Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the information obtained from playing with an artificial sand environment on the eye-hand coordination abilities of young children. This study is a quantitative research using an experimental method and a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The respondents consisted of 22 children aged 5 to 6 years. The results of the research indicate a significant difference in the average eye-hand coordination abilities of children before and after the treatment, as evidenced by the scores obtained in the pre- and post-tests, which were 40.9% and 68.1% respectively. Although the t-test calculation yields a significant value of < 0.05, specifically 0.00, rejecting the null hypothesis (Ho), these results indicate a significant influence before and after the treatment. It is necessary to design and implement regular play activities according to the themed sand play in the classroom as a medium to stimulate eye-hand coordination. Additionally, it is important to disseminate this information to groups of teachers in the vicinity of the research location.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the speaking ability of playgroup children at the Menara Ilmu PAUD, Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the research results, the description of the ability to speak in playgroup children at the Menara Ilmu PAUD is optimal. This is evidenced by the fact that the child is able to talk about the events that are happening around him, is able to speak according to his way of thinking and the child is able to speak in the process of thinking and has full appreciation. This cannot be separated from the hard work of a teacher and parental guidance for children in the ability to speak well.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh bimbingan belajar orang tua dirumah terhadap kemampuan menulis permulaan anak usia 5-6 tahun pada masa pandemi Covid-l9 di TK Dahlia Kecamatan Tapa Kabupaten Bone Bolango Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan jenis pre-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 15 orang. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan data pretest memperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata l9,95 dengan standar deviasi 0.85375 dan hasil nilai rata-rata post- test 29,46 dengan standar deviasi 3.052l4. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan melalui uji t menunjukkan bahwa Hl diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas yang dilakukan orang tua dan anak selama pembelajaran dari rumah yang dilakukan secara bermakna dengan bantuan guru secara efektif meningkatkan kemampuan menulis awal anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's strategy in dealing with aggressive behavior in early childhood at Kihadjar Dewantoro 1 State Kindergarten, Kota Timur District, Gorontalo City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research discussion, the strategy for dealing with early childhood aggressive behavior applied by teachers in Kihajdar Dewantoro 1 State Kindergarten, Kota Timur District, Gorontalo City, has been able to handle and minimize the occurrence of aggressive behavior. The results of this study describe the teacher's strategy for dealing with early childhood aggressive behavior in Kihajdar Dewantoro 1 State Kindergarten, Kota Timur District, Gorontalo City, that the strategy applied by the teacher has undergone changes for the better. Such as identifying children's problems by looking at and recording children's behavior with anecdotal notes. Then a gentle approach strategy by giving persuasion and giving praise. However, if a gentle approach strategy is not effective, a punishment strategy will be used.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the data that concerned the effect of moral habituation on disciplinary behavior towards children. Quantitative data was employed using the design intact-group comparison as the research method. The study depicted that there was no effect on the previously mentioned study towards children’s disciplinary behavior, and it can be seen from the children’s disciplinary post-test average score, which was between 0.572 and 573. The result proves that the there is no significant influence on the development of disciplinary behavior in children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal angka melalui media Canva Interaktif anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Melati Harapan Kota Sawahlunto. Selain itu penilitan ini dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan perkembangan teknologi kepada anak sejak dini. Pembahasan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penggunaan media Canva Interaktif dapat membantu anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Melati Harapan Kota Sawahlunto dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal angka. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemammpuan Mengena Angka Melalui Media Canva Interaktif Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di PAUD Melati Harapan Kota Sawahlunto. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, pada setiap siklusterdapat empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Yang menjadi subjek pada penelitian ini adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Melati Harapan Kota Sawahlunto yang berjumlah 14 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan mengenal angka pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan yang terjadi pada setiap siklus pada kondisi awal atau pra siklus anak yang mencapai kriteria mampu hanya 14,3%, meningkat pada Siklus I menjadi 25,7% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 82,9%. Penggunaan media Canva Interaktif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal angka, meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak, serta meningkatkan pengetahuan anak dalam mengenal teknologi . hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Canva Interaktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terbukti dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan mengenal angka anak

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatarbelakang anak yang mengalami broken home yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini (4 tahun) sampai ia remaja berusia 18 tahun yang menjadi korban broken home Di Sulawesi Tengah, Kabupaten Banggai, Kecamatan Masama, Desa Ranga-Ranfa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus terhadap perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak yang menjadi korban broken home. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang remaja perempuan berusia 18 tahun merupakan anak korban broken home. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadinya broken home mengakibatkan tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan anak, terutama perhatian dan kasih sayang yang seharusnya di dapatkan dari kedua orang tunya, akan tetapi AR tetap memiliki rasa aman, mendapatkan perlindungan, suka berempati dan berbagi dengan orang lain. AR adalah salah satu anak yang menjadi korban broken home mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sesuai dengan anak seusianya. Sehingga AR pun tidak memerlukan penanganan khusus.

Abstract

Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Card Sort Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Membaca Anak Kelompok B di Tk Pembina Agropolitan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh media pembelajaran card sort terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca anak kelompok B di Tk Pembina Agropolitan. Metode pada penelitian ini mengunakan kuantitatif eksperimen pre-experimental ( one-group pre test-post test disaign). Adapun hasil penelitian dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 16 anak menunjukan adanya perubahan yang signifikan dilihat dari data pretest dan posttest. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data pretest dengan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 12,62 dan standar deviasi 1,1543. Sedangkan pada pada posttest memperoleh nilai rata-rata 36,62 dan standar deviasi 1,927 Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan sebelum dan sesudah di berikan perlakuan. Berdasarkan output test statistics, di ketahui sig-n (2 tailed) bernilai 0,000. Oleh karna itu 0,000 0,05 maka hipotesis diterima. Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran card sort terhadap kemampuan literasi membaca anak kelompok B di Tk Pembina Agropolita.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of unstimulated HOTS abilities of children in Pertiwi 1 Kindergarten, Padang Governor's Office.This happens because learning activities are always centered on teachers and learning activities that always use LKA every day so that children are easily bored and quickly bored because there are no interesting activities and are carried out every day in learning.This study aims to meet how much influence the modified snakes and ladders game has on children's HOTS abilities in Pertiwi 1 Kindergarten, Padang Governor's Office.The research method used is quantitative with an experimental approach in the form of a quasi-experiment.Using a research sample in group B5 consisting of 10 children in the experimental class and 10 children in the control class.Data analysis techniques used include normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests.To test the difference in children's HOTS abilities before and after being given treatment.The results of the research data analysis, the average pre-test for the experimental class was 14 and 14.7 for the control group.While the average post-test for the experimental group was 21.4 and 19.7 for the control class.The difference shows that for the experimental class using the snakes and ladders game and the control class using flashcards are homogeneous.The results of the study can be said to be significant because the use of modified snakes and ladders games has the advantage of stimulating HOTS abilities in children.The advantage of this snakes and ladders game is that children can solve simple problems, analyze images and compare one image with another.Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the modified snakes and ladders game on the HOTS abilities of children at Pertiwi 1 Kindergarten, Padang Governor's Office.
