Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Body Brush Subang menghadapi hambatan serius dalam mempertahankan kapasitas produksinya akibat rusaknya mesin serat nenas, serta minimnya pengetahuan teknis dalam perawatan dan perbaikan mesin. Kondisi ini menyebabkan penurunan pendapatan dan tertundanya peluang ekspor ke pasar internasional. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM melalui perbaikan dan pemanfaatan kembali mesin serat nenas berbasis teknologi tepat guna serta peningkatan kapasitas manajerial dan pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan action research melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kapasitas produksi UMKM Body Brush Subang, dari 100gram serat nenas basah per hari (secara manual) menjadi 640gram serat nenas basah per hari (dengan mesin decorticator). Selain itu, mitra juga berhasil mengadopsi manajemen usaha sederhana serta memasarkan produk melalui platform digital secara mandiri. Dampak jangka panjangnya mencakup peningkatan daya saing, efisiensi produksi, dan peluang ekspor berkelanjutan berbasis bahan baku lokal. Peningkatan kapasitas produksi ini menghasilkan gain relatif sebesar 540%, yang tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memulihkan kinerja usaha, tetapi juga mendorong kemandirian UMKM sebagai model pemberdayaan yang dapat direplikasi di daerah lain.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the existence of multiculturalism values ​​in high school history textbooks in the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a content analysis approach, with the data source being high school history textbooks in the independent curriculum for classes X, XI, and XII. The research results show that (1) the value of multiculturalism in textbooks appears more often in factual material such as in classes XI and XII compared to conceptual material in class plurality. In contrast, the value of equality is mostly represented by a discussion of the role of women in Indonesian history. The conclusion is that there are quite a lot of multiculturalism values ​​contained in history textbooks in the Independent Curriculum, although teachers need to maximize them by adding more contextual examples to make the process of instilling multiculturalism values ​​easier.

Abstract

The existence of ethnic Arab descendants in Batavia is an interesting thing to explore, given their status as ethnic migrants, but received a good welcome by the local community. This paper on “Kapitan Arab in Batavia” is a portrait of the social life of ethnic Arab descendants in building and forming a community in Batavia. The study begins in 1844, when Said Na'um was appointed as the first Arab Kapitan, and ends in 1942 with the end of Dutch colonial rule which also formally ended the existence of the Batavian Arab Kapitan. This research is conducted through the historical method, which goes through the stages of topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography.This paper argues that the Arab Kapitan of Batavia had an initial role as a liaison between the policies of the colonial government and the Arab community, as well as seeking progress in the fields of trade and education. However, the hadrami-style stratification pattern in Batavia sometimes triggered conflicts between groups, such as between the Jamiat Kheir and Al Irsyad groups. Among the Arab Kapitans of Batavia, the figure of Kapitan Umar Manggus is important as a community leader who helped drive change. He led the Arab community in the midst of a reform wave that rejected the exclusivity of the sayyids. His background as part of the lower stratification placed him as an agent of change to shape the Batavian Arab community to become more egalitarian.  The colonial government's attitude tended to be passive, because not being involved in the vortex of conflict would be more beneficial in maintaining the order.

Abstract

Desa Madiredo merupakan salah satu desa yang dijadikan sebagai tempat melaksanakan KSM Tematik 2022 oleh Universitas Isam Malang.  Desa Madiredo merupakan salah satu Desa yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Pujon, Kabupaten Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Desa Madiredo terletak pada 7°48’30” – 7°50’13” LS dan 112°27’6” – 112°28’19” BT. Sebelah utara Desa Madiredo berbatasan dengan hutan, sebelah timur dengan Desa Wiyurejo, sebelah selatan dengan Desa Ngroto dan sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Desa Tawang Sari. Sebagian besar penduduk di desa ini bekerja sebagai petani sayur dan apel, selain itu ada yang berprofesi sebagai peternak sapi perah. Dalam artikel ini, KSM Tematik Unisma 2022 kelompok 01 mengusung tema “Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Objek Pariwisata Telaga Madiredo”. Perkembangan penduduk di desa Madiredo mempunyai kecenderungan jumlah kelahiran lebih tinggi dari jumlah kematian, hal ini merupakan PR bagi KSM Unisma bagaimana cara memberdayakan masyarakat yang berkualitas. Dengan adanya objek pariwisata Telaga Madiredo masyarakat bisa membangun dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada, sehingga objek wisata bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber pemasukan masyarakat. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan sosial kolabotif dengan melakukan pemberdayaan bersama masyarakat

Abstract

Teaching materials used by teachers should be able to improve students' abilities and skills, and encourage the creation of student innovation and creativity in learning. For this reason, teachers are not only able to use teaching materials, but are also able to develop their own teaching materials and design relevant subject matter. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of learning materials for kitab jurumiyah based on nadzham bahar rajaz, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the development of teaching materials for kitab jurmiyah in the form of bahar rajaz in grade four at the shaykhona moh boarding school. Kholil bases. The type of research used is development research using the Dick and Gary model with five procedural steps, namely ADDIE. By using the pre-test and post-test evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning materials, The results of the small group trial produced a tailed T number of 0.000 and a large group of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05, indicating that the learning materials developed are effective

