Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is a technology that has rapidly developed in this decade. Its capability to perform tasks previously achievable only by humans has made this technology popular and utilized across various sectors, including vocational education. In vocational education, Artificial Intelligence plays a role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching. One example is the development of adaptive learning programs that can adjust the curriculum according to students' abilities and needs. Additionally, Artificial Intelligence is also used to evaluate student performance and provide automatic feedback. This system can assist in assessing and monitoring student performance, enabling teachers to focus on teaching and student development. This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This method is used to identify, assess, evaluate, and interpret all available research within the field of the relevant phenomenon, guided by specific research questions. By using this method, a systematic review and identification of journals can be conducted, following predefined steps. The data for this study is obtained from relevant journals between the years 2013 to 2021, totaling 15 literature journals from various countries. The primary goal of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the role of this technology in vocational education and to present a framework that can be used as a guide for the implementation of Artificial Intelligence. It is anticipated that this research will assist educators and decision-makers in effectively utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance learning, skills, and vocational student preparation for the continually evolving job market.

Abstract

Abstrak : Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan surat edaran nomor 4 Tahun 2020 perihal pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan dalam masa darurat penyebaran Covid-19, pada surat edaran tersebut dijelaskan bahwa proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan di rumah melalui pembelajaran daring atau dalam jaringan. Tak terkecuali pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah kejuruan (SMK). Melalui penelitian studi kasus di salah satu SMK di daerah Boyolali, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk:(1) Mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan di kelas XI dan XII (2) Mengetahui tingkat efektivitas sistem sistem pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan pada peserta didik kelas XI dan XII, (3) Mengetahui kelebihan dan kendala pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan pada peserta didik kelas XI dan XII. Metode pengambilan data yang  digunakan adalah angket dan observasi. Data diperoleh dari siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan pembelajaran di SMK pada saat pandemi Covid-19 melalui pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring berlangsung menggunakan beragam aplikasi diantaranya, Aplikasi Whatsapp, Aplikasi Elegant smkgti yaitu website E-Learning sekolah, Aplikasi Zoom atau Google meet, Aplikasi Kahoot Aplikasi tersebut bisa diakses menggunakan perangkat teknologi handphone. (2) Efektivitas pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan pada mata pelajaran konstruksi jalan dan jembatan di salah satu SMK di Boyolali berlangsung efektif jika dilihat dari nilai rata-rata setiap indikator yang berada di atas 50% (3) Kelebihan pembelajaran daring di salah satu SMK di Boyolali sudah memiliki E-Learning. Pemerintah dan sekolah memberi subsidi pulsa kepada peserta didik dan guru. Kendala pembelajaran daring yaitu gangguan sinyal pada saat pembelajaran dan peserta didik menjadi lebih pasif. Abstract :The Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia issued circular letter number 4 of 2020 regarding the implementation of education policies in the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19, in the circular it was explained that the learning process was carried out at home through online or online learning. The vocational high school (VHS) level is no exception. The objectives of the study are: (1) to find out how the application of the online learning system for road and bridge construction subjects in students at grade XI and XII (2) to determine the level of effectiveness of the online learning system system for road and bridge construction subjects in students, and (3) to find out the advantages and constraints of online learning in the subject of Road and Bridge Construction. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and observations. Data obtained from students and teachers. The results showed: (1) Application of learning at one of Boyolali’s Vocational High School during the Covid-19 pandemic was through online learning. Online learning takes place using a variety of applications, including the WhatsApp application, the School Learning Management System, the Zoom or Google meet application, and the Kahoot application. The application can be accessed using mobile technology devices. (2) The effectiveness of online learning carried out on road and bridge construction subjects at one of Boyolali’s Vocational School is effective when viewed from the average value of each indicator which is above 50%, (3) The advantages of online learning at one of Boyolali’s Vocational School was it already have E-Learning. The government and schools provide credit subsidies to students and teachers. The obstacle to online learning is signal interference during learning and students become more passive.

