Abstract

This research aims to obtain a description of strategic management that has the advantage of adapting school organizations in the context of changing globalization at SD Negeri 1 Rejosari. The focus of this research is: (1) how to plan the strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari so that it has excellence and high competitiveness?; (2) How does school quality assurance have implications for the provision of quality education services?; (3) Is the school development strategy management appropriate to the conditions and needs of the times? This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis is carried out by compressing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Research results: (1) strategic management planning for SD Negeri 1 Rejosari using simulation, habituation and facilitation stages; (2) school quality assurance which has implications for the existence of quality education services developed through the Program Sekolah Generasi Kreatif (SENSITIF); (3) the learning flow that colors the learning process provides an overview of graduate profiles according to the conditions and needs of the times. It is necessary to use the services of educational consultants to improve the achievement of the school's vision and mission. The strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari which utilizes the use of computer informatics has succeeded in increasing student achievement. The strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari attracted the interest of parents of students to send them to SD Negeri 1 Rejosari. The strategic management of SD Negeri 1 Rejosari succeeded in increasing the number of students significantly from 2019 to 2023.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine the concept of Strategic Thinking and Visioning leadership of the Principal at Asshiddiqiyah Garut Junior High School (SMP); (2) to determine the implementation of Strategic Thinking and Visioning leadership of the Principal at Asshiddiqiyah Garut Junior High School (SMP); (3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for strategic thinking and visioning leadership of the principal at Asshiddiqiyah Garut Junior High School (SMP). This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe, describe, explain, explain and answer questions. The subjects of this research were principals and teachers at Asshiddiqiyah Garut Junior High School (SMP). The results of this research are that strategic thinking and visioning leadership of school principals can analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by educational institutions, as well as identify concrete steps that need to be taken to achieve the vision and describe the ideal future picture of educational institutions at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School in Garut.

Abstract

In this study, researchers aim to develop an innovation in video learning media based on Filmora in technology topics for elementary students. This product is developed using the Research and Development (RnD) method, and using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Research begins by finding out what needs the school needs, especially grade 3 by analyzing the curriculum, students, then making product designs, developing the product, then validating the product with experts in their fields, finally conducting limited trials with 29 elemenatry students as respondents. The finished product validated by experts’ states that the feasibility level of the product is very feasible with an average value of 91.67%. When conducting a limited trial with 29 students, video learning media fell into the very good category because it scored with an average of 86.72%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that filmora-based video learning media is suitable for use in elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the digital leadership of school principals in terms of measurement and leadership characteristics that are difficult to realize in schools. The research method uses a mixed research approach: quantitative followed by qualitative. Quantitative data was obtained through instruments filled in by teachers with a total of 623 respondents in Indonesia. The instrument before deployment has been confirmed to meet the test of readability and validity of the content. Quantitative data analysis using the Rasch Model. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with ten respondents to deepen the essential findings of quantitative data. The results of this study show that the research instrument has been able to measure precisely and reliably the digital leadership of school principals. Three characteristics of digital leadership are challenges to be realized: digital competitive intelligence, digital communication, and digital resilience. Strategic interventions such as those proposed in this study are needed to improve the digital leadership of school principals.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara sikap percaya diri siswa terhadap hasil belajar subtema lingkungan dan manfaatnya.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan studi kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Bogor. Teknik pengujian prasyarat analisis berupa uji normalitas, kemudian dilakukan pengujian homogenitas. Data yang dinyatakan normal dan homogen digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Teknik analisis regresi korelasi sederhana menghasilkan suatu model hubungan yang hasilnya menunjukan terdapat pengaruh sikap percaya diri siswa terhadap hasil belajar subtema lingkungan dan manfaatnya. Hasil penelitian ini ditunjukkan dengan analisis statistik yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,45. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 20,7%, yang berarti setiap kenaikan unit sikap percaya diri menyebabkan kenaikan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 0,42 unit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara sikap percaya diri siswa terhadap hasil belajar subtema lingkungan dan manfaatnya di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program Belajar dari Rumah (BDR) saat pandemik Covid-19 di SDIT At-Taufiq Kota Bogor dengan focus evaluasi pada komponen konteks dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan melalui display data, reduksi data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Evaluasi komponen konteks memiliki nilai kriteria “amat baik”. Kriteria ini diperoleh dari 3 aspek komponen konteks (analisis kebutuhan program, tujuan program dan legalitas program) yang memperoleh nilai amat baik. Dengan demikian, secara konteks, program BDR di SDIT At-Taufiq Kota Bogor relevan dan konsisten untuk fasilitasi pembelajaran serta memiliki legalitas dalam penyelenggaran program.

