Abstract

Information technology has received many positive reactions in use in various sectors, including in the field of MSME empowerment. The era of technology, which is often referred to as the 4.0 era, people tend to use technology in their daily lives so that MSMEs are forced to keep up with the times. However, in reality there are still many MSMEs that still cannot keep up with these developments due to several factors such as access to marketing or broad dissemination of information, or the quality of human resources owned by MSMEs. Procare Klaten is an MSME engaged in tattoo removal services. The problems found at Procare remove tattoos in Klaten, namely: Information dissemination, registration process, human resources (HR). So that designing an information system that can be used to provide information online so that it can be accessed by the public at large and accommodate the registration process is a solution. Furthermore, FGDs and intense meetings were held to assist and provide knowledge related to the latest technology to increase the productivity of Procare's human resources

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Bidang Cipta Karya Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Klaten, dengan Motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pegawai di Bidang Cipta Karya Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Klaten. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,375 (p < 0,05), sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,295 (p < 0,05). Motivasi juga terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dengan hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan signifikansi (p < 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja dapat memperkuat motivasi pegawai, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam konteks pemerintahan daerah dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The Entrepreneur Training for Anugrah Sukses Berkah Internasional (ASBI) Honey aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the community in managing and developing local honey businesses, particularly pure honey and pure honey with herbal additives. This event was held on February 8, 2025, at the ASBI PT. Auditorium, Metro City, Lampung, with 100 participants from various regions in Lampung. The training featured three expert speakers: Zainal Abidin, the owner of PT. ASBI, who presented the company's profile and strategies for developing ASBI honey business; Ari Suponto, a marketing expert, who explained marketing techniques and product development for ASBI honey; and Habib Ismail, an entrepreneurship practitioner, who shared insights on the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset in managing a business. The method used in this community service is an approach that combines training, education, and mentoring, aimed at providing practical understanding to participants on essential aspects of developing a honey business. Through these training sessions, participants were taught the importance of digital marketing, sound financial management, and product development to increase competitiveness in the market. The outcome of this training is expected to empower the community to professionally and sustainably develop the ASBI honey business while expanding the local honey product market network at the national level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the choice between Lampung customary law and Islamic law in inheritance distribution among inter-ethnic couples in the Pepadun community of Padang Ratu, Central Lampung Regency. Lampung customary law, which emphasizes family values and cooperation, is often the main guideline in inheritance distribution. However, in the context of inter-ethnic couples, tensions between the application of customary law and Islamic law often arise, especially in the distribution of inheritance rights which are more proportional according to Islamic law. This research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with customary leaders, religious leaders, and local community members, as well as field observations to explore inheritance practices. The results indicate that although customary law is dominant, customary deliberations involving family members and customary leaders play a significant role in integrating both legal systems. Moreover, Islamic law offers a fairer perspective in inheritance distribution, considering the rights of men, women, and children in a proportional manner. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of inheritance law in the Pepadun community and highlight the importance of deliberation in achieving social justice for all parties involved. Abstract

Penelitian ini ditulis untuk menjelaskan mengenai pernikahan dalam masa iddah perspektif Hukum Islam dan Undang-undang perkawinan.kompleksitas permasalahan perkawinan ini ditunjukkan oleh berbagai macam problematika yang muncul dari zaman ke zaman dan jika dilihat dari sisi sosiologis dipengaruhi oleh perubahan sosial seiring perkembangan zaman yang menyebabkan perubahan way of thinking (cara berfikir) manusia kemudian mempengaruhi way of action (cara bertindak) yang mengubah way of life (cara hidup) manusia secara umum dan muslim secara khusus. Salah satu problematika yang muncul akibat perubahan sosial tersebut adalah perkawinan yang dilakukan dalam masa iddah. Yang berakibat dampak baik dari sisi indvidual maupun sosial masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research yang bersifat diskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data secara analisis kualitatif. Dengan analisis ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan deskripsi yang lebih objektif dan sistematis tentang faktor dan dampak perkawinan dalam masa iddah perspektif hukum Islam dan Undang-undang perkawinan (studi kasus di Kecamatan Trimurjo, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah). Dari penelitian diatas peneliti mendapat kesimpulan bahwasanya faktor-faktor dan dampak dari perkawinan yang dilakukan dalam masa iddah adalah faktor internal (faktor pendidikan, ekonomi dan biologis) dan faktor eksternal (lemahnya tingakat kontrol tokoh Agama dan Publik. Sedangkan dampak dari pernikahan tersebut adalah dampak individual dan sosial.

