Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang insecure menurut perspektif Agama Buddha. Insecure memiliki pengertian yang berarti orang yang merasa tidak aman,kegelisahan (uddhacca) dan kekhawatiran (kukkucca) yang menyebabkan orang ini tidak percaya diri. Sebagian orang iri terhadap apa yang dimiliki orang lain sehingga tidak bersyurkur atas apa yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini merupakaan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode literatur, untuk mendapatkan data informasi yaitu dengan memanfaatkan sumber buku, jurnal dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian orang tidak percaya diri. Banyak pihak yang menganggap rasa tidak percaya diri ini adalah hal yang lumrah dan biasa saja, namun jika hal ini dihubungkan dengan keadaan mental seseorang, maka hal ini sangatlah serius. Hal ini bertujuan agar didalam agama Buddha mengetahui bahwa insecure akan membuat seseorang tidak aman. Sehingga perlu pengkajian yang lebih dalam mengenai insecure. Dengan demikian semua masyarakat terutama dikalangan Buddhis bisa mempraktikan dengan keyakinan terutama kepada diri sendiri

Latar Belakang : Proses pembelajaran melibatkan interaksi antara pendidik, peserta didik, teman sekelas, atau orang lain dengan tujuan mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Agar efektif, interaksi antara guru dan peserta didik harus optimal, sehingga pendidik perlu memiliki kemampuan dan keahlian tertentu untuk menciptakan suasana kelas yang mendorong pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pendidik memperbaiki dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran online yang efektif dan membangkitkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan jenis penelitian lapangan. Sumber data primer yang dikumpulkan berbentuk kata-kata atau gambar dan hasil penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran online berdampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik . Kualitas konten pembelajaran, kemudahan akses, dan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap pengalaman pembelajaran online adalah faktor penting yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi peserta didik. Kesimpulan: Salah satu implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah pentingnya institusi pendidikan untuk memperhatikan kualitas konten pembelajaran online dan memastikan bahwa peserta didikĀ merasa puas dengan pengalaman pembelajaran online. Selain itu, perlu ada upaya untuk meningkatkan kemudahan akses peserta didikĀ terhadap pembelajaran online.

This study analyzes effective communication in Buddhist Religious Education (BRE) learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bandar Agung Elementary School 4, Bandar Sribhawono Subdistrict. The study utilizes a qualitative approach and a case study method. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. The research findings indicate that teachers use WhatsApp and video calls as communication channels for distance learning. Teachers also involve parents or family members of the students as communication intermediaries. Interactive teaching methods such as questioning, discussions, and lectures are employed. The study also identifies communication barriers such as limited internet access and technological proficiency. Teachers address these barriers by directly communicating with students and parents through home visits. This research highlights the importance of effective communication in BRE learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and the strategies used to overcome communication challenges.

Effective social interaction is essential to everyday life, especially in an educational environment. Students of Jinarakkhita College of Lampung undergoing lectures need good speaking skills to interact with fellow students and related parties in the campus environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of speaking skills on student social interaction at STIAB Jinarakkhita Lampung. The research method used was a quantitative study using questionnaires distributed to the active student population on the campus. The results showed that the ability to speak significantly influenced the social interaction of students at STIAB Jinarakkhita Lampung. Students with good speaking skills tend to express their thoughts and ideas better clearly and in structure, facilitating effective communication in various social interaction situations. In addition, good speaking skills also affect students' ability to listen well and understand other people's perspectives. With good speaking skills, students can avoid misunderstandings and increase empathy for others, which in turn will strengthen healthy and harmonious social interactions in the campus environment. This research has important implications for academics and decision-makers at STIAB Jinarakkhita Lampung in designing strategies and activities to develop speaking skills for students. By improving speaking skills, it is hoped that social interaction on campus can be improved, create an inclusive environment, support each other, and contribute positively to students' educational experience at STIAB Jinarakkhita Lampung

The mindfulness parenting program is a form of informal activity carried out to align child care and education activities in playgroups and at home. There are several problems with the pattern of parenting children. This service aims to introduce the mindfulness parenting program to Buddhists in East Oku by providing education to parents so they have knowledge and insight on how to apply good and right parenting styles to children. The service is carried out in the form of workshop activities. As a result, Buddhists in East Oku, especially foster parents, have new insights on how to educate children in a fully mindful way.

This study aimed to determine the influence of Mindfulness practices on academic procrastination in Buddhist Higher Education Institutions. Problems that occur in students are delaying college assignments, laziness, preferring other activities such as playing games, playing social media, and playing with friends compared to doing tasks, difficulty dividing time in doing college assignments and being stubborn about terms given. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study amounted to 148, with a sample of 108 obtained using the proportional random sampling technique. The research was conducted at Buddhist Higher Education Institutions with student respondents in semesters II to VIII of the Buddhist Higher Education Students. The results showed a significant adverse effect between mindfulness practices and student academic procrastination with a count of -7.572 and a significance value (p) of 0.000 <0.05. The results of simple regression analysis calculations show that the RSquare value is 0.351. This means that mindfulness practice affects academic procrastination by 35.1%, and other factors influence the remaining 64.9%.

The research aims to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence on students' learning motivation. Conducted at Jinarakkhita Buddhist College among second-semester students, this study seeks to establish the significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the level of learning motivation. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study involves data collection from second-semester students at Jinarakkhita Buddhist College using a research instrument that has undergone validity and reliability testing. Statistical analysis is performed to test hypotheses and assess the association between emotional intelligence and learning motivation. The findings of this research will contribute to a deeper comprehension of the significance of emotional intelligence in shaping students' learning motivation. The implications of this study can provide valuable information for educational institutions to enhance the development of students' emotional intelligence and learning motivation.

This quantitative research aims to determine the contribution of lecturers' persuasive communication to students' self-confidence and learning motivation. The study population was students of Jinarakkhita Buddhist College of Lampung. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling with the number of selected samples as many as 78 people. The research data were collected using the lecturer's persuasive communication scale, self-confidence scale, and learning motivation scale. The data analysis technique used was multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). Analysis of research data showed that there was a positive contribution between persuasive communication and self-confidence. It is also known that there is a positive contribution between persuasive communication and learning motivation. Specifically, it is known that in this study, lecturers' persuasive communication is high, students' self-confidence is moderate, and students' learning motivation is also moderate.

This study aims to discover the relationship between extrovert students' and their writing ability at the university level. The study was conducted from March to April 2023 at the Jinarakkhita Buddhist College Bandar Lampung. The population of the research was the second-semester Buddhist Education Department students in the academic year 2022-2023. The researchers used a rubric score to analyze and measure the students' recount text writing ability before and after treatment. The data were collected by administering essay writing pre-tests and post-tests. The data were collected from a writing test used to assess students' writing abilities, and a series of analyses were performed, beginning with examining the reliability of the questionnaire and the association between the score and students' personalities. The result showed increased pre-test and post-test average scores from 49.9 to 65.1. In addition, this study found that second-semester students' writing abilities have improved due to the use of communication skill-based writing instruction (CSBWI) to promote extrovert students' as they are more expressive in conducting ideas.

This research aims to determine the formation of personal branding through YouTube social media. YouTube plays an important role in building one's personal branding. This research uses an ex-post facto quantitative approach (non-experimental research) with a survey method. The population studied was viewers of the Log In Close The Door Bhikku Dhirapunno podcast on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel. Based on the results of research and discussion regarding the influence of YouTube social media on Bhikku Dhirapunno's personal branding, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of YouTube social media on Bhikku Dhirapunno's personal branding. The great influence of YouTube social media on Bhikku Dhirapunno's personal branding can be seen from the R square of 17.7%.
