dari Detiknews. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teks berita secara sistematis mengorganisasikan informasi untuk menekankan pentingnya pembelajaran coding dalam mengatasi ketertinggalan teknologi dan mengurangi kesenjangan sosial. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa wacana media memainkan peran signifikan dalam membentuk opini publik dan mendukung kebijakan pendidikan berbasis teknologi. Studi lanjutan dapat mengeksplorasi isu serupa di berbagai platform media untuk memperluas perspektif.

Abstract

 Alih kode dan campur kode sering digunakan dalam interaksi pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta memahami tentang bentuk-bentuk dari alih kode dan campur kode pada interaksi pembelajaran di Bimbel AHE Raja Edukasi Kedunglengkong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif guna mendekripsikan penggunaaan alih kode dan campur kode dalam interaksi pembelajaran di Bimbel AHE Raja Edukasi Kedunglengkong. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni terdapat empat teknik, antara lain teknik survey, rekam, simak, dan catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bentuk alih kode dan campur kode dalam interaksi pembelajaran di Bimbel AHE Raja Edukasi Kedunglengkong. Adapun bentuk-bentuk alih kode tersebut yakni pada aktivitas belajar mengajar tutor menggunakan bahasa Jawa maupun bahasa Inggris kepada siswanya, begitupun sebaliknya. Sedangkan bentuk campur kode tersebut dapat ditunjukkan melalui penggunaan antara bahasa Jawa dan bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Indonesia dengan bahasa Inggris, baik itu pada penyisipan kata ataupun frasa. Adanya pemakaian alih kode dan campur kode tersebut sebagai bentuk pelestarian terhadap bahasa lokal atau bahasa daerah, menghormati lawan bicara, memperkenalkan bahasa asing, dan juga dapat membantu siswa agar lebih mudah memahami materi yang telah disampaikan oleh tutor.

Abstract

One of the basic skills that children need to develop is motor skills, which consist of two parts: gross motor skills and fine motor skills. The problem raised in this research is how to apply the fingerpainting game to develop fine motor skills in children, and the research aims to find out whether the fingerpainting game can develop children's fine motor skills at KB Nurul Barokah, Wangkal Village. The analytical method used in this work is a qualitative descriptive research approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. They are checking the validity of the data through data credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. The results of this research show the development of all aspects of children, excellent physical aspects of fine motor skills through finger painting activities; children can also carry out other tasks such as buttoning their clothes, wearing their shoelaces, peeling their peanut shells and being able to hold a pencil correctly. Correct. This article proves that the fingerpainting game method can improve children's fine motor skills at KB Nurul Barokah Wangkal Gading.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the level of damage from histopathology of seminiferous tubules of testicular organs of albino rats affected by exposure to e-cigarette vapor. The 20 albino rats used were divided into 5 groups, which are the control group (C) not given exposure to e-cigarette vapor and the treatment group given exposure to e-cigarette vapor at different doses. Treatment groups T1 (0.3 mg/ml), T2 (3 mg/ml), T3 (12 mg/ml), T4 (36 mg/ml). All treatment groups were given perinhaled and the treatment was carried out for 14 days. At the end of treatment, albino rats were euthanized and then necropsied and testicular organs were preserved to make histopathological preparations using Hematoxilin-Eosin staining. The results of the histopathological picture of the seminiferous tubules of the testes were observed at 400x magnification and the thickness of the epithelium and the diameter of the seminiferous tubules. The results showed a significant change in the thickness of the seminiferous tubule epithelium in each treatment which decreased, but there was no significant change in the diameter of the seminiferous tubules. This study states that exposure to e-cigarette vapor in rats can cause a decrease in spermatogenesis.

Abstract

The dance challenge phenomenon on social media platforms such as TikTok has become a popular trend among Generation Z, while also raising moral and spiritual issues concerning the boundaries of entertainment from an Islamic perspective. Many young people perceive entertainment as a form of freedom of expression without considering the values of manners (adab) and ethics taught by the Prophet Muhammad. This study aims to examine the meaning of hadiths on entertainment and pleasure in Islam, describe the dance challenge phenomenon and the behavior of Generation Z on social media, analyze such behavior from the perspective of hadith, and explore the relevance of prophetic teachings to the challenges of contemporary digital life. Using a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from thematic hadiths, classical and contemporary Islamic literature, as well as recent studies on the digital behavior of young people. The findings reveal that entertainment in Islam is not absolutely prohibited but should remain within the limits of moderation (wasathiyah) and the principles of sharia. The hadiths emphasize the importance of balance between physical and spiritual needs and warn against entertainment that involves immorality (ma‘siat), tabarruj, or digital ostentation (riya’). The dance challenge can be positive when directed toward creative and educational expression but becomes negative when it violates Islamic moral norms. Therefore, the hadith serves as an ethical guideline for young Muslims to enjoy digital entertainment in a healthy, refined, and spiritually meaningful way.

Abstract

Adornment is something that is inherent in women. This can be seen from how they dress, there are a lot of models of women's clothing, therefore every day the clothes that women wear are always different. The trend of adornment and dressing is increasingly in demand today, both from social media and other media. And this has led to different ways of adornment and dressing people from ancient times and now. Also in this day and age, women also work and groom women with beautiful and attractive appearances.this research aims to find out how to adorn that women do when working. In this study, the maudu'i/thematic method was used, while the type of research used was library research and the approach used was qualitative approach. The result of this study is that adornment according to M. Quraish Shihab is not excessively adorned, not tabarruj, walking without swinging, not cursing perfume that smells strong. Adornment that women do when working adornment to Quraish Shihab is permissible as long as they do not adorn excessively, and do not fall into tabarruj and maintain Islamic manners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan wujud serta menganalisis fungsi alih kode dan campur kode dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas I SDN Perreng 2 Bangkalan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data berupa tuturan guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi nonpartisipan, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat, kemudian ditranskripsikan dan dianalisis melalui tahap reduksi, klasifikasi bentuk kebahasaan, serta interpretasi berdasarkan perspektif sosiolinguistik dan teori bilingualisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alih kode dominan terjadi pada tingkat antarkalimat sebagai strategi klarifikasi instruksi dan penegasan konsep, sedangkan campur kode muncul dalam bentuk penyisipan leksikal untuk fungsi regulatif dan afektif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa praktik bilingual dalam kelas awal berfungsi sebagai strategi scaffolding linguistik yang membantu pemahaman siswa, namun efektivitasnya bergantung pada penguatan kembali bahasa Indonesia sebagai medium akademik utama.
