Abstrak: Aktivitas di pulau–pulau Spermonde Sulawesi Selatan belum atraktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pola perjalanan yang dilakukan wisatawan di gugusan kepulauan Spermonde.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Sulawesi Selatan dengan pertimbangan sebagai Provinsi yang memiliki gugusan pulau-pulau Spermonde. Teknik dalam menentukan informan penelitian yaitu purposive sampling untuk informan kunci dan accidental sampling untuk informan biasa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola perjalanan yang dapat dilakukan oleh wisatawan pada gugusan Kepulauan Spermonde adalah single point, base site, stop over, dan chaining loop. Pariwisata gugusan Kepulauan Spermonde belum menggunakan pendekatan zona pola perjalanan. Rekomendasi penelitian dengan mengembangkan pola perjalanan berdasarkan zona dan mengidentifikasi pusat setiap zona sebagai pemantik wisata.Abstract: Activities on the Spermonde Islands in South Sulawesi have yet to be attractive. This research aims to identify the travel patterns made by tourists in the Spermonde archipelago. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in South Sulawesi, considered a province with a cluster of Spermonde islands. The technique for determining research informants is purposive sampling for key informants and accidental sampling for ordinary informants. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. This research data analysis technique with qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the travel patterns that tourists in the Spermonde Islands cluster can carry out are single point, base site, stopover, and chaining loop. The tourism of the Spermonde Islands group has yet to use the travel pattern zone approach. The research recommendation was to develop travel patterns based on zones and identify each zone's center as a tourism activator.

One of the characteristics of learning geography in the 21st century is that teachers must strive to develop technology that supports learning. This study aims to discover differences in learning outcomes in geography learning using the ArcGIS application and the Quantum GIS application for senior high school students. The method used was a quantitative experiment with a quasi-experimental form. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling consisted of two experimental classes, with each class totaling 34 students. Students' learning outcomes were tested with a two parties t-test which previously tested data normality, data homogeneity, and the hypothesis. The results of this study show that the experimental class using the ArcGIS application has a post-test average score of 83.03 and the class using the Quantum GIS application has a post-test average score of 77.50. Therefore, there are differences in the learning outcomes of the two experimental classes, which show that using the ArcGIS application is more effective in geography learning in senior high schools than the Quantum GIS application. The results of this study can be used as material for consideration of implementing the use of innovative learning media and improving mapping skills for high school students.

Higher education's internal quality assurance system (IQAS) has regulated both the mechanism and the final achievement. To provide quality educational services, one of the pieces of evidence is the existence of an accreditation level status. The accreditation level status results from a quality culture reflected in good reporting following the planned conditions and achievements achieved. This effort is not wholly running smoothly. The change of different criteria in the output-based BAN-PT Accreditation is a challenge that forces a change in work patterns and reporting. Availability of standards, output targets, and outputs must be measurable in each criterion. Several things are still obstacles, so that the implementation of IQAS is significantly related to achievement standards, ease of accessing information, and document renewal which must adjust changes to the nine criteria. IQAS's efforts were carried out as preparation for external quality assurance as an institution's accountability to stakeholders.

Multimedia sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya bagi guru. Peran pendidik merupakan kunci utama dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran dikelas. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah para guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan pada kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah bervariasi dan latihan atau praktek. Hasil pelatihan bahwa, 1) setelah di berikan materi dan pandangan mengenai pembelajaran abad ke-21 persepsi guru menjadi lebih leluasa memilih model, metode, maupun media yang di terapkan untuk pembelajaran daring di masa sekarang; 2) Sebelum diberikan pelatihan Guru Geografi di Kabupaten Kubu Raya 100% belum pernah mengunakan media Power Point Voice dan Screencast O-Matic; 3) Setelah pelatihan pembelajaran daring yang diberikan, para guru geografi di Kabupaten Kubu Raya merasa bahwa dengan menggunakan Power Point Voice dengan menggunakan iSpring suite dan screencast o-matic dapat mempermudah proses penyampaian materi dalam proses pembelajaran daring. Hasilnya seluruh guru geografi di Kubu Raya setuju bahwa Google Classroom memuaskan dalam penggunaannya guna mendukung proses berjalannya pembelajara daring.

This research is entitled Strategy for the Development of Riam Solakng Tourism Destinations in Petai Bejambu Hamlet, Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency. This study aims to describe the strategy for developing the Riam Solakng tourist destination in Petai Bejambu Hamlet, Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency. The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive with SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy for developing the Riam Solakng tourist destination. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that Riam Solakng tourism is in quadrant II (3.06-2.86). The strategy offered for this research is a strategy for developing tourist destinations based on attractions, accessibility and amenities (3A) which supports diversification strategies in developing products and services that can be offered to tourists.

