Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengembangan instrumen penelitian pada materi aktivitas senam ritmik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan menerapkan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development), dengan sampel ahli pembelajaran/guru PJOK uji coba oleh satu  guru dan siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa pengembangan instrumen penilaian berbasis proyek pada materi aktivitas gerak senam ritmik peserta didik di SMA Swasta Eria berhasil dilaksanakan dan hasil yang diperoleh dinyatakan efektif dengan hasil sebagai berikut; (a) menyatakan bahwa rata-rata hasil lebih besar dari 80%; (b) Respon yang positif terhadap komponen buku penilaian sesuai dengan ketentuan bahwa minimal 80% dari subjek yang diteliit memberikan tanggapan dan kegiatan pembelajaran; dan (c) ketuntasan peserta didik mencapai 28 peserta didik (93,33%) artinya peserta didik mampu menuntaskan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pengembangan instrumen penilaian materi senam ritmik layak digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Instrumen Penilaian, Berbasis Proyek, Aktivitas Senam Ritmik

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a policy research that aims to study physical education, health and recreation, FIK Unimed in developing entrepreneurship independently and professionally, especially the sports massage clinic business. Supporting the implementation of BLU Unimed in managing a healthy business business with a sports massage clinic in the physical education, health and recreation (PJKR) study program. The hope of this activity is that many people are inspired by the existence of a sports massage clinic in the Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) study program, so that they are able to create a unique, professional and creative business needed by Students and Alumni of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR). Medan State University. This research activity is carried out by means of tutorials and discussions for theory, as well as practice/practice in groups and discussions for practical experience. The results of the research obtained are the Management of Sport Massage as a Business Unit for the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program, FIK State University of Medan obtained SOPs and guidelines for managing the Sport Massage Business Unit for the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program. The conclusion of the Sport Massage Management activity as a Business Unit for the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program at the State University of Medan provides various benefits of managing the entrepreneurial unit for both the Medan State University and the students of the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Comparison of the Effects of Scientific and Conventional Learning on the Creativity and Learning Outcomes of Physical Education Students in Class XI SMA in Kota Kisaran, Kab. Asahan T.A 2017/2018. This study was an experiment using test instrument techniques for learning outcomes and questionnaires for creativity, with the ANOVA 2 x 2 research design. A total of 138 students were sampled using cluster random sampling sampling technique. Before carrying out a two-way analysis of variance at a significance level of α of 0.05, first perform the analysis requirements, namely the normality and homogeneity tests, followed by the Scheffe test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Research results: 1). There are differences in learning the effect of learning on creativity and learning outcomes, 2). There is an interaction between the influence of learning on creativity and physical education learning outcomes. From the results of this study indicate that the process of applying scientific learning is better in achieving physical education learning outcomes compared to the application of conventional learning.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain how class XII junior high school students learned after receiving conventional style input using a scientific method and changed media. Students in class XII at a high school are the research subjects for this classroom action research study. SMA Negeri 3 Negeri Medan has 40 pupils, including 18 males and 22 girls. The Toss Ball Process Assessment Form was the tool employed in this study. The raw data used in the research was collected from SMA Negeri 3 Medan students in class XII. Eight (20%) of the 40 students—who had an average mark of 61.04—reached the master's level, whereas 32 (80%) did not.The results of the first cycle: S1 failed 22 students (55%) and S2 achieved 18 of 40 students (45%), the average value of students 69.4. In fall II, 6 students (15%) failed the exam, and 34 students (85%) out of 40 students achieved an average maturity level of 82.7. This means that classical learning ability (≥85%) has been achieved. The conclusion of this study is that a scientific approach and modified media can be used to improve the academic achievement of class XII students using orthodox media.Keyword: Enhancement, Scientific Approach, Modification of Learning, Learning Outcomes, Shot Put Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar input gaya ortodoks dengan pendekatan saintifik dan media modifikasi pada peserta didik SMP kelas XII di SMA Negeri 3 Negeri Medan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa dari kelas XII, terdiri dari 18 laki-laki dan 22 perempuan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Data penelitian ini didasarkan pada data mentah dari siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan formulir Penilaian Proses Toss Ball. Dari 40 siswa, 32 tidak lulus (80%) dan 8 (20% dari total) mencapai magister dengan nilai rata-rata 61,04. Siklus I hasil:  S1 gagal 22 peserta didik (55%)  dan S2 tercapai 18  dari 40 peserta didik (45%), nilai rata-rata  peserta didik 69,4. Pada musim gugur II, 6 peserta didik (15%) gagal dalam ujian, dan 34 peserta didik (85%) dari 40 peserta didik mencapai tingkat kematangan rata-rata 82,7. Artinya kemampuan belajar klasikal (≥85%) telah tercapai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendekatan saintifik dan media modifikasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik peserta didik kelas XII dengan menggunakan media  ortodoks.Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Pendekatan Saintifik, Modifikasi Pembelajaran, Hasil Belajar, Tolak Peluru