Abstract

This program aims to enhance butcher competency through halal slaughter training based on Islamic principles. The “Kang Jalal” training was conducted by the Nahdlatul Ulama Mosque Management Board (LTMNU) of Central Lampung, using methods such as education sessions, hands-on training, mentoring, evaluation, and direct field application. A total of 228 participants from eight sub-districts and one city took part in the program. The training materials covered theoretical aspects of slaughtering fiqh, technical cutting procedures, and ethical slaughter practices. Results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills, along with a growing awareness of the importance of halal certification. This training has had a positive impact in shaping professional, religiously observant, and ethical butchers, while also strengthening the role of the mosque in empowering the community. The program has provided tangible benefits to the community by developing competent and ethical slaughterers and reinforcing the mosque's role as a center of community empowerment and the development of a sustainable halal ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the permissibility of cash waqf in the development of civilization progress. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. The results of the study indicate that in line with the progress of human civilization, cash waqf can be carried out by considering professionalism in management.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of kejawen science in marriage. The purpose of writing this article is why some Javanese people still believe and practice kejawen science, especially in marriage, whether kejawen science has an impact on household harmony. Type of qualitative article, object of research in Kotabaru Village, Central Lampung, phenomenological study approach method, primary data sources are parents of married couples, religious leaders and community leaders. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Javanese community still believes and applies kejawen science in marriage. The reason is that it is believed that married couples have different wetons, have conflicting characters and traits, so the implication is that marriage is full of conflict and ends in divorce. Believing in Islamic divination is contradictory and forbidden for the reason of polytheism.Keywords: Kejawen Science, Marriage, Household Harmony.

Abstract

The main question in this article is how the concept of Islamic law can address contemporary social issues such as gender inequality, radicalism, religious pluralism, and the environmental crisis in the context of a modern, multicultural and complex society. The purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of Islamic law in responding to various social challenges through an inclusive and adaptive approach to religious moderation (wasathiyyah). The approach used is a qualitative literature study method, utilizing primary sources such as the Qur'an and hadith as well as secondary sources in the form of scientific journals, fatwas, and works of contemporary scholars. The analysis focuses on the integration of basic principles of Islamic law such as justice ('adl), equality (musawah), tolerance (tasamuh), and balance (tawazun), formulated within the framework of maqashid sharia. The main findings of this article indicate that Islamic law has normative flexibility through the instruments of ijtihad, ijma', and qiyas that allow for adjustment to social change without eliminating the fundamental values of Islamic teachings. Religious moderation plays a crucial role in countering extremism, promoting interfaith harmony, championing gender equality, and strengthening environmental conservation ethics. The implications of this research provide a theoretical and conceptual basis that can be used by policymakers, educators, and Islamic legal practitioners to respond to social issues more relevantly. A limitation of this study lies in the lack of empirical or field data to test the implementation of the concepts studied. Nevertheless, the originality of this research lies in the synthesis of classical fiqh discourse and contemporary social demands within a comprehensive conceptual framework, differing from previous studies that tended to be partial or thematic.

Abstract

The practice of child marriage in Indramayu Regency remains a complex social issue, despite various efforts being made to address it. This study aims to analyze the convergence between Islamic Law and the Child Protection Law in handling child marriage cases in the region, as well as to identify the factors that influence the success or failure of the implementation of both legal systems in protecting children's rights. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant informants, field observations, and document and secondary data analysis. The research findings show that although Islamic Law allows child marriage under certain conditions, the Child Protection Law explicitly prohibits it to safeguard children's rights. However, the implementation of both legal systems is often hindered by social, cultural, and economic factors, such as poverty, arranged marriages, and the mental and physical unpreparedness of children for marriage. The synergy between the two in the local context has not been fully optimized, although there have been efforts to strengthen policies from the local government, including the enhancement of education and supervision. Therefore, this study recommends the need to strengthen policies, raise public awareness, and foster synergy between the government, legal institutions, and civil society organizations to prevent child marriage practices and protect children's rights in Indramayu Regency.
