Abstract

Vocational high schools are educational units that are oriented towards preparing students to have skills or expertise in certain fields so that they are ready to enter the world of work and industry both as productive workers and developing themselves to create jobs for themselves and others. The problem formulation of this thesis is the implementation of the Revitalization of Teaching Factory-Based Vocational High Schools (TEFA) as a reference for Private Vocational High Schools in Pamekasan, second, what is the effectiveness of implementing the Revitalization of Teaching Factory-Based Vocational High Schools, third, what is the impact of the Revitalization of Teaching Factory-Based Vocational High Schools? .This research is a descriptive analytical field study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through credibility, triangulation and member checks.The results of this research conclude that first: The implementation of teaching factory-based revitalization at Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Vocational School is known to have been carried out well, influenced by elements of students, teachers, management and industrial cooperation. Second, aspects of the learning system, teaching staff, students and facilities are effective with products in the form of several drinks, snacks and food whose main ingredients are taken from local farmers. Third, the impact on students, teachers, institutions and the surrounding community becomes relevant in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Culture's instructions through industry-based revitalization activities carried out in schools Sekolah menengah kejuruan adalah satuan pendidikan yang berorientasi untuk menyiapkan peserta didiknya memiliki keterampilan atau keahlian dibidang tertentu sehingga siap memasuki dunia kerja dan industri baik sebagai tenaga kerja yang produktif maupun pengembangan dirinya untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi dirinya sendiri dan orang lain. Rumusan masalah daripada tesis ini adalah implementasi Revitalisasi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Berbasis Teaching Factory (TEFA) Sebagai Rujukan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Pamekasan, kedua, Bagaimana Efektifitas pelaksaaan Revitalisasi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Berbasis Teaching Factory, ketiga, Bagaimana Dampak Revitalisasi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Berbasis Teaching Factory. Penelitian ini merupakan studi lapangan bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui kredibilitas, tringulasi dan member ceck. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pertama: Implementasi revitalisasi berbasis teaching factory di SMKS Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata dketahui sudah terlaksana dengan baik dengan dipengaruhi oleh unsur siswa, guru, manajemen dan kerja sama industri. Kedua, aspek sistem pembelajaran, tenaga pendidik, peserta didik dan sarana sudah efektif dengan hasil produk berupa beberapa minuman, snack dan makanan yang bahan utamanya mengambil dari petani sekitar. Ketiga, dampak terhadap siswa, guru, lembaga dan masyarakat sekitar menjadi relevan sudah sesuai intruksi Kemendikbudristek melalui kegiatan revitalisasi berbasis industri yang dijalankan di sekolah.

