Abstract

This research is motivated by low levels of digital literacy and limited creativity in teaching among lecturers, as well as the significant obstacles encountered in online learning at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Primagraha. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs, develop, and test the feasibility and effectiveness of a Digital Literacy E-Module for lecturers. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method within the ADDIE model, this study involved the entire population of FKIP lecturers, with 36 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and tests, using instruments such as expert validation sheets, user response questionnaires, and learning outcome test questions. The results indicated that the E-Module is categorized as "Highly Feasible," with an average validation score exceeding 84%, and demonstrated moderate effectiveness, as indicated by an N−Gain score of 0.62. It is concluded that this E-Module is effective in enhancing lecturers' digital literacy and teaching creativity to support the quality of online learning within Universitas Primagraha. It is recommended that the institution integrate this module into continuous professional development programs for lecturers to ensure the quality of adaptive online learning.

Abstract

This research is to find out how the learning process of the "brain-based learning" model at the elementary school level. In this case, neuropedagogy is an interdisciplinary approach combining neuroeducation, psychology, and education by developing innovative methods, curricula, skills, and initiatives to use findings in learning, memory, language, and other fields. Cognitive neuroscience further aims to provide educators with knowledge about the best teaching and learning strategies. This study thus used a literature review using a descriptive analysis method on brain-based learning methods/models, learning models suitable to be applied in elementary education. By knowing the child's development, the brain-based learning method or model will be appropriate for teaching elementary school pedagogy.

Abstract

Educational innovation in the era of society 5.0 is important. However, social studies lessons are still low. Therefore, one way to improve the results of social studies lessons that are lacking is by means of learning media. One of them is the snake and ladder neo game media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Neo Snake and Ladder Game media in improving students' social studies skills in the era of society 5.0. The population in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya, Serang, Banten, for the 2022/2023 academic year. The researcher used simple random sampling. Collecting data using social studies test questions and observations. The results showed that (1) the classical completeness test of social studies ability reached a minimum limit of 70, (2) social studies skill skills on Neo Snake and Ladder Game media had reached 75% classical completeness and (3) an increase in the average social studies skill using Neo media. Snakes and Ladders. The game is better than the average social studies ability of students without using Neo Snake and Ladder Games media. Based on the results above, it can be said that the Neo Snake and Ladder Games media is effective in improving students' social studies skills

Abstract

The background of the problems in this study is based on the problems that occur today where lectures are often identified with the existing busyness, be it busyness in the campus environment or outside the campus. Burnout is triggered as a result of stress that is not resolved, causing loss of enthusiasm, decreased performance in learning, and even a decrease in the desire to interact or socialize with people around it,  so that it leads to a condition where a person will withdraw from the environment. There are three aspects to burnout, namely emotional fatigue, depersonalization, and low self-esteem. The purpose of this study is (1) To find out an overview of burnout that occurs among students, especially PGSD study programs (2) To find out the magnitude of the influence caused by high burnout rates on student learning motivation. This type of research is a qualitative research involving the subjects in this study are as many as 15 students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program at Pelita Bangsa University, located in Cikarang and at the Jakarta State University. The approach is carried out using the case study method. Emotional fatigue in students is characterized by feeling tired and not being excited in doing assignments. When experiencing burnout, a person's emotional state becomes unstable, such as irritability, despair, and cynicism. Emotional fatigue results in the draining of a person's emotional source which will then interfere with his mental state and even his physical health.

Abstract

Evaluasi adalah proses penilaian dan pengukuran dalam suatu pembelajaran. Dalam Karakter Pendidikan dan Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis multicultural di sekolah dasar (SD) yang dapat di sesuaikan dengan tingkat berfikir anak-anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kepustakaan atau library research dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menelaah jurnal-jurnal hasil penelitian atau artikel ilmilah, buku, dokumentasi serta informasi-informasi lain yang berhubungan dengan judul penelitian. Pendidikan karakter merupakan  sistem penanaman karakter serta nilai-nilai siswa-siswi di sekolah dasar, yang meliputi pengetahuan, kesadaran atau kemauan, dan tindakan untuk mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai tersebut, baik dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, diri kita sendiri, orang lain, lingkungan, dan bangsa sehingga menjadi manuisa yang berkarakter. Kenyataanya Pendidikan multikultural menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam semua jenjang Pendidikan. Nilai multikultural idealnya di terapkan di semua mata pelajaran di Pendidikan formal.
