Abstract

The objective of this study was to know the strategy of English department program management to improve the quality its program through acreditation standard. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using SWOT analysis. Improving the quality of English department consists of: 1) developing the vision, mission, and the target of the English study program, 2) strengthening the management and quality assurance of the English program, 3) improving the quality of the alumni of English study program, 4) improving the human resources of the English study program, 5) evaluating curriculum and management of the English study program, 6) developing the fund, facilities, and information system of the English study program, and 7) networking and developing the research, community services, and cooperration with other parties.

Abstract

This study describes the use of mobile learning technology for students at the elementary school level. There are many educational applications, so researchers want to know whether these applications are needed for education. In this study, in order to understand how students, understand the use of educational applications that can be used on mobile devices, a qualitative method is used. Researchers in this case also use data collection techniques by conducting semi-structured interviews with students and elementary school students who use cellular technology in learning activities. The children said that using instructional apps had helped them improve their skills. When they work in groups, they develop relational and communication skills. On the other hand, there are some students who do not see the value or convenience of using educational apps on their mobile devices. The result of this research is the application of arithmetic and storytelling helps children improve their cognitive abilities. At the same time, when they interact with others, this activity stimulates them and offers emotional benefits. Use Study participants demonstrated a wide range of learning skills and capacities, as demonstrated by this study. Finally, this work offers new possibilities for future research in this exciting field.

Abstract

The use of social media among academics as a means of communication and information. This research is qualitative research with the aim of getting an overview of the use of social media among universities. In general, the use of social media as a medium of learning has been applied in almost all universities today. The method in this study using online observation and scoping review was used to collect information, and literature was collected from several databases such as the Proquest and Science Direct website, Google Scholar, and Mendeley. Furthermore, the material is divided into several sections so that relevant literature can be collected and used in conjunction with teaching and learning activities in higher education institutions. The results of this study indicate that learning ideas can be learned and implemented through the use of social media. It has the potential to increase teaching and learning effectiveness, as well as to promote group learning and collaborative learning opportunities. Learning tools such as e-books and online films can be accessed through social media platforms. Social media can help in developing innovative ideas in academics and education. The conclusion of this study is that the use of social media is very effective as a learning medium for universities

Abstract

This article aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of IRE (Islamic Religious Education) and Character learning at SMK Thoriqul Ulum Pacet. This article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. For data collection, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study obtained the following results: 1) General learning planning, a) determination of health protocols, b) preparation of lesson plans, c) face to face assessment during the new standard period d) evaluation. 2) Implementing Islamic Education and Character Learning in the New Normal Era at Thoriqul Ulum Pacet Vocational School using face to face but reducing learning hours. 3) Evaluation of Islamic Education and Character Learning in the New Normal Era at Thoriqul Ulum Pacet Vocational School with the teacher giving exams, oral tests, assignments, and homework.

Abstract

This study aim to describe the efforts made in meeting the standards of facilities and infrastructure in implementing school-based management in an Islamic school in East Kalimantan. The research also describes community empowerment in the school environment and describes the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing school-based management in meeting the standards of facilities and infrastructure. The place that the writer used as the research object was at one of the Islamic schools located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The time that the author uses to conduct research is from September 2022 to October 2022. In this look at the writer makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach, that is, a examine aimed at describing and studying phenomena, events, social sports, attitudes, ideals, perceptions, humans's mind in my opinion or in agencies. More than one descriptions are used to locate ideas and reasons that cause conclusions. Implementation of School-Based Management in Compliance with Infrastructure Standards in schools has been well managed and in accordance with the basic needs of schools regarding compliance with infrastructure standards.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are, 1) to determine the effect of student motivation on student learning outcomes of the male sex in the Thematic subject in class V SDN 52 Bengkulu City. 2) to determine the effect of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes of the female gender in thematic eyes. 3) to determine the effect of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes in thematic subjects and 4) to determine the comparative test results of student learning motivation and student learning outcomes in terms of gender in thematic subjects. This research is a quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive research design with regression and comparison types, sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique. The results of this study are that there is an influence of student learning motivation on student learning outcomes of male and female gender in thematic subjects in class V SDN 52 Bengkulu City. And there are differences in the learning motivation of male and female students.

Abstract

In this investigation, scholars employed the approach of class action research (CAR). The aim of this investigation is to boost students' academic performance by utilizing the value clarification technique (VCT) as a learning model. The instruments employed in this research included observation checklists, field notes, and evaluations (pre-test and post-test). The results of this study demonstrate that incorporating the value clarification technique (VCT) as a learning model can enhance students' academic achievements, as evidenced in both the initial and subsequent stages. In the initial phase, the mean score of the pretest was more than 40, which subsequently increased to more than 60 in the posttest score. While in the subsequent phase, the mean score of the pretest was more than 50, which escalated to more than 80 in the posttest score. In the initial phase, some students scored below the KKM, but in the subsequent phase, the lowest score was 80, and no student scored below the KKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Return On Equity (ROE) dan Likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Cash Ratio terhadap return saham pada perusahaan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2013-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi dokumen dengan cara menganalisis laporan keuangan. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai pengaruh antara variabel profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap variabel returm saham. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan Net Profit Margin (NPM) berpengaruh positif 0,121, Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif 41,377, Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh negative -0,887, Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh positif 1,088, Quick Ratio (QR) berpengaruh negative -0,674, dan Cash Ratio berpengaruh negative -0,01. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil nilai R Sequare 0,341 menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas dapat menjelaskan variasi dari return saham 34,1%.

Abstract

Munculnya era digital telah membawa transformasi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya di berbagai bidang aktivitas manusia, termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini melibatkan analisis bibliometrik yang komprehensif untuk menerangi lanskap pendidikan global yang terus berkembang di era digital. Analisis ini mencakup berbagai literatur ilmiah, yang memungkinkan identifikasi tren utama, karya-karya penting, jaringan kolaboratif, dan tema-tema yang sedang berkembang. Integrasi teknologi digital dengan pendidikan telah memunculkan wacana dinamis yang melampaui batas-batas geografis dan mendorong keterlibatan lintas budaya, kolaborasi, dan akuisisi pengetahuan. Melalui pemeriksaan yang ketat terhadap tren publikasi, pola kutipan bersama, dan jaringan kepenulisan bersama, penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan tentang bagaimana transformasi digital membentuk kembali pendidikan dalam skala internasional. Temuan-temuan ini berkontribusi pada dialog yang sedang berlangsung tentang persimpangan antara pendidikan global dan teknologi digital, memberikan informasi kepada para pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti tentang berbagai dimensi lanskap yang terus berkembang ini.