Abstract

This study examines the legal aspects and practices of the implementation of the release of court summons and notifications at the Gresik Class 1A District Court based on Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) Number 7 of 2022 concerning Electronic Case and Trial Administration (e-Court). The purpose of this study focuses on the implementation of the e-court system in facilitating electronic summons of litigants and more efficient, fast, and low-cost trial notifications as an implementation of the principles of simplicity, speed, and low-cost in the judicial process. The results of the study indicate that e-court is able to reduce administrative obstacles and expedite the summons and notification process without having to go through a physical summons by a bailiff, thereby increasing access and transparency in the judiciary. This study discusses two problem formulations: to what extent is the relevance and conformity of the provisions of PERMA Number 7 of 2022 with the principles of procedural law and the principles of simple, fast, and low-cost justice related to the use of electronic release of court summons (e-court)? and What are the legal consequences if there is an implementation of release of court summons and notifications that does not comply with the provisions of PERMA Number 7 of 2022? This research uses a normative approach. This research is conducted by examining current regulations and other legal sources. The approaches used in this research include the statute approach, the conceptual approach, and the case study approach.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, lingkungan pendidikan dari sekolah dasar sampai tingkat perguruan tinggi banyak menerapkan sistem pendidikan bahasa asing. Pentingnya memiliki kemampuan berbahasa asing di era industri 4.0 atau 5.0, di mana era globalisasi tumbuh dan berkembang serta terintegrasi berbagai jenis sektor industri. Dengan memiliki kemampuan berbahasa asing yang cukup, seseorang bisa memanfaatkan momentum itu dengan baik. Salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan program pembelajaran bahasa asing adalah SD Islam Abdurrahman bin Auf Cikarang. Adapun hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: pertama, tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidik untuk mewujudkan siswa yang unggul dalam berbahasa asing (Arab dan Inggris) di SD Islam Abdurrahman bin Auf Cikarang sudah cukup baik, terkait berbagai strategi yang diterapkan. Kedua, terkait keunggulan siswa dalam berbahasa asing sudah cukup baik. Ketiga, terkait faktor pendukungnya adalah (a) terpenuhinya kebutuhan pendidik (b) sarana dan prasarana yang baik (c) lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif (d) interaksi yang baik antara komponen sekolah. Keempat, yaitu terkait faktor penghambatnya (a) masih kurangnya kedisiplinan pendidik dalam waktu kerja (b) penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang monoton dan metode yang tidak sesuai (c) tidak diterapkannya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang maksimal. Kelima, terkait solusi-solusi dalam mengatasi faktor penghambat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) strategi pemimpin Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Mumtazah Muhammadiyah ajibarang Banyumas dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa melalui kurikulum dan budaya islami yaitu, (a) menyiapkan SDM yang kompeten, (b) menciptakan suasana KBM yang berkualitas (c) memberikan reward bagi siswa berprestasi (d) memberikan motivasi (e) menerapkan budaya islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. (2) pelaksanaan kurikulum dan budaya islami dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yaitu, dengan menggunakan kurikulum dari LPPM yang diimplementasikan menggunakan metode Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. (3) prestasi belajar siswa bukan dilihat dari prestasi perlombaan di luar sekolah, tetapi dilihat dari pencapaian nilai pembelajaran akhir dan ujian akhir serta perubahan akhlak siswa menjadi lebih baik. (4) faktor Pendukung yang memengaruhi keberhasilan strategi yaitu Pemimpin dan SDM pendidik yang kompeten. (5) faktor penghambat yang memengaruhi keberhasilan strategi yaitu sarana dan prasarana. (6) evaluasi pemimpin setelah mengimplementasikan strategi.

Abstract

Aim: To determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence among pulmonary tuberculosis workers undergoing treatment in the working area of Puskesmas Mekar Mukti. The study aims to examine whether the level of family support (emotional, informational, instrumental, and appraisal support) influences patients’ adherence to taking Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT). Methods: This study employed an analytical quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 38 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Research instruments included a family support questionnaire and the Medication Adherence Rating Scale (MARS). Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi-square test. Results: The univariate analysis showed that family support was equally distributed between good (19 respondents, 50%) and poor (19 respondents, 50%), while medication adherence was high in 20 respondents (52.6%). The bivariate analysis yielded a p-value of 0.023 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence, as indicated by a p-value of 0.023 (p < 0.05). Patients with good family support were more likely to demonstrate high adherence compared to those with low support. This emphasizes that the family is an important factor in the success of TB therapy, particularly as treatment supervisors, reminders, companions in managing side effects, and sources of motivation.

Abstract

The Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER) is an application developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology to support integrated lecturer data governance across all higher education institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the SISTER application in supporting lecturers’ academic performance, particularly in terms of managing data on the tridharma of higher education, such as education, research, and community service carried out by lecturers at IAI Al-Hidayah Bogor. The method used is a qualitative descriptive case study at IAI Al-Hidayah, Bogor. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires with lecturers who use the SISTER application at IAI Al-Hidayah Bogor. The evaluation results show that in general, SISTER provides convenience in recording and reporting academic activities, but there are still several obstacles such as a suboptimal user interface, imperfect data integration, and the need for further training for lecturers. These findings underscore the importance of continuously improving the SISTER application to better support lecturers' academic performance and enhance higher education governance in Indonesia.
