Abstract

Intrusion is the most common trauma in children. Management of intruded deciduous teeth includes spontaneous re-eruption or ex-traction. Pain management during extraction is performed with local anaesthesia, but this can cause fear and pain in patients. This case report describes the management of an intruded primary tooth using a computer-controlled local anaesthesia system (CCLAD). A 6-year-old boy presented with an intruded maxillary primary incisor following a fall from stairs the previous day. Clinical findings included swelling and ulceration of the lip and chin, haematoma, and gingival ulceration. Ellis Class IX fractures were no-ted in teeth 51, 61, and 62 with severe intrusion (grade III), slight mobility, and fusion of 61-62. Panoramic imaging revealed age-nesis of teeth 22. After one week of observation for spontaneous re-eruption, extraction of teeth 51, 61, and 62 was performed due to the risk to the permanent replacement teeth. Anaesthesia was administered using the P-ASA (palatal-alveolar superior anterior) technique with SleeperOne5 (CCLAD), improving patient comfort and reducing fear. Monitoring over 12 months showed no com-plications. It was concluded that SleeperOne5 as a CCLAD with the P-ASA anaesthesia approach is a useful alternative for ma-naging multiple impacted anterior deciduous teeth.

Abstract

The soil physical and chemical properties and fertility under the natural stands of ebony were investigated from October 2022 to June 2024. The locations are the Gunung Sojol Nature Reserve and the Forest Management Unit of Sintuwu Maroso, Sulawesi. Ebony is dominant at all growth levels in Sintuwu Maroso, but only at pole level in Sintuwu Maroso as indicated by the IVI. The basal area and volume in Sintuwu Maroso are higher, indicating higher potential than Gunung Sojol. The medium texture soil with optimal moisture in Sintuwu Maroso also supports better growth than the coarse soil in Gunung Sojol. The soil in Gunung Sojol is characterized by acidic pH and high level of organic C, total P, total K, and Al-dd. Meanwhile, the soil in Sintuwu Maroso is slightly acidic with moderate levels of previous parameters. Despite high organic matter and CEC, the soil fertility of Gunung Sojol is hampered by low acidity and base saturation. While Sintuwu Maroso is challenged by low nutrient and organic matters. In general, both locations have moderate soil fertility. The results can serve as a basis for effective cultivation and conservation strategies for both in-situ and ex-situ methods

Data analysis was carriedout through the processes of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Instagram is utilized as a medium for disseminatingArabic language knowledge through the use of short educational videos withengaging visuals, accompanied by Arabic text and its translation. The mainstrategies employed by the @taallum.id account include the use of thematichashtags, interactive captions, and calls to action that motivate the audience to participate actively. The interviews with participants confirmed that the content was regarded as educational, engaging, and motivating for learning, particularly through a visual and contextual approach. Thus, the account serves as an effectivealternative medium that supports the digital dissemination and learning of theArabic language while demonstrating the integration between language literacyand media literacy in the information technology era
