Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang masih menjadi tantangan serius di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah perdesaan. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh kekurangan gizi kronis dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pemenuhan gizi serta pencegahan penyakit pada anak usia dini. Pemanfaatan makanan lokal yang kaya nutrisi dan kepatuhan terhadap imunisasi dasar lengkap merupakan dua strategi penting dalam mencegah stunting, namun belum sepenuhnya dipahami dan diterapkan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas sosialisasi terpadu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pencegahan stunting melalui pemanfaatan makanan lokal dan imunisasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kampung Golok, Desa Kampung Baru, Kecamatan Pamarayan, Kabupaten Serang, dengan melibatkan 36 responden yang terdiri atas 28 ibu dengan balita dan 8 ibu hamil. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diuji menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan responden setelah kegiatan sosialisasi. Sebelum sosialisasi, mayoritas responden (52,8%) berada pada kategori pengetahuan rendah, sementara setelah sosialisasi, 75% responden berada pada kategori pengetahuan tinggi. Uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest (p < 0,05). Sosialisasi berbasis partisipatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pangan lokal dan imunisasi dalam upaya pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Having a healthy child, both physically and mentally, who grows and develops well is the hope of every parent. However, the birth of children with developmental disabilities, such as Down syndrome, remains a concern that must be addressed, particularly through preventive efforts. Down syndrome is a genetic disorder associated with intellectual disability, often linked to both genetic and environmental factors, including inadequate maternal nutrition during pregnancy. This study aims to develop pedagogical strategies for educating pregnant women on the importance of prenatal nutrition as a preventive measure against Down syndrome. Using a field study method, data were collected through observations and interviews to explore the understanding and practices of maternal nutrition among pregnant women. The findings indicate that adequate nutritional intake during pregnancy contributes significantly to reducing the risk of developmental disorders, including Down syndrome, beyond hereditary factors. The implication of this study highlights the importance of structured and accessible pedagogical interventions to raise awareness and promote responsible nutritional practices during pregnancy. It is hoped that the results can serve as a foundation for future educational programs that empower mothers to make informed decisions for the well-being of their unborn children.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness and implement the Zep Quiz application as a tool to improve the understanding and career planning of 10th grade students of Senior High School (SMA). Career planning in early adolescence is an important stage in directing students towards future education and job choices. The Zep Quiz application is designed to provide an interactive questionnaire that can identify students' interests and talents, as well as provide relevant career recommendations. The research method used is a quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design of 30 10th grade students from one of the senior high schools in Cilegon. Data were collected through a career planning questionnaire given before (pretest) and after (posttest) the intervention using the Zep Quiz application. The results showed a significant increase in students' career planning scores after participating in the Zep Quiz intervention. The implication of this study is that the Zep Quiz application can be an effective tool in facilitating students' career planning at the senior high school level.

Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies to improve self-love among adolescents who experience low self-confidence due to acne, focusing on the case of Putri Nur Intan in Kp. Badamusalam, Sawahluhur Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method through observation and interviews with the subject, her parents, and a guidance counselor. Results show that the application of positive affirmations, parental understanding, and peer support significantly increased self-love and confidence. This study contributes practical insights for school counselors and parents in addressing appearance-based psychological issues in adolescents.

Abstract

This study aims to understand more deeply about the difficulty of moving on in adolescents after a breakup, especially related to rumination. The phenomenon of a breakup often causes individuals to have difficulty moving on whichcan trigger psychological problems such as rumination, anxiety, self-concept confusion, and identity crisis. Rumination as a process of thinking repeatedly about negative experieces in the past, was found to help mental-emotional conditions and inhibit recovery. This study used a qualitative approach with semi-structured in-depth interviews with single participants (SNA) who had difficulty moving on after the end of a three-year relationship. Data analysis was inductive using thematic analysis. The results showed that SNA experienced intense emotional rumination, prolonged anxiety, emotional dependence, and self-concept confusion after a breakup. These findings confirm that ruminating prolongs emotional stress and inhibits psychological recovery. This study is expected to contribute to finding effective strategies to overcome the impact of insight into healthier ways of dealing with the past.

