Abstract

The company will certainly create a strategy to be able to better satisfy its visitors on the one hand and on the other hand can improve the performance of its employees. For this reason, the role of competence, work discipline and motivation by employees is needed so that it is important for companies to retain these potential employees. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of competence, work discipline and motivation at PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency. The population used in this study were all employees of PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency, amounting to 36 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample or census, namely sampling that takes into account the consideration that the entire population is the sample. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Prior to the analysis, the test was carried out first and continued with the classical assumption test consisting of the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bhanda Reksa (PERSERO) Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is management that focuses its members through various strategic steps in order to improve employee performance towards optimizing organizational goals. There are three factors that affect employee performance, namely the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. The method of determining the sample used is saturated sampling or census method with a total of 35 employees as respondents. The population in this study were the employees of the Jembatan Budaya Foundation. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation increase, employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali, this study aims to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics, Competence and Communication on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali. The sample used in this study was 45 respondents using simple random sampling method. The method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that individual characteristics and communication had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali while the charge has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali.

Abstract

An employee is said to have high performance, if the set workload is achieved and if the realization of work results is higher than that set by the company. Employee performance is very necessary, because with this performance it will be known how far their ability is in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. This research was conducted at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The object of research in this study is compensation, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The population in this study were 63 employees of PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The sample in this study were 63 respondents who were determined based on the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bank Denpasar Main Branch.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas menjadi prioritas dan kebutuhan utama setiap perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan tentunya akan berusaha untuk mendapatkan SDM yang hebat dan berkualitas agar dapat mendukung efektifitas dalam pekerjaan dari sebuah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Kinerja karyawan menjadi peranan penting dalam suatu organisasi. Hal tersebut juga terjadi pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kompetensi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung sebanyak 35 orang, dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yang seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini artinya semakin baik beban kerja maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung. Sama halnya dengan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Ini artinya berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung demikian sebaliknya bilamana kompetensi kurang baik maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun dan sama halnya dengan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Ini artinya semakin tinggi motivasi maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat pada Villa Taman Sari Pengubengan Kerobokan Badung.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work performance in the form of both quality and quantity achieved by human resources per unit time in carrying out their work duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. factors that can affect employee performance include work stress, work conflict, and work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work conflict, and work discipline on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas II Gianyar Regency. The location of this research is UPTD Puskesmas Sukawati II Gianyar Regency which is located at Jl.Kesawa No.1, Singapadu Kaler, Kec. Sukawati, Gianyar Regency. The objects examined in this study are work stress, work conflict, work discipline, and employee performance. The population in this study was all employees of the Sukawati II Health Center, Gianyar Regency, totaling 72, determining the number of samples used by the authors in this study using the census method based on the provisions put forward by Sugiyono (2017), who said that "saturation sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Another term for saturated sample is census. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work stress, work conflict, and work discipline had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Sukawati II, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

PT Telkom as a state-owned company should provide satisfactory service to its customers, for this reason, employees who are competent in their respective fields of work are needed so that they can show maximum performance in providing services. However, several problems began to be encountered, starting from individual characteristics, employee competence, and an organizational climate that was not yet conducive, causing employee performance to be less than optimal. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of individual characteristics, competencies, and organizational climate on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. The population in this study was all employees at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch as many as 35 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, so that the entire population was used as a sample. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan perlu meningkatkan perhatian khususnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik dari segi keterampilan ataupun ilmu pengetahuan, kemudian perlu meningkatkan dari segi karir maupun tingkat kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pradnya Teknik serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pradnya Teknik dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pradnya Teknik. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan lima poin skala likert sebagai alat ukur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Pradnya Teknik dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 orang. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program pengolahan data SPSS for Windows. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pradnya Teknik, serta kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pradnya Teknik, Sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pradnya Teknik.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah suatu yang ditampilkan oleh seorang atau suatu proses yang berkaitan dengan tugas kerja yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee Engagement, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Fastrata Buana Denpasar.Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Fastrata Buana Denpasar dengan total sampel sebanyak 94 orang karyawan. Metode Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam perusahaan untuk mensinergikan sumber daya lainnya yang dimiliki perusahaan guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 orang karyawan pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali. Metode penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah anĂ¡lisis regresi linier melalui program SPSS versi 25. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali. Semakin tinggi disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali. Semakin tinggi motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali. Semakin baik komunikasi interpersonal yang terjalin antara karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bali maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat.
