Abstract

A new shopping trend thas has emerged among today’s society is shopping online, especially after the emergence of many electronic commerce or what we usually know as e-commerce. The decision to use can be interpreted as choosing from two or more existing alternatives and choosing one of them, where the alternative choice that consumers choose depends on their needs which can encourage them to make the right choice, such as choosing to use e-commerce Shopee. This research aims to find out and explain E-Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and E-Service Quality on Usage Decisions. The sample in this research was 96 respondents who were e-commerce Shopee users in Denpasar City. Determining the sample in this research used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. The research results show that E-Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Usage Decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The population under investigation consisted of employees at PT Tirta Investama. The sample for this study comprised 86 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. A questionnaire was utilized to collect primary data from the 86 respondents. The research employed regression analysis to ascertain the influence of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The results, derived from multiple linear regression analysis, revealed several significant findings. The T-test indicated that self-leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.210 and a significance level of 0.007, which is below the threshold of 0.05. Motivation similarly demonstrated a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.260 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, self- efficacy exhibited a positive and significant effect, supported by a coefficient value of 0.276 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. These findings underscore the importance of self- leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy in enhancing employee performance within the context of PT Tirta Investama.

Abstract

Agro tourism is a place for nature-based creativity and packaged in the form of trips or tourism activities to plantations or agriculture. One of them is luwak coffee agro tourism. This agrotourism has an icon of luwak coffee as a mainstay product in attracting tourists and increasing sales. Through a study entitled "Innovation concept as a strategy in argrowisata in improving marketing performance of luwak coffee product in Bali. The purpose of this research is to know the variables that become the power, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the face of Luwak coffee agro tourism in marketing its products. Engineering data collection done by using the method of interviewing, observation, and documentation. Whereas technical analysis using IE and SWOT matrix. From the results of research in the know agro-tourism Luwak coffee has strength (Strength), namely: innovation is technically in producing quality products with options, change the design in accordance with the wishes of the customer, developed ideas and systems change the distribution. In addition, the completeness of facilities, special rates, service, location, employee appearance, the mastery of a foreign language. While his weakness (Weakness) lack of promotion of the maximum, and the lack of mastery of the technology in the production of goods. Opportunity (Opportunity) of environmental external in the show by the Bali security stability indicators conducive, local government policy that is flexible, the rate of inflation, the bargaining power of buyers. While the threats (Treats) agro-tourism growth rates, the influx of newcomers the same products, the existence of goods substitution that can replace the product, the competition is fellow companies in the industry, the existence of the bargaining power of buyers. Performance marketing in doing that is to improve the quality of the product, promotion, price adjustment, intense, best service with distribution system fast, innovation.