Abstract

Generasi sandwich merupakan individu dewasa awal yang terjepit di antara tanggung jawab merawat orang tua lanjut usia dan membesarkan anak-anak mereka sendiri, menghadapi tantangan unik dalam masa pertumbuhan mereka. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi generasi sandwich, termasuk tekanan finansial, stres emosional, dan kesulitan menyeimbangkan berbagai peran. Kami juga membahas dampak tantangan ini terhadap kesejahteraan mental dan emosional mereka, serta strategi yang dapat mereka gunakan untuk mengatasi tekanan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya dukungan sosial dan kebijakan yang responsif untuk membantu generasi sandwich melewati masa transisi yang sulit ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguraikan berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh generasi sandwich termasuk finansial, emosional, dan kesehatan mental. Sehingga dapat memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang tantangan yang dihadapi generasi sandwich. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para profesional di bidang psikologi, pekerja sosial, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengembangkan intervensi dan dukungan yang lebih baik bagi generasi sandwich. Peningkatan kesadaran akan tantangan yang mereka hadapi juga penting untuk membangun pemahaman dan empati dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memahami kondisi emosi yang dialami oleh seorang ibu single parent dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Menjalani peran ganda sebagai pencari nafkah sekaligus pengasuh utama anak membawa tantangan yang tidak ringan, baik secara emosional maupun sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas harian subjek, wawancara mendalam untuk menggali pengalaman pribadi dan perasaan yang dialami, serta dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek mengalami berbagai dinamika emosi dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Emosi negatif yang dominan dirasakan antara lain stres, cemas, kesepian, dan kelelahan, terutama ketika menghadapi tekanan ekonomi dan keterbatasan waktu dalam mengurus anak. Namun demikian, subjek juga menunjukkan emosi positif seperti kasih sayang yang kuat terhadap anak, semangat untuk terus berjuang, serta rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan anak secara fisik dan emosional Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kondisi emosinya meliputi tingkat dukungan sosial dari keluarga terdekat, kondisi ekonomi keluarga, serta pengalaman masa lalu yang turut membentuk ketangguhan emosional subjek. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa ibu single parent membutuhkan dukungan yang berkelanjutan dari lingkungan sosialnya guna menjaga stabilitas emosional dan kesehatan mentalnya dalam menjalani peran ganda tersebut

Abstract

The purposes of this study is to describes: (1) the social maturity of students from homogeneous school and heterogeneous schools; (2) to examine whether there is a difference of social maturity levels of students from the homogeneous schools and heterogeneous schools. The samples of this quantitative research are 206 students from Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Ar-Risalah and Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tarbiyah Islamiyah Batang Kabung. Sample were chosen using proportional random sampling techniques. The instrument used in this research is the scale of the social maturity of students. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and t-test. The research findings shows that: (1) the social maturity of students from homogeneous school heterogeneous schools were on a high category; (2) there is a difference of social maturity levels of students from a homogeneous schools and heterogeneous schools, where the level of social maturity of students from heterogeneous schools is higher.

Abstract

STUDENT ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION IN TERMS OF ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITY. This study aims: 1) To describe the level of academic procrastination of students who follow the organization carried out by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 2) Describe the level of academic procrastination of students who do not participate in the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 3) Describe whether there is a difference between students who join the organization and students who do not join the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. In this study, the researcher used a comparative quantitative method where the researcher compared two variables, whether there were differences in academic procrastination between students who joined the organization and students who did not join the organization. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that; 1) The level of procrastination in students who do not join the organization is in the low category with an average score of 81.4. 2) The level of academic procrastination of students who join the organization is in the high category with an average value of 92.4. 3) There is a significant difference between students who do not join the organization and students who join the organization. Judging from the results of data processing in the SPSS For Windows Release version 26 program, the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000, which means that there is a difference between the two variables.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) the career anxiety level of FTK UIN SMH Banten students; 2) differences in career anxiety levels of FTK UIN SMH Banten students based on gender. 3) efforts to provide guidance and counseling services to reduce career anxiety for FTK UIN SMH Banten students. This study used a comparative quantitative method by comparing the career anxiety level of FTK UIN SMH Banten students based on gender. Data was collected with the Student Career Anxiety Scale (SKKM) and processed using an independent sample t-test. The results of the study revealed: (1) career anxiety of FTK UIN SMH Banten students is in the moderate category or score at 46.23; (2) There is a significant difference between the career anxiety of male and female students at FTK UIN SMH Banten with a significant level of 0.00; (3) Some of the efforts to reduce career anxiety of FTK UIN SMH Banten students are: group counseling or individual counseling. For preventive efforts, counselors in providing career guidance services such as group guidance, classical guidance, indirect services and the use of Islamic methods.
