Abstract

Employee performance is crucial for organizational success, particularly in the context of personnel changes such as mutations. At PT PLN (Persero), the effectiveness of employees post-mutation is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and achieving organizational goals. Competence and work motivation are two critical factors that influence how well employees adapt and perform after such changes. Despite the recognized importance of these factors, there is limited empirical research specifically focusing on their impact on employee performance in the context of PT PLN (Persero) UIK SBS.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance after mutation at PT PLN. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of all PT PLN (Persero) UIK SBS employees in 2023, totalling 149 employees. This study uses a saturated sample method, and data is collected through questionnaires distributed directly through Google Forms. The results showed that both competence and work motivation positively and significantly influence employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of competency development and increasing work motivation to achieve optimal performance after mutation. This study implies that organizations need to focus on training and development programs that can improve competencies and create a work environment that can motivate employees to achieve better work performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of rewards, punishments, and workload on employee performance at the People's Credit Bank in the city of Palembang. The population in this study is all active employees in the marketing department of the People's Credit Bank in the city of Palembang who are still actively operating in 2024 as many as 14 companies. The sample was taken from a minimal number because the number of the population is not known for sure, so the number of samples in this study is 136 people. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that rewards, punishments and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Rewards, gifts and bonus payments to employees who can meet the target or even exceed the set target must be appropriate, fair and transparent and also paid on time. Punishment, it is hoped that this punishment will be given fairly to all employees. Workload, it is hoped that companies can also evaluate the provision of work achievement targets that must be met by employees, especially in the marketing department.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the managerial ownership and institutional ownership, non-performing loans, and long-term debt ratio on the ASEAN Banking Company firms. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the research samples obtained totaled 40 companies with a research period from 2019-2023 so that there were 200 units of analysis. The research design was quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that NPL and Institutional ownership has a significant negative effect, managerial ownership and long-term debt ratio has no significant effect on firm’s perfromance. The implication of this research is that companies must pay attention to that NPL and Institutional ownership and those that can affect profitabilty so that company performance can increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kesehatan bank terhadap sensitivitas harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi Earning Per Share (EPS), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2018-2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap sensitivitas harga saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EPS dan NPL berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sensitivitas harga saham, sementara CAR dan GCG tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor lebih memperhatikan indikator profitabilitas dan kualitas aset dalam menilai kesehatan bank dan mempengaruhi keputusan investasi mereka di pasar saham.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Cabang Prabumulih. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan di kantor cabang tersebut. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan di Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Cabang Prabumulih. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh individual dari variabel independen (reward dan punishment) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik reward maupun punishment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Reward yang tepat mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan, sementara punishment yang diterapkan secara adil juga berperan dalam menjaga disiplin dan kinerja optimal. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi manajerial yang seimbang antara reward dan punishment untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan berprestasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pengungkapan Environmental Social Governance (ESG) terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pengungkapan ESG telah menjadi topik penting dalam dunia bisnis dan investasi, terutama dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. ESG mencakup aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan hidup, tanggung jawab sosial, dan tata kelola perusahaan. Penerapan praktik ESG yang baik dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, termasuk pengurangan risiko, peningkatan reputasi, dan daya tarik investor yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan di BEI. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA), sedangkan variabel independennya adalah pengungkapan ESG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan ESG memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM dalam pemaparan dan pelatihan cara pengelolaan keuangan untuk modal kerja bagi pelaku UMK Desa Burai Kecamatan Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan serta memberikan praktek pemanfaatan digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM di Desa Burai Kecamatan Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Bentuk kegiatan dalam penelitian ini dengan visitasi selama 3 bulan. Metode pelaksanaan dengan presentasi dan praktek. Khalayak sasaran dalam penelitian ini dengan minimal 25 orang masyarakat pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai. Output dalam kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan serta pemanfaatan teknologi untuk promosi digital bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Burai Kecamatan Tanjung Batu, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the effect of working capital turnover and sales growth on profitability with liquidity as a moderating variable listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. Using secondary data from 10 companies, the results show that working capital turnover has a positive effect on profitability and sales growth has a positive effect on profitability. Moderation Regression Analysis is also used to test the moderating effect of liquidity. Liquidity has a positive effect on profitability and is able to moderate and directly influence the relationship between working capital turnover and sales growth on profitability. The implication of this research is that investors must pay attention to information about liquidity and macroeconomic conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti pengaruh Pengembalian Aset, Rasio Utang Terhadap Modal, dan Rasio Lancar terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan real estate yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling yang dilakukan pada perusahaan real estate yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021, dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier begandar dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Berdasarkan metode yang diuji dengan menggunakan Uji Kelayakan Model maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model penelitian ini layak digunakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Pengembalian Aset berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan Rasio Utang Terhadap Modal, dan Rasio Lancar tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan real estate yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract

The aim of this study is to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of non-civil servant administrative staff at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This research employs descriptive statistics with quantitative data and SEM (Structural Equation Model) using the Smart PLS application, with a sample size of 160 people. The results of this study indicate that job stress and job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance, job stress and job satisfaction significantly affect organizational commitment, organizational commitment significantly affects performance, job stress affects performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable, but job satisfaction does not affect performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This study recommends that the management of UIN Raden Fatah employees should enhance effective job satisfaction and consider other factors that can influence employee performance.