Abstract

Technology advances have created a map of competition in the Online Travel Agent (OTA) service provider industry in Indonesia. Pegipegi.com as an online service provider is one of the competitors whose sales fluctuate from year to year. In this study used 97 respondents with data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. examination the research conducted revealed that brand trust had a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions, then experiential marketing also had a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions and so does e-promotion variables which had a significant positive effect on purchases decisions.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, with a focus on the mediating role of knowledge sharing. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 126 respondents from small and medium-sized export industries in Bali. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, knowledge sharing serves as a mediator between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. The study acknowledges limitations, such as potential bias from self-assessment methods. The implications suggest that leaders in small and medium-sized industries should gain a deeper understanding of the relationships between these variables and the mediating mechanisms involved. This information can be valuable for enhancing leadership performance and fostering innovative work behavior in these industries. Theoretically, this study contributes to the understanding of how leadership styles can enhance organizational behavior, particularly in promoting innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study tests the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory based on the interaction of entrepreneurial orientation, namely proactiveness, innovativeness, and risk-taking, on the business performance of Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Bali. The population of this study is SMIs in Bali with a sample of 55 randomly selected companies. Data collection was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale to obtain respondents' perceptions. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with SEM-PLS method. The results showed that the three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation have a significant influence on business performance. A proactive attitude allows companies to respond quickly to market changes, innovation encourages the creation of new products and services, while risk-taking allows the exploration of new opportunities. This research supports the RBV theory which states that a firm's unique resources and capabilities can create competitive advantage and improve business performance in a sustainable manner. performance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Given the increasingly fierce level of competition and also the things that need to be strengthened so that customers remain loyal to using workshop services, therefore, it is important to conduct further studies that need to be considered by the Ana Motor workshop regarding how efforts should be made to increase customer loyalty in using workshop services. As a result, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of service quality, customer trust, and word of mouth on customer loyalty at the Ana Motor Workshop. This research was conducted in Badung Regency which is located at the Ana Motor Badung workshop. The method of collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents for customers who have used repair services at the Ana Motor workshop at least 3 times. The sampling defined by Cochran was employed in this study, and the sampling method used was purposive sampling. For this study, multiple linear analysis techniques are used, which are conducted using the SPSS 25. 0 application for Windows. The results of the analysis show that service quality, customer trust, and word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Ana Motor Badung workshop.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in the success of a company, one of which is by good leadership, providing employee job satisfaction and maintaining employee work competence. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and competence on the performance of PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is a nonprobability sampling method in the form of saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F test and t test. The results of this study found that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which means better leadership. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given in this study are the leaders of PT. Padi Mandiri Valuta Denpasar in order to always be able to provide motivation or enthusiasm for all employees so that they can do work with maximum results, provide job training to employees, and provide traning in advance to prospective employees.

Abstract

BUMDes Desa Bakbakan adalah BUMDes yang berada di Kabupaten Gianyar tepatnya di Banjar Kawan, Desa Bakbakan, Kecamatan Gianyar. BUMDes Desa Bakbakan berdiri sejak Tahun 2017, dengan jumlah pegawai sebanyak 7 orang dibawah naungan Kepala Desa Bakbakan. Hasil observasi di BUMDes Desa Bakbakan semenjak pandemi covid-19 ini BUMDes Desa Bakbakan mengalami penurunan kegiatan dan kegiatan simpan pinjam, tidak adanya promosi produk yang menggunakan sosial media, dan kurangnya penerapan protocol kesehatan dalam melayani konsumen. Terdapat 4 metode didalam penyelesaian pemasalahan yang terjadi di BUMDes Desa Bakbakan metode pertama yang digunakan adalah Memberikan penyuluhan pentingnya promosi produk dengan sosial media dan cara penggunaan sosial media, metode kedua Melakukan pelatihan cara pengambilan foto produk yang akan dipromosikan di sosial media, metode ketiga Melakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan mengenai cara mempromosikan produk sesuai dengan trend pada saat ini, metode ke empat Melakukan pendampingan cara menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk pelayanan konsumen. Capaian transisi berhasil dilakuakn melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang didasari oleh program kerja yang terealisasi 100%. Melalui proses program kerja yang di lakukan, memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap proses pengoptimalisasian promosi produk menggunakan media sosial dan penerapan protokol kesehatan di BUMDes Desa Bakbakan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang pesat dan berpengaruh pada dunia bisnis bahkan pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini, mendorong pelaku usaha harus kreatif agar mampu beradaptasi dalam setiap aktivitas usahanya yang harus menerapkan teknologi. Pemanfaatan internet selalu identik dengan konsep pemasaran produk atau pengenalan varian produk yang dijual, memudahkan proses atau cara pemesanan produk atau bahasa sederhananya adalah media promosi. Jika di terapkan di perusahaan maka pemesanan merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam sebuah perusahaan, pemesanan dilakukan oleh konsumen. Pemasaran merupakan salah satu kegiatan pokok yang perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam upaya untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup usahanya. Dengan adanya pemasaran dapat membantu sebuah usaha untuk lebih dikenal oleh lebih banyak orang, sehingga akan membantu dalam meningkatkan kuantitas penjualan produk untuk kedepannya. Maka dari itu, perusahaan harus dapat memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi agar karyawan dan perusahaan memiliki daya saing yang kuat dalam melakukan pemesanan dan pemasaran produk sehingga hal ini dapat membantu untuk mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