Abstract

Organizational trust is essential for members of the organization can continue to contribute the progress of the organization. The purpose of this research was to find out how far the variables of leadership behavior and organizational justice on improving organizational trust. The research method used is associative quantitative causal method, and the testing hypothesis research using path analysis technique. The population in this study is 707 permanent lecturers who have the National Lecturer Number (NIDN). The sample is 130 respondents. The instrument test was conducted to 30 respondents outside the sample. The findings of this research indicate that the higher leadership behavior in directing subordinates, providing support to subordinates; increase member participation in achieving organizational goals, and rewarding the achievers, will significantly higher the trust in the organization. Other finding showed that the higher organizational justice will close to the higher of the trust in the organization

Abstract

Teacher's job satisfaction is a crucial factor in maintaining the quality of education. The research aims to demonstrate the principal's transformational leadership role and organizational justice perceptions to improve teacher's job satisfaction. The quantitative design with survey methods used in this research. The research was conducted in Indonesia with a sample of 256 private high school teachers. Data analysis uses the analysis path on SMART PLS. Research findings: Teacher's job satisfaction can be improved by optimizing principal transformational leadership's role and enhancing the perception of organizational justice in schools. In this research, strengthening proposals based on transformational leadership indicators and organizational justice can prepare private school strategies and action plans to improve teacher's job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance teacher competency in developing differentiated learning modules at SMP Negeri I Kemang. The study used a school action research method, involving 28 subject teachers, with data collected through observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The collected data was processed and analyzed descriptively statistically to assess the teacher competence level in each research cycle. Findings revealed that some teachers had not prepared learning modules or followed the module flow. To address these issues, coaching, counseling, and mentoring were provided. Results showed an overall improvement in teacher performance, with notable competency increases from cycle I to cycle II. Despite this progress, some teachers still require further attention. The study highlights the need for ongoing support and supervision of differentiated teaching modules to enhance learning quality and student outcomes. The research demonstrates that improving teacher competency in module development positively impacts learning quality and student achievement. Continuous efforts and support are essential for sustained improvement. These findings can guide schools and stakeholders in enhancing educational quality.

Abstract

Perubahan terjadi sangat cepat disertai persaingan yang sangat ketat di dunia penyiaran mengharuskan TVRI melakukan transformasi, bisa diangankan bila TVRI berdiam dan merasa puas, maka cepat atau lamban TVRI akan terkalahkan dalam rivalitas. Terdapat cara bagi TVRI adalah ikut beranjak membuntuti perubahan dalam kinerjanya. Untuk mengetahui dan memastikan kinerja dan tercapainya tujuan LPP TVRI menggunakan sistem pengujian kinerja yang lebih baik dan tepat yakni pengukuran balanced score card yang dikenalkan profesor Harvard Robert Kaplan dan David Norton pada tahun 1992. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami setinggi apa tingkat keberhasilan kinerja LPP TVRI melalui keempat perspektif balance score card, melihat perancangan strategis yang harus diimplementasikan setiap perspektif dalam balanced score card supaya sejalan visi maupun tujuan LPP TVRI. Metode yang diaplikasikan dalam artikel ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data dengan melakukan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan Direktur Utama LPP TVRI Bapak Iman Brotoseno, dan Direktur Keuangan Raden Sardjono. Hasil wawancara dan melihat fakta data di LPP TVRI berdasarkan masing-masing perspektif yang berada dalam belenced score card yaitu perspektif finansial, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan pelanggan, serta perspektif pembelajaran, dan pertumbuhan. Hasil artikel pada LPP TVRI menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan menunjukkan kondisi yang baik meskipun besaran anggaran sesungguhnya masih jauh dari ideal, kinerja perspektif pelanggan telah dilakukan berbagai hal untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pemirsa, kinerja dari pandangan proses bisnis internal yang meliputi observasi dan inovasi karyawan memperlihatkan hasil yang baik, kinerja terus berkembang prospektif, serta pembelajaran dari pengamatan kapabilitas pegawai dan kepuasan pegawai menunjukkan hasil positif.
