Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pemasaran internal terhadap kinerja karyawan LPD di kecamatan Abiansemal. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 34 orang pegawai LPD di kecamatan Abiansemal. Pengujian penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan program smartPLS. berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pemasaran internal berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pemasaran Internal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of competition in the field of providing hotel lodging services, where the growing development of tourism causes the growth rate of tourism accommodation such as hotels to also increase. This causes non-star hotels as one of the providers of hospitality services to also improve to face this competition by changing the system they have in order to still have an advantage over their competitors. In this study using respondents as many as 91 people with quantitative analysis and testing the research path test was carried out using the Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) 2.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the research analysis, it was found that internal marketing had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had an insignificant positive effect on service quality, and internal marketing had a significant positive effect on service quality. The implementation of this research is to maintain and improve internal marketing by rewarding work performance, to increase job satisfaction by listening more to the suggestions given by employees, and to maintain and improve service quality by always giving personal/special attention to guests who stay and understand the special needs of staying guests. In addition, the results of this study also create a gap for further research, where the relationship between internal marketing and service quality has no significant positive effect.

Abstract

Agro tourism is a place for nature-based creativity and packaged in the form of trips or tourism activities to plantations or agriculture. One of them is luwak coffee agro tourism. This agrotourism has an icon of luwak coffee as a mainstay product in attracting tourists and increasing sales. Through a study entitled "Innovation concept as a strategy in argrowisata in improving marketing performance of luwak coffee product in Bali. The purpose of this research is to know the variables that become the power, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the face of Luwak coffee agro tourism in marketing its products. Engineering data collection done by using the method of interviewing, observation, and documentation. Whereas technical analysis using IE and SWOT matrix. From the results of research in the know agro-tourism Luwak coffee has strength (Strength), namely: innovation is technically in producing quality products with options, change the design in accordance with the wishes of the customer, developed ideas and systems change the distribution. In addition, the completeness of facilities, special rates, service, location, employee appearance, the mastery of a foreign language. While his weakness (Weakness) lack of promotion of the maximum, and the lack of mastery of the technology in the production of goods. Opportunity (Opportunity) of environmental external in the show by the Bali security stability indicators conducive, local government policy that is flexible, the rate of inflation, the bargaining power of buyers. While the threats (Treats) agro-tourism growth rates, the influx of newcomers the same products, the existence of goods substitution that can replace the product, the competition is fellow companies in the industry, the existence of the bargaining power of buyers. Performance marketing in doing that is to improve the quality of the product, promotion, price adjustment, intense, best service with distribution system fast, innovation.

Abstract

To increase sales of Luwak coffee agrotourism, the innovation strategy is in increasing the value of its sales. Through research entitled "Innovation as a Competitive Strategy for Competitiveness of Agro Tourism in Increasing Marketing Performance of Luwak Coffee Products in Gianyar. The purpose of this study is to find out the variables that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Luwak coffee agro tourism in marketing their products. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview, observation, and documentation methods. While analysis techniques are combined with SWOT analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that Luwak coffee agro-tourism has strength, namely: technical innovation in producing products with quality choices, design changes according to customer desires, developing ideas and changes in distribution systems. Besides the complete facilities, special prices, services, strategic location, employee appearance, mastery of foreign languages, and guides. While the weaknesses (Weakness) lack of maximum promotion, and lack of mastery of technology in the production of goods. Opportunities from the external environment are indicated by conducive indicators of Bali security stability, flexible local government policies, inflation rates and the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar. While the threat (Treats) the growth rate of agrotourism and the development of technology is getting faster. Marketing performance that is done is to improve product quality, vigorous promotions, price adjustments, best services and improve cooperative relations with various companies.

Abstract

Maximum cooperative management has an impact on cooperative performance that is getting better and healthier. Management of human resources in cooperatives is a way to improve cooperative performance. From the development of cooperatives and the results of interviews with cooperative employees about creativity that tends to be low, job satisfaction is lacking and employee performance is low, it will be very important and it is necessary to do research. Research respondents totaled 60 people, with a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling and analyzed using Smart PLS. The results and discussion of the data in this study indicate that the performance of employees at cooperative institutions in the North Denpasar sub-district is strongly influenced by the level of creativity and the role of employee job satisfaction itself. From these results, it is suggested that cooperative institutions in developing their businesses should be based on the value of creativity in providing services to the community, considering that cooperative institutions currently have almost the same service concept so they need to be supported by a dimension of creativity that provides innovation value in competition.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization. Every organization will also always improve the quality of its resources so that its performance is satisfactory. The quality improvement is also one of the efforts to make employees more motivated and clear the direction of the goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and the effect of communication on employee performance in the sculpture industry. The research data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this study were all employees in the sculpture industry with a total sample of 86 people. Sampling was done by using the saturated sample technique. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results show that transformational leadership and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the sculpture industry

Abstract

The performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit decreased allegedly because there are still employees who are not competent in their work, other causes are suspected to be due to work placements that are not in accordance with the latest educational background of the employee, and there are still some employees who do not have career development opportunities (transfers and promotions). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, job placement and career development on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit. The research population is 154 employees at the Main Office of PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit. The sample in this study was 61 employees who were determined based on the simple random sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit Distribution Bali. Further research if you want to examine employee performance should take variables other than those used in this study.

Abstract

Work family conflict atau juga bisa disebut sebagai konflik peran ganda dan beban kerja yang terjadi pada seorang karyawan yang memiliki dua peran tidak menutup kemungkinan karyawan tersebut mengalami stres kerja. Setiap pekerjaan bisa dikatakan sebagai penyebab munculnya stres, karena didasari adanya beban kerja yang terlalu banyak, konflik peran dan adanya proses penyesuaian hubungan dengan orang lain. Peneliti dalam hal ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh dari work family conflict, beban kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap intention to quit karyawan wanita. Populasi pada penelitian ini karyawan pada industri kerajinan inka di kabupaten jembaran yang berjumlah 85 karyawan. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel yakni sebanyak 85 karyawan wanita. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work family conflict, beban kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap meningkatnya intention to quit karyawan wanita. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap intention to quit.

Abstract

Dalam organisasi, kinerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi, oleh karena itu perlunya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan pada The Nyaman Hotel Bali. Pada penelitian ini, sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan The Nyaman Hotel Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan yaitu seluruh karyawan The Nyaman Hotel Bali sebanyak 31 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis di dapat bahwa variabel pengembangan karir, motivasi dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada The Nyaman Hotel Bali. Saran bagi perusahaan, diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab, pengembangan diri dan minat kerja karyawan, sehingga kinerja karyawan dapat lebih optimal.

Abstract

The development of the skincare industry has made competition very tight. It takes a unique approach that companies use to compete and attract customers to use their products. The purpose of this research is to study and explain how the use of social media, brand image, and brand representation influence consumer decisions to buy Ms. skincare products. glow. A total of 85 units of respondents were selected purposively based on the criteria that they had purchased Ms. skincare products. Glow more than once. Based on multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23.0, this study shows that social media marketing has a positive and significant impact on consumer decisions to buy skincare products Ms. Glow in Denpasar City. In addition, the use of brand image and brand ambassadors also has a positive and significant impact on consumer decisions to buy Ms. skincare products. Glow in Denpasar City. However, the use of brand ambassadors has the greatest impact on consumers in deciding to buy Ms Glow skincare products. Keywords: social media, brand, purchase decision