Abstract

Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) adalah bagian kurikulum pendidikan kejuruan di SMK, Namun, pelaksanaannya sering menghadapi kendala, seperti komunikasi tidak efisien, pelaporan yang terlambat, dan kesulitan memantau perkembangan siswa. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan sistem monitoring PKL bertujuan mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem monitoring PKL yang layak digunakan bagi siswa SMK untuk menunjang aktivitas mereka. Metode penelitian riset ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan model Alessi & Trollip. Subjek penelitian mencakup ahli perangkat lunak/media, ahli materi, dan guru dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode non-tes melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap uji alpha produk sistem monitoring PKL mendapat penilaian dengan kualifikasi "Sangat Baik" dari para ahli dan guru yang menjadi validator, rata-rata skor keseluruhan mencapai 94%. Merujuk hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa sistem monitoring PKL berhak memperoleh kategori ‘sangat layak’ digunakan sebagai aplikasi untuk menunjang serangkaian aktivitas PKL, baik untuk guru dan siswa.

Abstract

In the current era, students are required to be able to adapt, think critically, and be able to learn independently. This study aims to improve students' learning independence at the vocational high school level, especially in class XI DPIB SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali by implementing the Problem Based Learning model in the Expertise Concentration subject. This study is a Classroom Action Research with a research design using the Kemmis & McTaggart model. The research subjects used were 27 students of class XI DPIB SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, documentation and field notes. The collection was carried out through two cycles and one pre-cycle. Data analysis used is a descriptive analysis technique sourced from the results of observations. The results of the observations showed an increase in learning independence from 37.0% in the pre-cycle, 55.6% in the first cycle, and 77.8% in the second cycle. Students showed positive developments in aspects of initiative, responsibility, perseverance, and confidence in completing tasks. The implementation of the PBL model has been proven effective in increasing student learning independence at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali.Dalam era saat ini, siswa dituntut untuk dapat beradaptasi, berpikir kritis, dan mampu belajar secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa pada jenjang SMK khususnya di kelas XI DPIB SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning dalam mata pelajaran Konsentrasi Keahlian. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan desain penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis & McTaggart. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas XI program keahlian DPIB di SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Pengambilan dilakukan melalui dua siklus dan satu pra-siklus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif yang bersumber dari hasil observasi. Hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari 37,0% pada pra-siklus, 55,6% pada siklus pertama, dan 77,8% pada siklus kedua. Siswa menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam aspek inisiatif, tanggung jawab, ketekunan, serta kepercayaan diri dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Penerapan model PBL telah terbukti efektif dalam peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa di SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of students' creativity skills in learning, develop a Team Project-Based Flip Classroom Learning Model, and determine the learning model's effectiveness. The research was conducted at one of the vocational schools in Sukoharjo Regency. This research was conducted as research and development using mixed methods in data collection. The instrument's validity for measuring the learning model was evaluated using the Aiken V coefficient, and the model's effectiveness was determined using the N-gain score. The results showed that the team project-based flip classroom learning model is reliable and efficient. This model has three main steps: independent learning, face-to-face learning, and guided learning for self-reflection. These findings imply that teachers, particularly at the vocational education level, can utilize the team-project-based flipped classroom learning model as an alternative learning strategy that emphasizes material mastery and optimizes student creativity development. This model is also relevant for applications in subjects requiring technical skills and creative problem-solving.

Abstract

Semua anak memerlukan pendidikan yang layak untuk perkembangan daya pikir. Untuk meningkatkan daya berpikir, maka siswa memerlukan pembelajaran yang menarik. Dalam pembelajaran menumbuhkankan antusias dan semangat belajar sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan di SDN 01 Karakan Weru Sukoharjo. Pembelajaran disekolah ini mempunyai keterbatasan pada sarana prasarana dan kinerja pendidik yang kurang optimal. Sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi pembelajaran agar siswa mudah dalam memahami materi mata pelajaran IPA. Dalam hal ini diterapkan pelaksanaan program kerja Fun Sains Experiment (FUNEX) dengan melakukan eksperimen sains yang menyenangkan. Pada kegiatan ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi yang berkaitan dengan pemahaman siswa. Program FUNEX dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali pertemuan dengan agenda eksperimen air anti gravitasi dan roket cuka. Pada pembelajaran ini meningkatkan antusias dan semangat belajar pada siswa untuk mata pelajaran IPA. Pembelajaran ini melibatkan siswa secara langsung melakukan eksperimen untuk melihat kejadian-kejadian yang berkaitan dengan sains. Siswa dapat memahami dengan mudah tentang konsep pelajaran IPA yang diajarkan oleh guru. Kata kunci: pembelajaran; FUNEX; memahami; sains .
