Abstract

There were issues with the open and Assessment Center-based process used to fill the Primary High Leadership Position (JPT) in Lhokseumawe City in 2018. Political interference was still very strong, and there were still likes and dislikes (and dislikes), so the selection of ASN for the Primary High Leadership Position did not follow the merit system based on competence, education, and experience (merit system). Descriptive and qualitative research methodologies are used in the study of the Primary High Leadership Position (JPT) selection analysis in the Lhokseumawe City Government. Many employees who find it challenging to participate in the position auction or open selection are among the obstacles that are experienced. been untested. Each apparatus only possesses a small amount of leadership spirit, which has an impact on how employees behave when they aren't competitive enough to compete in a succession of job auction selection processes before particular positions become open. The provision of additional resources, specifically the budget for facility and infrastructure upkeep, is necessary to assist the Lhokseumawe City Government's success in supplying human resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

This service is carried out as a form of joint responsibility of all parties, in this case academics to play an active role in the Prevention of stunting. This is a support for government programs to significantly reduce stunting cases in Indonesia. One effective effort that can be done is to support exclusive breastfeeding (ASI) in the first 6 months until the age of 2 years. The great benefits of breastfeeding for children's growth and development become one of the government's foundations to make exclusive breastfeeding one of the joint movements implemented in various ministry programs. Failure to breastfeed can cause a shortage of brain cells in children which will then affect the inhibition of the development of infant intelligence at a later stage. This service activity was carried out in several stages; (1) Coordination of preparation for the implementation of activities with Posyandu cadres in Tingkuem Village, nisam District, (2) Implementation of educational activities in the form of socialization on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding with several groups of pregnant and lactating women. This service is expected to increase the knowledge of mothers consisting of groups of pregnant women, nursing mothers and parents regarding exclusive breastfeeding and balanced nutrition for pregnant and lactating women.

Abstract

The main problem that has occurred so far is the unsatisfactory livestock productivity. One of the things behind it is the limited availability of animal feed. To get maximum results, one of the important things that must be considered is related to the availability of feed. Thus, community service activities with the theme of concentrate processing are important to be carried out in the farming community of Blang Gurah Gampong, Kuta Makmur District, North Aceh Regency. In 2021, the interdisciplinary lecturer service team has conducted training on making silage, while in 2022, which is a continuation of the previous year, is developing activities for concentrate production and business assistance. The problem experienced by breeders so far is limited knowledge and facilities in processing feed for livestock. So far, what the field team has done is to conduct a survey related to needs during the implementation of activities. While the follow-up agenda of this service is to conduct outreach and training on how to make concentrate feed.
