Abstract

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Flekxibilty and Strenght Training to the Results of Mawashi Geri's Kick in Male Athletes of Dojo KOdim 0212 TS Padangsidimpuan City. The research method used is an experimental method. The population in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. The number of athlete samples used was 20 people. This study was carried out for 8 weeks with a frequency of exercise 5 times each week. From the calculation of data and hypotheses, namely the contribution of Flexibility and Strength training to the results of Mawashi Geri's Kick in male athletes of Dojo Kodim 0212 TS Kota Padangsidimpuan, shows that there is a significant contribution together between Flexibility and Strength training to the results of Mawashi Geri Kick in male athletes of Dojo Kodim 0212 TS Kota Padangsidimpuan. This illustrates that Flexibility and Strength training contributed to Mawashi Geri's kick results due to monitoring from the coach with the improvement in physical condition so that the calculation of data for the third hypothesis of the concurrent contribution of Flexibility and Strength training to Mawshi Geri's kick results was a significant contribution.

Abstract

This research was conducted in line with the low competence of students in volleyball refereeing material. The purpose of this study is to improve student competence in refereeing material through the application of an experience-based by-doing model. By doing model is a learning stage that starts with simulation, observation, reflection and application. This study uses an experimental method involving two intervention groups. The sample of this research is the students of the Physical Education Study Program, Health and Recreation. The sample was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 15 people and the control group of 15 people. The instrument for collecting data in this study was a questionnaire with a performance test. Then each data obtained was analyzed by the technique of calculating the percentage. Based on the implementation, the results of the data analysis of this study explain that through the application of the by-doing model, it can improve student competence in volleyball refereeing material. And based on the percentage results obtained between the experimental group and the control group, it is evident that the experimental group has a higher percentage than the control group. These results explain that the application of the experience-based by doing learning model in refereeing material is better than the conventional learning model. Thus, based on the results of the study, it can be conveyed to educators that using the by-doing model is suitable to be applied in practice-based learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Comparison of the Effects of Scientific and Conventional Learning on the Creativity and Learning Outcomes of Physical Education Students in Class XI SMA in Kota Kisaran, Kab. Asahan T.A 2017/2018. This study was an experiment using test instrument techniques for learning outcomes and questionnaires for creativity, with the ANOVA 2 x 2 research design. A total of 138 students were sampled using cluster random sampling sampling technique. Before carrying out a two-way analysis of variance at a significance level of α of 0.05, first perform the analysis requirements, namely the normality and homogeneity tests, followed by the Scheffe test at a significance level of α = 0.05. Research results indicate that the process of applying scientific learning is better in achieving physical education learning outcomes compared to the application of conventional learning.

Abstract

Bentuk Permainan Tradisional merupakan bentuk dari warisan budaya bangsa yang tidak ternilai harganya. Karkater disiplin yang diterapkan pada anak sekolah dasar dengan menerapkan permainan tradisional  tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membentuk karkater displin pada anak Sekolah Dasar melalui permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi eksperinment menggunakan desain kelompok control non- eguivalent. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah Dasar yang berada di SD Swasta Pertiwi kelas Va dan Vb. Adapun kelompok Kontrol berada pada kelas Va dan kelas Vb berada pada kelompok eksperiment ditentukan berdasarkan kelas yang cluster sampling dengan data yang sudah terkumpul. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lebaran observasi. Analisis  data penelitian menggunakan one way analysis of variance. Kesimpulam yang diperoleh setelah dianalisis data tersebut bahwa ada perbedaan pada karakter disiplin siswa yang diajarkan dengan permainan tradisioal dan siswa yang mengikuti metode belajar biasa.  Dengan demikian daapt disimpulkan bahwa bermian permainan tradisional pada masa anak –anak khususnya di sekolah dasar dapat merangsang aspek perkembangan secara motorik dan perkembangan karakter disiplin.

