Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competency and organizational commitment on employee work effectiveness. This research was conducted at LPD Mengwi with used as a sample of 50 respondents. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires are feasible, then analyzed using SPSS 19.0. The results of the study give the meaning that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The results of the beta regression coefficient or independent variable that have the most dominant effect on the dependent variable are organizational commitment variables. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of this study indicate that for competence shows a positive, it can be concluded that competence has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness and for commitment organization shows a positive. Then it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness.

Abstract

Niat membeli terbentuk dari sikap konsumen terhadap produk dari keyakinan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk. Dalam upaya meningkatkan niat beli diperlukan adanya penetapan harga yang tepat , peningkatan kualitas makanan dan peningakatan pelayanan sehingga menimbulkan niat konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas makanan, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap niat beli di Warung Dekade. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 185 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli di Warung Dekade, kualitas makanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli di Warung Dekade, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli di Warung Dekade. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap niat berkunjung kembali, seperti kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Orientasi Pasar adalah segala sistem yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas dan hasil yang diperoleh. Kinerja pemasaran didefinisikan sebagai usaha pengukuran tingkat kerja meliputi volume penjualan, jumlah pelanggan dan pertumbuhan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana faktor pengaruh orientasi pasar pada pengusaha kerajinan keramik Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pengusaha kerajinan keramik. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 pedagang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada kerajinan keramik, keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada kerajinan keramik

Abstract

Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on the element of human resources. The appropriate competence causes human resources to have superior performance, so as to encourage organizational success. The organization will develop and be able to survive if it is supported by employees who are competent in their respective fields. Meanwhile, Transformational Leadership is a leader who can motivate his followers to carry out above expectations and beyond self-interest for the benefit of the organization. . This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of competence and transformational leadership on employee performance at the Pedungan Village Cooperative Unit, Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees at the Pedungan Village Cooperative Unit, Denpasar as many as 37 employees. In this study, the sample of the entire population was 37 employees. The results showed that competence and transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Human resources in an organization or company are the main cogs and determinants of the success of a company organization.Increased employee productivity will bring progress for the company to be able to survive in a competitive business environment in the era of globalization with a leader who can carry out tasks or management functions. the ability to influence and move other people to work to achieve organizational goals, while job characteristics are a follow-up to the job design process. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style, work ability, job characteristics on employee work productivity at PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Gianyar. The population of this study were production employees at PT.Nusa Kahyangan Asri Gianyar. The sample in this study were 45 employees based on the sampling method. The results showed that leadership style, work ability, job characteristics had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of the employees of PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Gianyar. Further research can develop this research by using other variables in theory to have an influence on work productivity

Abstract

Amatara Royal Ganesha Hotel is a company engaged in the field of accommodation services (Hospitality). This company prioritizes the company's image in order to survive, compete, and dominate the market share of users of tourism services, so that the company can grow and develop properly. Company image obtained by Amatara Royal Ganesha Hotel is the result of customer satisfaction appointed by employees given to customers and customer loyalty offered by the company to customers in order to fulfill their hopes and desires. This research was conducted to discuss the effect of company image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Amatara Royal Ganesha. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. Determination of the sample using a simple random method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence on the company's image, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Purchasing interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take actions related to purchasing decisions as measured by the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. Consumer buying interest will arise when consumers are already interested or already feel confident about the quality of the product in the brand. In determining the choice, a consumer will of course be faced with a variety of information from a product. Currently consumers do not need to worry, because to find out various kinds of information about a product, consumers can look for it online or with various other media. One of the sophisticated media that can attract consumers to buy a product is the use of advertising. In modern marketing activities, advertising is part of the promotion mix, together with personal selling, publicity and trade promotion activities. Meanwhile, from the perspective of marketing and economic communication, the promotion mix is part of the marketing mix activities. The phenomenon that occurs at Honda is that even though it is at the forefront of sales of automatic motorbikes, there are several Honda brands that have experienced a decline in sales in 2019, especially the Honda Pcx type. The population in this study were all consumers of Honda Pcx motorbikes who visited Astra Motor. The sample in this study were 96 respondents who were determined based on the accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that advertising and product quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which in theory have an influence on buying interest.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is a human processing process, through planning, recruitment, compensation selection, safety and health and maintaining relationships until termination of employment in order to achieve company goals and increase welfare. Performance is important in organizations because performance is considered a measure of manager success. in managing the organization and its human resources. Organizational culture is a cognitive framework consisting of attitudes, values, behavioral norms and expectations that are shared by members of the organization. Medium Compensation is everything that employees receive in return for their work. Compensation programs are also important for companies, because they reflect the organization's efforts to maintain human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at Villa Semana Resort & Spa, as many as 47 employees. In this study the total population sample was 47 employees. The results of this research on organizational culture. and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam penggerak kemajuan sebuah organisasi. Karyawan yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan baik dapat membantu organisasi untuk terus tumbuh dan berkembang. Kinerja karyawan menjadi peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi. Hal tersebut juga terjadi pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Kuta, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja, Komunikasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Kuta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Kuta sebanyak 70 orang, dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yang seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini artinya semakin tepat penempatan kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin baik, dan sebaliknya jika penempatan kerja kurang tepat maka akan berdampak pada penurunan kinerja karyawan. Sama halnya dengan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini artinya apabila komunikasi terjalin dengan baik maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat demikian sebaliknya bilamana komunikasi kurang baik maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun dan sama halnya dengan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, ini artinya apabila karyawan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan berkompeten maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin baik, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kompetensi yang dimilki oleh para karyawan maka akan berdampak pada menurunnya kinerja karyawan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yaitu kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tirta Investama Aqua Mambal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Tirta Investama Aqua Mambal yang berjumlah 115 orang karyawan. Perhitungan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 30% dari populasi karena jumlah populasi lebih dari 100 maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang didukung dengan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinieritas dan heterokedastisitas), analisis korelasi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disarankan PT. Tirta Investama Aqua Mambal mempertahankan peran kebenaran dan keadilan dalam pemberian kompensasi dan mempertahankan lowongan jabatan.
