Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) is an essential strategy for improving organizational performance in a highly competitive and ever-changing landscape. This research investigates the application of the SECI Model, which stands for Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization, is a framework for understanding knowledge creation and management. within KM and its impact on individual performance at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Darul Fallah in Bogor Regency. The study includes surveys to assess the effectiveness of KM strategies, utilizing an instrument with reliability scores ranging from 0.61 to 0.71. The findings reveal that the Internalization dimension significantly impacts individual performance (r = 0.72, p < 0.05) and accounts for 52% of performance variability (R² = 0.52), followed by Socialization (mean score = 4.10). Despite challenges such as limited time, staff resistance to knowledge sharing, and inconsistencies in documentation, KM implementation has led to improved learning innovation, administrative efficiency, and teacher collaboration. This study highlights the need for targeted training, a strengthened collaboration culture, and a user-friendly documentation system to optimize KM practices. The study adds to the current body of literature by providing empirical evidence on the importance of the SECI Model dimensions within the realm of primary education. Practical recommendations are offered to policymakers and administrators to foster a knowledge-sharing culture and enhance organizational performance. Future research should explore the application of the SECI Model across various educational contexts and levels to evaluate its broader effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of collaborative innovation in improving the quality of education in schools. This study is a qualitative study using the Focus Group Discussion method. FGD was conducted on several teachers at one of South Jakarta's junior high schools with different educational backgrounds. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that innovation in education is very much needed. With innovation, teachers can be more creative in creating interesting learning and motivating students to learn. One form of innovation needed by teachers is collaborative innovation. With collaborative innovation, teachers' insights will increase and teachers will be able to create innovations in learning that can increase students' interest and motivation to learn. In addition, with collaborative innovation, teachers can learn new things outside their fields that can increase knowledge and improve the quality of education. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that collaborative innovation can improve the quality of education in schools, although the results of the increase are not significant, this is due to the background of students who are mostly not from academic achievement. However, with collaborative innovation, teachers maximize the learning process and there is an increase in students' willingness to learn.

Abstract

Abstract

Changes in educational organizations are inevitable in the midst of external dynamics that continue to develop. In the context of community-based Islamic schools, organizational change requires not only a structural strategy, but also a values-laden and spirituality approach. Transformational leadership is considered relevant in directing change because it is able to build long-term vision, innovation, and empowerment. When combined with intuition as a reflective instrument in decision-making, this approach has the potential to result in meaningful and sustainable transformation. This study aims to systematically synthesize the scientific literature on the integration of transformational leadership and intuition in the management of organizational change in Islamic educational institutions. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, which produced 14 relevant and valid scientific articles. The results of the study show that intuition-based transformational leadership is able to accelerate the adoption of change, build organizational trust, and increase stakeholder participation. Leadership practices in Islamic schools have peculiarities in aspects of spirituality, exemplary, and community culture. This study contributes to the development of educational leadership models that are contextual, reflective, and adaptive to the dynamics of change, as well as enriching the treasure of Islamic education management literature.

Abstract

The creativity of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers plays a crucial role in improving the quality of learning, as children require innovative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate stimuli. However, many PAUD teachers still face obstacles in developing creativity due to limited organizational support, reward systems, and the low integration of local wisdom values into the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for PAUD teacher creativity based on local wisdom and organizational support. The POP-SDM (Modeling and Optimization of Resource Management) method was used in this study. Data collection in the simple qualitative research phase employed direct interviews, recorded and stored via WhatsApp voice notes. In this study, data were also collected using a questionnaire. Model and hypothesis testing were conducted using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results indicate that improving PAUD teacher creativity in Tasikmalaya City can be achieved through a research constellation model identified through field exploration, supported by strategies derived from SEM analysis and improvement measures based on SITOREM analysis. The research findings confirm that the optimal solution for improving teacher creativity lies in prioritizing indicators that need improvement. Directly, teamwork and organizational climate were shown to have a significant positive effect on teacher creativity, while trust and personality showed little effect. However, indirectly, trust provided a significant positive effect through organizational climate, while teamwork and personality remained insignificant through this pathway.
