Abstract

In addition to economic growth, regional inequality is also an important issue for the development of every country. Theoretically and supported by many empirical studies, it is proven that high economic growth has an impact on regional inequality. Regional inequality is related to the income received by people in a country. Panel data is the data used in this study with the best method, namely the best Random Effect Model using the Eviews 9.0 analysis tool for regression. Based on the results of data processing, the average food expenditure and the number of poor people have a significant and positive effect on regional inequality in districts/cities in Lampung, while the average non-food expenditure and the average length of schooling have no significant effect. Economic inequality between regions is a common aspect of the economic activities of a region. Inequality arises due to differences in the content of natural resources and differences in demographic conditions found in each region. So that the ability of a region in the development process will also be different. Therefore, in each region, there is a developed region and a backward region.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community satisfaction on the quality of services carried out by the village apparatus of Bangunrejo sub-district, Semaka district, Tanggamus district in providing services for making SKTM (Certificate of Disability). The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative descriptive research is research that aims to describe and describe the conditions that occur in the field. The research technique uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the people of Bangunrejo village who have taken care of the SKTM for the last 2 years (2020-2021), as many as 369 residents. The theory used is Hardiansyah (2011) which states that community satisfaction is formed because of good service quality where the service is in accordance with community expectations. Good service quality consists of 5 dimensions, namely: responsiveness, reliability, attention, assurance, and physical ability. The results of the respondents' responses to the highest community satisfaction came from the dimensions of reliability and attention. While the dimension that has the lowest level of satisfaction comes from the dimension of physical ability.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service aims to develop the salak fruit business through the entrepreneur school program by collaborating with students to increase the selling value of the salak fruit so as to reduce the poverty rate. Methodology: The implementation of this community service uses the method of providing motivation and training in developing salak fruit products in farmer groups in Wonoharjo Village, which is carried out directly and data collection through questionnaires. Results: The results of community service show that providing motivation and training for farmer groups in Wonoharjo Village, both those who already have businesses and those who are able to provide business management knowledge and develop salak fruit businesses by utilizing the potential of existing land by working with students, so that salak fruit products can be of high selling value. Conclusion: The synergy framework between salak fruit farmers and academics, consisting of people who have active salak fruit plantations in Dea Wonoharjo, is important because salak fruit farmers will be more optimal in developing their business both offline and online. The program carried out with students has a positive impact as a solution to the problems of salak fruit farmers during the pandemic. Thus, the selling value of salak can be of high selling value. In addition, it is also expected to reduce the level of poverty.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the effect of village funds, capital expenditures, unemployment, and education on poverty in regency in Lampung Province. Research methodology: This research uses panel data analysis method with Random Effect Model (REM). Results: The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between village funds on poverty, and there was a positive and significant relationship between the open unemployment rate on poverty. Meanwhile, mean years of schooling and capital expenditure variables have a negative and significant effect on poverty. Limitations: The limitation in this study is that the research area is still based on regency coverage, less specific if to analyze directly on the smallest coverage is the village. Contribution: This research is expected to be used as a consideration and reference in determining further development policies based on the data described in this study, especially in reducing poverty in Lampung Province.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine whether or not there are differences in poverty gap index before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research methodology: The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and proven by the T-test Paired Sample Two Tests for Means, to poverty gap index data (P1) 2018S1-2021S2 in 34 provinces. Results: The results showed that there were differences in poverty gap index before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is indicated by the value of the Paired Two Sample for Means T-test, which has a t-statistic value smaller than t-critical, namely -5.2028 < 9776. According to poverty gap index ranking, there are 5 provinces that have the highest poverty gap index in the same order before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, like a Papua, West Papua, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Gorontalo. Limitations: The limitation in this study is only used statictics descriptive method. Contribution: The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the government in terms of equitable distribution of social assistance by adding a poverty gap index variable to strengthen the poverty line index variable.

Abstract

Purpose: Students are expected to be able to improve the quality of education in schools and can have a real impact on student progress in terms of technology, administration, literacy and numeracy. Research methodology: Classroom teaching activities, helping to improve school administration, helping to adapt school technology, carrying out special guidance to improve the spirit of student nationalism, cultivating literacy before learning and improving social spirit Results: As much as 85% are able to use good technology while for the implementation of school administration it is in accordance with the achievement of the objectives Conclusion: Students are able to help students to be able to use existing technology well and in the implementation of school administration there has been significant progress. Limitation: The limitation of this service is the implementation time. Contribution: This technology can help expand the knowledge of students and teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how 1) household consumption, 2) state debt, 3) and zakat receipts influence Indonesia's gross domestic product. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Ministry of Finance, the National Amil Zakat Agency and the Indonesian Statistics Center with a total of 96 observations starting from January 2014 to December 2021. The analytical method used in this study isOrdinary Least Square (OLS) using statistical analysis tools 17. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the value of household consumption, state debt and zakat receipts had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's gross domestic product for the 2014-2021 period with a significance of 0.000. The R-Squared coefficient of determination is 0.9792 or 97.92%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential for developing halal tourism on Pahawang Island. The analytical method used in this study is the SWOT analysis approach, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The results of the study show that the strategies used to develop halal tourism on Pahawang Island include making halal tour packages to attract Muslim tourists and foreign tourists, working with the ministry of tourism to create a halal certification system for tourism businesses on Pahawang Island, and developing product differentiation with tourist attractions. local wisdom-based sharia that is different and unique compared to other sharia tourist destinations in Indonesia. In conclusion, there are 18 strategies for developing halal tourism areas on Pahawang Island, Pesawaran Regency. In addition, internal and external evaluations were also obtained which contributed to the development of halal tourism on Pahawang Island. The contribution of this research resulted in suggestions for local governments, especially the Tourism Office of Pesawaran Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontrol korupsi, sewa sumber daya alam, kompleksitas ekonomi, dan angkatan kerja terhadap investasi di negara-negara mayoritas Islam berpendapatan menengah ke bawah Asia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel tahun 2010-2020 di 5 negara mayoritas Islam berpendapatan menengah ke bawah Asia menggunakan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Variabel kontrol korupsi memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0.963 dan signifikansi 0.0001 < 0.05 maka kontrol korupsi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PMTB. Variabel sewa sumber daya alam memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0.038 dan signifikansi 0.0063 < 0.05 maka sewa sumber daya alam berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PMTB. Variabel kompleksitas ekonomi memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar -0.839 dan signifikansi 0.0000 < 0.05 maka kompleksitas ekonomi berpangruh negatif signifikan terhadap PMTB. Variabel angkatan kerja memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 1.550 signifikansi sebesar 0.0041 yaitu < 0.05 maka angkatan kerja berpangruh positif signifikan terhadap PMTB. Kesimpulannya adalah kontrol korupsi, sewa sumber daya alam, kompleksitas ekonomi, dan angkatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap PMTB.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the efficiency of the allocation of the use of production factors in the vannamei shrimp farming business. The data used is cross-sectional data in 2020 in East Rawajitu District. The variables used were the number of fry, labor, feed, lime, and land area. The analytical tool used is simple regression, namely Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). The results showed that the number of fry, labor, feed, lime, and land area had a positive and significant effect on vaname shrimp production. The production factors used in the vannamei shrimp business have not been efficient in terms of allocation and have not been optimal.