Abstract

Anak tunadaksa seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang umum seperti PJOK, sehingga mereka mengalami keterlambatan dalam perkembangan gerak, akademik dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan model permainan adaptif untuk anak tunadaksa di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis metode pendekatan kuantitatif persentase dengan desain penelitian R&D. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada siswa dan ahli. Sampel penelitian merupakan siswa Sekolah Dasar penyandang tunadaksa. 5 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, 10 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok besar. Teknik analisis penelitian menunjukkan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, melalui validasi ahli dan uji coba siswa terdapat tiga jenis permainan adaptif yaitu: gelinding gesit, sentuh ceria, dan keranjang bergerak. Persentase validasi ahli diperoleh 76%, menunjukkan bahwa permainan valid dan dapat digunakan. Validasi kelompok kecil menghasilkan persentase 71% diklasifikasikan baik dan layak digunakan. Persentase kelompok kecil ahli diperoleh 84%, dan persentase kelompok besar ahli diperoleh 94%, menunjukkan bahwa permainan valid dan dapat digunakan. Simpulan penelitian bahwa permainan adaptif menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dan layak digunakan setelah melalui proses validasi dan uji coba. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adil dan merata, di mana setiap siswa memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk berkembang dan belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in the learning outcomes of the straddle high jump style among sixth-grade students of SD Negeri 040515 Tiga Jumpa, Kec. Barus Jahe, Kab. Karo by using modified rope jumping. This study uses the classroom action research (CAR) method. The sample in this study consists of all the sixth-grade students of SD Negeri 040515 Tiga Jumpa, Kec. Barus Jahe, Kab. Karo, with a total of 30 students divided into 18 boys and 12 girls. Out of 30 students, 14 (46.67%) have reached the level of learning mastery. Meanwhile, 16 students (53.33%) have not yet reached the level of learning completeness. With an average student learning outcome score of 69.79. Meanwhile, in Cycle II, it can be seen that the students' ability to complete the learning outcome test in a classical manner has improved. Out of 30 students, 26 (86.67%) have achieved the level of learning mastery, while 4 (13.33%) have not yet reached the level of learning mastery. With an average student learning outcome score of 77.36, it indicates an improvement from the previous results. Conclusion, that by using modified rope jumping, it can improve the learning outcomes of the straddle high jump style among sixth-grade students of SD Negeri 040515 Tiga Jumpa, Kec. Barus Jahe, Kab. Abstract

Local wisdom is a characteristic or specialty of a region that must be preserved. However, currently, the rapid development of technology has various impacts on life, especially the neglect of various games and cultures from a region. This study will develop local wisdom-based teaching materials in Physical Education and Sports subjects in Elementary Schools  Implementing local wisdom-based learning in basic learning is an effort that can be used as a basis for building awareness of local culture. The method used is research and development (R&D) with a 4D design (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). The results of the Expert assessment show that Local Wisdom-based Teaching Materials are categorized as very good and feasible to be applied to learning. The results of the trial of local wisdom-based teaching module products show that the achievement of high learning motivation reaches 82.69% in every aspect of student learning motivation indicators. These results indicate that local wisdom-based teaching materials in PE subjects are feasible to use and further research can develop these teaching materials at the secondary education level

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengembangkan media pembelajaran Interaktif berbasis video pada materi smash dalam permainan bola voli siswa SMA. (2) Pemahaman efektivitas pengembangan media pembelajaran smash permainan bola voli siswa SMA dapat meningkatkan keterampilan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development), dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan Sugiyono yang disederhanakan dari 10 tahapan menjadi 8 tahapan yaitu potensi dan permasalahan, pengumpulan data, perancangan produk, verifikasi desain, pengujian pemakaian, revisi produk, pengujian. Berdasarkan hasil studi, sumber pembelajaran berbasis audio visual yang dikembangkan telah divalidasi oleh validator pada tahap awal, mendapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 79% terhitung kedalam kriteria “layak digunakan”. Kelayakan tersebut kemudian didasarkan pada respon siswa SMA Swasta Eria Medan, dengan hasil persentase sebesar 80% (termasuk kriteria “valid”) yang diperoleh pada uji coba kelompok yang melibatkan 15 siswa, sedangkan pada uji coba kelompok besar yang melibatkan 30 siswa menghasilkan hasil persentase sebesar 81% memenuhi kriteria “sangat layak”. Berdasarkan hasil dan perbaikan yang diperoleh dari komentar dan saran, Kesimpulan penelitian media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis video layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran materi smash permainan bola voli yang digunakan.

Abstract

Increasing Swing Stroke on Softball Game by Using Reciprocal Method. This study aimed to determine the learning outcome blow swing in class IX SMP Dharma Pancasila Medan academic year 2015/2016. The method used was a classroom action research. In order to obtain the data, a test was carried out before using reciprocal teaching style (pre-test) and after using reciprocal teaching in the form of the application of swing stroke technique in 2 meetings. The samples in this study were 24 students. The results of the percentage calculation showed that: (1) From the test results before using reciprocal teaching style (pre-test), it showed that 5 students (20.83%) who have reached the level of learning mastery. Then the learning is done using reciprocal teaching style (2) From the test results in the first cycle it obtained that 16 students (66.67%) who have reached the level of learning mastery. (3) From the test results in the second cycle, it obtained that 21 students (87.5%) have reached the level of learning mastery.