This study aims to determine what factors influence population growth in Pontianak Kota Subdistrict. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. the source of research data used is documentation obtained from several government agencies in the form of population, number of population births, number of population deaths, and population movements in the sub-district of Pontianak Kota. the data collection technique used is documentation and the results of this study indicate that what affects population growth in Pontianak Kota Subdistrict is birth. This is due to the large number of people who marry at a young age who consider many children many fortunes and the lack of information about family planning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan penduduk di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. sumber data penelitian yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari beberapa instansi pemerintah berupa jumlah penduduk, jumlah kelahiran penduduk, jumlah kematian penduduk, dan perpindahan penduduk di kecamatan ponianak kota. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan penduduk di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota adalah kelahiran. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyaknya penduduk yang menikah di usia muda yang menganggap banyak anak banyak rejeki dan kurangnya informasi tentang keluarga berencana.

The West Kalimantan Museum stores and exhibits a collection of items with historical, scientific, artistic, and cultural significance, primarily originating from West Kalimantan Province. It is crucial for social science educators and students in West Kalimantan to comprehend the significance of visiting the museum in person. This allows them to directly witness and study historical and cultural artifacts of West Kalimantan, thereby reinforcing the knowledge they acquire from books. Hence, social science education lecturers of Tanjungpura University organized a community service program known as "Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat" (abbreviated as PKM) that invited both social science teachers and students of Pontianak to local museums for a visit. The objectives of this training encompassed two main goals. Firstly, it aimed to generate interest among teachers and students in discovering and familiarizing themselves with the museum. Secondly, it sought to enhance the knowledge of teachers and students regarding the conservation of the museum's collections. Following the training, the lecturers gathered feedback from participants via a Google form to assess their opinions regarding the museum collection and artifact preservation training. This data was then analyzed using a quantitative approach, and the results were presented using descriptive statistics. A total of 19 individuals responded to the survey, consisting of 7 teachers and 12 students. The results indicated that the participants had a positive response to the activity and expressed a request for similar programs to be conducted in the future.

Sosialisasi pengurangan risiko bencana memberikan penyampaian materi tentang bencana dan cara menghadapi bencana. Metode yang digunakan sosialisasi ini adalah Active Learning, menggunakan instrumen yaitu kuesioner. Peserta diberikan pretest dan posttest untuk melihat pemahaman peserta terhadap materi. Hasil pretest menunjukkan 11 dari 17 peserta masih belum memahami mitigasi bencana di sekolah, sedangkan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan bahwa 13 dari 17 peserta memahami mitigasi bencana di sekolah. Berdasarkan sosialisasi yang dihadiri oleh guru dan narasumber dari tim PKM berlangsung dengan lancar dan sukses sesuai dengan schedule yang telah disusun serta dapat diterima baik oleh para peserta. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap cara penyampaian narasumber mencapai 76,5% dari puas hingga sangat puas. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu 70, 6% dan 17,6% peserta sangat puas dan puas. Hanya 11,8% saja peserta yang cukup puas terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Peserta juga melihat kebermanfaatan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan. Diketahui bahwa 88,2% peserta menyatakan kegiatan sangat bermanfaat. Menurut peserta, sosialisasi dapat dilanjutkan oleh mitra pengabdian dengan 82,4% menyatakan sangat bisa dilanjutkan, sedangkan 17,6% peserta menyatakan bisa dilanjutkan. Hal ini berarti bahwa peserta meyakini bahwa dengan memahami materi yang diberikan oleh tim akan dapat melanjutkan apa yang telah diberikan dan disarankan sesuai dengan materi yang sudah diberikan.

This Community Service aims to provide knowledge and skills to Indonesian Language Education Masters Study Program students in writing scientific articles. This activity must be carried out because students must publish their research articles in accredited national journals or international journals under the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Number 50 of 2018. This activity uses the problem-solving method to overcome three problems, preparation of training modules, implementation workshops/training, and the ability of students to write scientific articles. This community service activity produces the following things. (1) Availability of scientific article writing training modules. (2) The implementation of the workshop/training was well proven by > 75% (16 people/76.19%) of students, who managed to get an average score of 76.19 in a pretty good category. (3) The ability to write scientific articles for students is at an average score of 76.19 in a fairly good category. The average score based on the indicator of completeness of the structure is 83.33 in the good category; the language aspect indicator is 77.38 in a fairly good category; the template suitability indicator of 76.19 in a pretty good category; the Mendeley application utilization indicator is 50.00 in the less category. The scientific article content indicator is 92.86 in the very good category and the literature review indicator of 77.38 in the fairly good category.

The research investigates the relationship between the distance geography education students live from campus and their motivation to study. It uses a quantitative descriptive survey method, with data collected through documentation, indirect communication, and observation. The study defines short distances as travel times of 15 minutes or less, either by walking (within 1 km) or by vehicle (within 2 km), while longer travel times exceed 15 minutes. A sample of 92 respondents was selected using the Harry King Nomogram formula. The data was analyzed through normality and linearity tests, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Results show that students' residence distance and mode of transportation affect the time taken to travel to campus. The strongest motivational factor is the desire to succeed, rated at 84%. Hypothesis testing revealed that distance significantly influences study motivation, with an R Square value of 0.168, indicating a 16.8% contribution. Thus, the study concludes that the distance from home to campus significantly impacts students' learning motivation.
