Abstract

Educational accreditation is an important benchmark in assessing the quality and performance of educational institutions. This article aims to examine how the accreditation perspective contributes to improving the performance of Aya Sophia Islamic School Tangerang Business Junior High School. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method, this study found that the application of strategy formulation, program planning, implementation, and monitoring based on accreditation indicators succeeded in improving the quality of graduates and the efficiency of school management. These results demonstrate the importance of accreditation as an instrument for fostering sustainable education quality.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is the challenge local products face in entering an increasingly competitive global market, particularly in integrating local culture and folklore into product marketing strategies. The use of local cultural elements has the potential to be a strong differentiation tool, but it often encounters obstacles in terms of artistic sensitivity and international market acceptance. This research aims to analyze how local culture and folklore can be applied in local product marketing to compete in the global market, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities companies face in integrating local culture into their marketing strategies. This study employs a literature review approach, where various relevant sources are collected and analyzed to understand the application of local culture in product marketing and explore related challenges and opportunities. The findings of this study indicate that integrating local culture into product marketing can enhance product appeal in the global market, increase consumer loyalty, and build stronger emotional connections with international consumers. However, achieving this success requires in-depth market research and a culturally sensitive approach to avoid miscommunication or cultural distortion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan gambaran tentang Manajemen Mutu dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Guru untuk Menghasilkan Lulusan yang Unggul dan Berdaya Saing di SMA Islam Al Kahfi Bogor dan SMA Mentari Ilmu Karawang. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori manajemen mutu Deming, konsep peningkatan kinerja, dan prinsip pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, di mana informan utama terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, serta tenaga kependidikan yang memiliki peran dalam pengelolaan mutu pendidikan di kedua sekolah tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen untuk mendapatkan data yang komprehensif mengenai strategi peningkatan kinerja guru. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik, yang melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis telah disusun dengan matang melalui rencana kerja sekolah yang terstruktur dan mencakup berbagai program peningkatan mutu guru. Organisasi dan pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dilakukan melalui pembentukan tim pelaksana yang bertanggung jawab atas peningkatan kinerja guru. Pelaksanaan program mencakup pendampingan guru secara rutin, seminar motivasi, serta evaluasi berkala. Tantangan internal dan eksternal telah diidentifikasi, disertai dengan strategi penyelesaian masalah yang sesuai. Keterlibatan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelaksanaan program diperkuat, dengan menekankan transparansi dan akuntabilitas sebagai prinsip utama dalam evaluasi dan pelaporan kinerja.