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dribble bola basket melalui metode resiprokal dan media audio visual pada pelajar SMS kelasXI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI-MIA5 berjumlah 32 orang, terdiri dari 14putra dan 18 putri. Data diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar teknik dasar dribble bola basket sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan penerapan metode resiprokal dan media audio visual.Hasil analisis data: (1) tes hasil belajar sebelum menggunkan metode resiprokal dan media audio visual (pre-tes) diperoleh 14 siswa (43,75%)mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan 18 siswa (56,25%) belum mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar, maka nilai rata-rata 67,96. Kemudian dilakukan pembelajaran menggunakan metode resiprokal dan media audio visual. (2) tes hasil belajar menggunakan metode resiprokal dan media audio visual di siklus I diperoleh 20 siswa (62,5%) mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan 12 siswa (37,5%) tidak mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan rata-rata nilai 70,57.Kemudian dilakukan kembali pembelajaran menggunakan metode resiprokal dan media audio visual pada penilaian hasil belajar siklus II, mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yaitu 28 siswa (87,50%) telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan 4 siswa (12,50%) tidak mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan rata-rata nilai 76,56. Kesimpulan bahwa melalui penerapan metode resiprokal dan mengunakan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dribble bola basket pelajar SMA Kelas XI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop video tutorial-based learning media for basic volleyball techniques for Class X high school students. The research method used in this study was a Research and Development (R&D) development research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were high school students of Class X SMA and the samples in this study were 30 students divided; 10 students tested the feasibility of video tutorials on basic volleyball techniques and 20 students tested the use of video tutorials on basic volleyball techniques. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires/questions given to experts and students. The data analysis technique used in this study is using percentages. The results of the product trials for the feasibility of video tutorials for basic volleyball techniques were 82% and trials for using video tutorials for basic volleyball techniques were 87%. The conclusion of this study is that video tutorials on basic volleyball technique tutorials for Class X high school students can improve student learning outcomes when passing volleyball.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop basic techniques using video tutorials for extracurricular student athletes in wrestling. The method in this study uses research and development (R&D). The population in this study were extracurricular student athletes in wrestling, a sample of 24 people, 10 samples were carried out in product trials and 14 samples were carried out in use trials. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis technique using quantitative data analysis percentage and Likert scale. The results of the study were: From the results of the sports material validator it was found that the overall percentage was 81% with a "very decent" percentage. Media expert validator results with an overall percentage of 80% "very feasible" description. The results of the trial product percentage are 82% with the description "Very Eligible". The results of the usage trial with a percentage of 87% are in the "very feasible" category. The conclusion of this research is that the development of basic techniques using video tutorials for extracurricular student athletes in wrestling is very good and effective to implement

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop physical activity games to improve the physical motor ability of children aged 10-11 years at the elementary school level. Using research and development/RD methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires/questions given to experts and students, the data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative percentages. Validated by material experts, game experts, and language experts. The percentage of product design validation by experts is 80%, based on the information in the expert validation assessment table, the average value is in the range of 80%-100% valid meaning is used. The percentage of small group trials by target or object is 73%, based on the information in the table of evaluation criteria for the implementation of trial activities, the average value is in the range of 65%-82%, with good classification means used. The percentage of product design validation by experts in small group trials is 90% based on the information in the expert validation assessment table, so the average value is in the range of 80%-100% valid information means used. The percentage of large group trials by target or object is 90%, based on the information in the table of criteria for assessing the implementation of trial activities, the average value is in the range of 83%-100% very good classification meaning used. After going through the repeated validation stages and comparing small group trials and large group trials, it can be concluded that the development of physical activity games in improving the physical motor skills of children aged 10-11 years at the elementary school level is said to be very good and valid meaning is used

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce an effective and efficient digital-based sit and reach measurement test kit as a test development and measurement of back muscle flexibility. The type of research in this research is a mixed methods research with a Research & Development (R&D) research design from Borg and Gall. This research was conducted with 9 research stages namely, (1) Research and information collecting, (2) Planning, (3) Develop preliminary form of product, (4) Preliminary field testing, (5) Main product revision, (6) Main field testing, (7) Operational product revision, (8) Operational field testing, (9) Final product revision. The population in this study used students from the Faculty of Sports Science and Athletes of Pelatda Sumut. Furthermore, from the Phase I trial, totaling 15 people showed a score of 87.8% with the Eligible criteria, then from the Phase II trial, which totaled 30 Pelatda Sumut athletes, it showed a figure of 90% in the Very Eligible category. From the results of the research/feasibility test carried out by test and measurement experts, IT experts and sports academic experts, it shows a score of 96% in the Very Eligible category, so it can be used. Based on the data obtained, the development of a digital-based sit and reach test and measurement tool was declared feasible to be developed as a test tool and measurement of back muscle flexibility.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda dunia, menimbulkan efek terhadap semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Efek tersebut juga menerpa aktifitas pendidikan yang tentu bermuara pada komponen penting yaitu pelajar dan mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakter mahasiswa yang ikut terkena dampak pandemi tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan mempelajari karakter mahasiswa yang terkena dampak covid-19. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik menyebarkan kuisioner (angket) kepada seluruh mahasiswa Prodi IKOR angkatan tahun 2022. Jumlah mahasiswa angkatan 2022 adalah 165 orang. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (total sampling), yaitu dengan menjadikan semua mahasiswa tersebut menjadi sampel, sedangkan data dikumpulkan melalui angket (kuisioner). Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase, jawaban responden berada pada angka 76.57 %. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa karakter mahasiswa Prodi IKOR angkatan 2022 adalah dalam kategori baik.