Abstract

Membaca merupakan keterampilan dasar yang penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan belajar siswa, sedangkan perpustakaan sekolah berperan strategis sebagai pusat sumber belajar dan sarana penguatan budaya literasi. Namun, dalam praktiknya, perpustakaan sekolah sering kali kurang dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kondisi tersebut juga terlihat di Perpustakaan SD Muhammadiyah Bersubsidi Galagah Hulu, di mana fasilitas cukup memadai, tetapi koleksi buku tidak tertata dengan baik dan siswa jarang berkunjung karena kebutuhan akademis mereka sebagian besar sudah dipenuhi melalui buku paket. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi rendahnya minat baca siswa di Perpustakaan SD Muhammadiyah Bersubsidi Galagah Hulu. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa meskipun fasilitas perpustakaan tergolong memadai, koleksi buku tidak tertata dengan baik dan siswa jarang berkunjung karena kebutuhan belajar mereka umumnya telah tercukupi melalui buku paket. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dikombinasikan survei kuantitatif sederhana untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan struktural, kultural, dan motivasional. Temuan penelitian mengungkap bahwa minat baca rendah dipengaruhi oleh: (1) ketersediaan bahan bacaan yang relevan dan pengelolaan koleksi; (2) kebiasaan belajar siswa serta kecenderungan memanfaatkan perpustakaan hanya untuk tugas; (3) dukungan guru dan pelaksanaan program literasi sekolah; (4) faktor lingkungan dan keterbatasan waktu; serta (5) motivasi internal siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, penelitian merekomendasikan strategi terpadu berupa penataan koleksi, pelaksanaan program literasi secara rutin, keterlibatan orang tua, serta penguatan peran guru dan manajemen perpustakaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the partial influence of financial literacy on the prevention of fraudulent investments, the partial influence of financial inclusion on the prevention of fraudulent investments and to simultaneously analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the prevention of fraudulent investments. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaires as data collection. The sample used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that partially financial literacy and financial inclusion have a positive effect on preventing fraudulent investments. Meanwhile, financial literacy and financial inclusion simultaneously influence the prevention of fraudulent investments.

Abstract

Salat Dhuha dijadikan rutinitas di SD Muhammadiyah Galagah Hulu sebagai sarana menanamkan nilai religius dan kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembiasaan salat Dhuha setiap hari di SD Muhammadiyah Galagah Hulu, dengan fokus pada alasan penerapan, sejarah pelaksanaan, perubahan karakter siswa, serta tantangan yang muncul. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan salah satu guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan salat Dhuha diterapkan untuk membentuk karakter religius, meningkatkan disiplin, dan menanamkan keteraturan dalam kehidupan siswa. Program ini mulai dilaksanakan setelah sekolah mendapatkan inspirasi dari praktik pendidikan di salah satu sekolah di Samarinda yang mengadopsi sistem full day school. Dampak positif yang menonjol adalah meningkatnya kedisiplinan siswa, ditandai dengan kebiasaan hadir lebih awal sebelum pembelajaran dimulai. Meski demikian, tantangan utama yang dihadapi ialah sebagian siswa masih memandang salat Dhuha sebatas rutinitas tanpa memahami makna spiritualnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyarankan adanya inovasi metode pembelajaran, penguatan motivasi spiritual, serta keterlibatan aktif guru untuk menanamkan nilai salat Dhuha secara lebih mendalam.

Abstract

This article aims to comprehensively examine polygamy from various perspectives, with a particular focus on the legal protection afforded to second wives within polygamous practices in Indonesia. It explores the complex dynamics experienced by women who occupy the position of a second wife, including their roles, rights, and social perceptions. Furthermore, this study seeks to deconstruct the existence and identity of women in polygamous marriages by critically assessing the challenges they face and the efforts made to safeguard their legal and social well-being. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study utilizes Simone de Beauvoir’s existentialist feminism theory as an analytical framework to understand how women’s roles in polygamy are constructed and contested within patriarchal legal and social systems. The findings reveal that, although polygamy is permitted under Indonesian law, its practical implementation often leads to various injustices, particularly in the form of legal uncertainty and limited protection for second wives. These women frequently encounter stereotyping, social stigma, discrimination, and even the threat of criminal consequences when the polygamous marriage is carried out without the consent of the first wife. This article advocates for the reconstruction of the identity and social role of second wives, emphasizing the need for comprehensive legal reforms, increased public awareness, and the promotion of marriage registration to ensure the fulfillment of women’s rights and the creation of a more equitable marital framework in polygamous settings.

Abstract

Curriculum is used as well as the way, plans, rules, teaching materials, and guidelines in the learning process. It is also meaningful as a map of reality. Curriculum is similar as a road map and a map of the world that becomes a guidance and direction for people who are traveling. Curriculum is a map of reality because it becomes a clue, for example, any form of reality and physical, metaphysical, mathematical, social-that can be reviewed and learnt by humans. As a map, it serves as a guideline to observe, to read, and to review some forms. In addition, the curriculum can be functioned and used as a tool by people to actualize their potency, so they can be professional in education.
