Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing customer satisfaction of PT Bukit Asam, Tbk regarding the services and products provided by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) for coal transportation. Customer satisfaction is analyzed based on three key factors: service quality, price perception, and product quality, specifically in transporting coal from the Tanjung Enim Mining Unit to Tarahan Port and Kertapati Pier, which accounted for 32,423,156 tons transported in 2023. The research findings indicate that all three factors—service quality, price perception, and product quality—have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The contribution of this research is twofold: it provides insights into the direct impact of these factors on corporate customer satisfaction and offers practical recommendations for PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to enhance its service performance, thereby improving its competitiveness in Indonesia's transportation and logistics sector. Future research could focus on additional factors, such as technological innovation and environmental sustainability, and investigate their influence on customer satisfaction across different industries or regions, offering broader insights into service quality improvement in the logistics industry.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Ragional Regional Office III and Palembang Branch. The data used in this study is primary data, collected directly from employees through structured questionnaires that measure variables such as leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance. A descriptive and inferential approach was employed to analyze the relationships among the study variables. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance at the regional office level. Work motivation has an important positive effect on employee's performance so that the second hypothesis can be accepted. Leadership styles have a negative effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Office level, while leadership styles and motivational strategies have positive effects on employee performances. The findings of this study offer practical guidance for organizational leaders and HR professionals seeking to optimize workforce performance through tailored leadership and motivation practices, contributing to more effective management strategies within similar corporate and branch-level environments.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of brand loyalty and service quality on product purchase decisions at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The population in this study is all customers who purchase products at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the city of Palembang in 2023-2024. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents with a determination method using purposive sampling. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that brand loyalty and service quality have a positive and significant effect on product purchase decisions. In the brand loyalty variable, it is necessary to innovate the types of services and products offered. Where at this time, there are many conventional banks in Indonesia that offer attractive facilities and offers. In terms of service quality variables, it is hoped that Bank Syariah Indonesia can adjust to the number of employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan konsumen corporate dalam menggunakan tv berlangganan MNC Vision di kota Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan corporate aktif MNC Vision di kota Palembang tahun 2020 sebanyak 37 pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen corporate dalam menggunakan tv berlangganan MNC Vision di kota Palembang. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen corporate dalam menggunakan tv berlangganan MNC Vision di kota Palembang. Kualitas produk pada MNC Vision diharapkan dapat menampilkan channel-channel khusus atau channel yang berbeda dari provider TV berlangganan lain. Kualitas layanan dapat memberikan perhatian apabila terjadi gangguan atau trouble dengan memberikan respon yang cepat dan tanggap.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser, online advertising dan word of mouth terhadap minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce Tokopedia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Indonesia pengguna media sosial Instagram berusia 15-34 tahun yang merupakan pengguna pasif atau belum menggunakan e-commerce Tokopedia pada tahun 2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce Tokopedia. Online advertising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce Tokopedia. Word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce Tokopedia. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi Tokopedia dalam upaya untuk dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk tahun 2020 sebanyak 894 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Division Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Management, Division Sales, Division Marketing dan Division Logistic yaitu sebanyak 107 karyawan yang didapatkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, demikian pula kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Kepuasan kerja merupakan variabel yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja perlu dioptimalkan terutama dalam hal pemberian gaji karyawan dan kesempatan promosi. Dengan sesuaianya harapan karyawan dan realita di organisasi serta stres kerja yang bisa dikelola dengan baik maka dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi karyawan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on the performance of PT Tara's outsourced employees in the PT Bukit Asam Dermaga Kertapati Unit maintenance work unit. The population and sample in this study are all PT Tara's outsourced employees in the PT Bukit Asam Kertapati Pier Unit maintenance work unit in 2023-2024, with as many as 33 employees using the census method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that transnational leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In a transformational leadership style, it is hoped that the role of the boss can provide opportunities for employees to provide opinions. Work motivation: it is hoped that the boss can provide fair input to employees so that fellow employees can establish good relationships.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio on Return on Asset listed on LQ45 the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totaled 20 companies with quarterly research period from 2020-2022 so that there were 60 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that IC and TATO has a significant positive effect on Profitability, DER and CR have no effect on profitability. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to IC and TATO that can affect profitability so that company profitability can increase.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance (case study on PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju). The population in this study is all employees at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju as many as 868 employees in 2024. The sample used in this study was 148 respondents using the proportional random sampling method in determining the sample. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is expected for PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III Plaju to form work team members that need to be adjusted to the appropriate level of education, appropriate work experience, and additional skills possessed by employees. Work discipline, the application of sanctions for employees who have been warned not to repeat their mistakes. In addition, the use of protective equipment at work needs to be maintained to avoid work accidents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability (Return On Assets and Return On Equity), BOPO, Credit Risk (NPL ratio) and the role of Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable on the Value of Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totaled 13 companies with a research period from 2017-2021 so that there were 65 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method with interaction test. The results showed that ROA has a significant positive effect, ROE has a significant negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, BOPO, NPL and GCG have no effect on company value. GCG as a moderating variable moderates ROE on firm value however, it cannot moderate the effect of ROA, BOPO and NPL. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to profitability and those that can affect stock prices so that company value can increase.