Abstract

Research is a study of the elements that form poetry. In analyzing poetry, attention is usually paid to the relationship between lyrics in verses, the relationship between verses, intrinsic elements in verses, and the message conveyed by a poet, and includes the style of language used and the meaning contained in a poem. This study aims to analyze the aspects of lexical semantics and grammatical semantics in the poem by Imam Asy-Syafi'i entitled "Da'il Ayya>ma Taf'alu Ma> Tasya>‘u. The method used in this study is analytical descriptive research with a literature study approach to the analysis of lexical semantics in the meaning of individual words and grammatical semantics in the meaning of word structures. The results of the study indicate that this poem contains lexical meaning and grammatical meaning in strengthening the moral and spiritual messages of the contents of the poem. In terms of morals and ethics, this poem emphasizes noble values such as generosity and loyalty, which are the foundation of harmonious social relations and reflect strong faith, while in a spiritual context, this poem reminds us that everything in this world is ephemeral. Nouns such as "الأيام" (days), "حوادث الدنيا" (world events), and "المنايا" (death) emphasizes that worldly life is a journey full of trials and ends in certain death. Interrelated moral and spiritual values include patience, sincerity, generosity, justice, and awareness of the transience of the world. Keywords: Lexical semantic analysis, grammatical semantic analysis, Poetry Da'il Ayyama Taf'alu Ma Tasya'u, Imam Ash-Shafi'i.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a reading learning management based on flash card games in improving the quality of psychomotor learning among students at PAUD AR-RIDHO. The background of this research is based on the importance of early reading skills in young children, which involve not only cognitive aspects but also psychomotor aspects, such as hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Flash cards, as visual and interactive learning media, are considered effective in attracting children's attention and supporting psychomotor skill development through fun and meaningful activities. This research employs two methods are qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were teachers and students of Group B at PAUD AR-RIDHO. The results showed that systematic and well-planned use of flash cards in reading activities increased students’ active engagement, strengthened their visual memory, and trained fine motor coordination through activities such as matching, lifting, and pronouncing letters or words on the cards. Moreover, flash card-based learning created an enjoyable and stress-free learning atmosphere, positively impacting the overall quality of psychomotor learning. Therefore, this strategy can be considered an effective alternative for teaching reading at the early childhood education level. The study recommends that teachers receive training in designing and developing varied flash card media tailored to the characteristics of young learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis secara komprehensif implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di SMAN 112 Jakarta, dimotivasi oleh urgensi penguatan karakter holistik peserta didik di era disrupsi informasi. Meskipun P5 dirancang untuk membangun enam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila, studi sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara konsep ideal dan implementasi aktual, serta perlunya kajian kontekstual, khususnya terkait integrasi Enam Nilai Dasar Keuninusan (teologis, teleologis, logis, etis, estetis, dan fisiologis) sebagai gap studi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif-analitis, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, FGD, analisis dokumen, dan jurnal reflektif dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Temuan kunci menunjukkan bahwa SMAN 112 Jakarta telah mengimplementasikan P5 secara sistematis, didukung kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi progresif guru dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran bermakna. Integrasi nilai-nilai Keuninusan berhasil memperkaya dimensi filosofis P5, melampaui capaian kognitif semata dan menumbuhkan kesadaran moral, sosial, serta intelektual siswa. Meskipun demikian, tantangan kesiapan sumber daya dan kesinambungan dukungan kebijakan eksternal masih ada, menegaskan perlunya pengembangan profesional guru berkelanjutan dan dukungan sistemik institusi untuk optimalisasi P5 sebagai model pendidikan karakter berbasis proyek yang relevan dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Learning is an interaction process between educators and students in teaching and learning activities, supported by learning resources in a learning environment to achieve specific goals. Engaging learning is supported, among other things, by the teacher's creativity in conditioning the class, which can influence students' learning interest. This study aims to analyze the application of moving class learning system management through a deep learning approach to increase students' interest in learning at IT Aiza Hafizh Kindergarten, Cianjur Regency. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research that has been conducted indicate that the implementation of the Moving Class Learning System Management through a deep learning approach can increase students' interest in learning at the Aiza Hafizh Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, Cianjur Regency. Students have a desire to learn according to their circumstances, abilities, needs, and characteristics, one of which is supported by moving class learning that can increase their interest in learning. The main obstacle faced is that teachers understand deep learning comprehensively and the limited supporting facilities for moving classes. The proposed solutions include teacher training in managing moving class learning and understanding the concept and practice of deep learning. Implementation of moving class learning through a deep learning approach by utilizing the resources and assets owned by the school. This study recommends the development of teacher competence in learning community activities consistently and sustainably as an effort to create interesting, challenging, and enjoyable learning that is adjusted to the nature and nature of the times of students.

Abstract

The implementation of career guidance can steer students' career planning. Career planning among grade XII high school students is not yet mature. This study aims to analyze the implementation of career guidance in developing career planning for high school students at SMA Ma’arif Bandung. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings indicate that the program effectively enhances students’ understanding of their potential, career opportunities, and decision-making skills. Prior to guidance, 70-85% of students were confused and lacked knowledge about the world of work, but post-guidance, 80-90% could formulate clear career goals and concrete steps, with an average improvement of 50-60% in goal clarity, knowledge, and confidence. Supporting factors include principal support and external collaborations, while challenges encompass limited time, resources, and parental pressure. Recommendations include increasing session frequency, counselor training, and technology utilization. This study underscores the importance of structured career guidance in preparing students for post-high school transitions.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang kompleks, sinergi antara pendidikan dan ekonomi syariah menjadi sangat penting untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah ke dalam sistem pendidikan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi pendidikan dan ekonomi syariah dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berupaya mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik yang dapat diadopsi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kolaborasi antara kedua bidang tersebut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif. Peneliti mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi dari berbagai sumber, termasuk artikel jurnal, laporan industri, dan dokumen kebijakan terkait pendidikan dan ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan, kesadaran sosial, dan keterampilan kewirausahaan di kalangan siswa. Selain itu, pendekatan ini juga berkontribusi pada pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), seperti pengentasan kemiskinan dan pengurangan ketimpangan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya investasi dalam pendidikan ekonomi syariah sebagai langkah strategis untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan.
