Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, experience, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Nor Coffee Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 50 respondents with census techniques. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the motivation variable is 0.173 which is greater than 0.05, which means that the motivation variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H2) show that the experience variable is 0.610 where the value is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that the experience variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H3) show that the work discipline variable is 0.00 where the value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has a variable on employee performance

Abstract

This study investigates how earnings management affects how masculine a CEO's attitude toward performance is. Structural Equation Modeling using Software Stata is used in the study to examine data from Indonesian Stock Exchange businesses for the years 2018 through 2022. The results indicate that earnings management, with increases and decreases in earnings management having an impact on the size of the CEO's face, mediates the relationship between a male CEO's masculinity and performance. The results can aid in the development of Financial Accounting Standard No. 19 by the Indonesian Accountants Association and show that earnings management mediates the size of a CEO's manly face toward performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and demonstrate how own capital and business location affect the revenue of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses in the Gresik Regency. Entrepreneurs need to know if their own capital and business location have a positive and significant impact on the income they will receive in the future, which is why this research is crucial. With 69 respondents in all, samples were gathered for this quantitative approach study. Both observations and questionnaires were used in the data collection process. The Slovin calculation formula and random sample procedures were used in this study. A Likert scale is used in data analysis with Google Form media. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing are the methods of analysis used. The study's findings demonstrate that own capital and company location have a demonstrable positive and significant impact on MSMEs' revenue in the Gresik Regency.

Abstract

The goal of the study is to investigate and demonstrate that, for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses, applying the complete costing method for calculating manufacturing costs results in a more accurate computation. This study is crucial for entrepreneurs since it helps them determine the precise cost of manufacturing things and determines how much profit they should make. This study employs qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study's comprehensive costing technique calculation of manufacturing costs for commodities are more accurate for use in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation Models and Business Strategy on Increasing the Performance Cosmetic Entrepreneurs in Wuluhan Jember" which aims to determine the partial effect of entrepreneurial orientation models and business strategies on entrepreneurial performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a population of all female cosmetics entrepreneurs in Wuluhan and a sample of this study amounting to 46 respondents. Data collection methods used were interviews, observations and questionnaires and were analyzed using regression analysis and t-test with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation model has a partial effect on entrepreneurial performance by 0.362. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and digital marketing on consumer loyalty for Emina products. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 1423 students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember from the 2019 to 2022 academic year who used Emina products. Researchers used sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, so based on the Slovin formula the number of research samples was 312 students. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative statistical analysis with SPSS application tools, version 21. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research state that these two variables, namely influencer marketing and digital marketing, have a significant effect on consumer loyalty for Emina products. Abstract

Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah pengolahan data nilai SMPN Purwodadi belum menggunakan sistem yang berbasis online, sehingga data nilai bisa mengalami kehilangan data didalam komputer dan data raport. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, dengan cara melakukan pengamatan dan pencatatan langsung pada tempat penelitian (observasi), melakukan tanya jawab langsung pada sumber (interview), dan dokumentasi dengan cara membaca buku-buku literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program mengenai sistem informasi nilai SMPN Purwodadi berbasis web mobile dengan Enkripsi RC4 adalah aplikasi pengolahan data secara online dengan menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL serta Algoritma RC4. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi dapat menghasilkan informasi nilai, serta menyajikan laporan data siswa, guru, jadwal, dan nilai.

Abstract

The service industry is currently a very large and rapidly growing creative economy sector business and is very much needed in consumer activitiesBarbershop is one of the businesses that is currently growing. One of the 17 subsectors that make up Indonesia's creative economy is barbershop. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) states that the sector that makes the largest contribution to GDP is the creative economy. This study was conducted to determine the effect of promotional quality, perceived price, location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Sadimo Barbershop Jember. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The population used is from all walks of life, with the criteria for respondents being consumers who have used the services of Sadimo Barbershop Jember at least twice. Purposive sampling technique was applied using a sample of 95 people. Partial test results (t test) showed a significant effect of promotion variables on customer satisfaction, a significant effect of price perception variables on customer satisfaction, a significant effect of location variables on customer satisfaction, and no significant effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the criminal news broadcast on the Detak Riau News program on Riau Television was in accordance with the The Ethics Code of Indonesian Television Journalist. The method used is quantitative content analysis by analyzing the coding results and then describing it descriptively. The results of the study indicated that the criminal news in a complete and actual category.Iin general the criminal news program did not show sadistic shows, although there were still some news that broadcast sadism, but the percentage was small. This criminal news program can be said to have met the ethics of the politeness aspect of the news that displays vulgar impressions and break the human rights, although there were news that still display minimal clothing and violence, but with a small percentage. Furthermore, in terms of the identity of the perpetrators and suspects in immoral news, this criminal news program had fully complied with the code of ethics.

Abstract

In this era, lifestyle changes are increasingly occurring. The growth of culinary businesses is increasing along with changes in people's lifestyles and increasing people's incomes, especially in the community. The culinary business has become one of the businesses that is in great demand by people in Indonesia in recent years. Purchasing decisions are the main goal for business owners in a company. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence product quality, product quality and location can influence purchasing decisions at ndower noodles in Mojosari village, Puger subdistrict, Jember. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The analytical method in this research is multiple liner regression analysis, the population in this research is ndower noodle customers in Mojosari village, Puger sub-district, Jember. The sample used was 105 respondents. The results of this research show that this conclusion is proven (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. With a t count of 4.740 and a significance level of 0.00. (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. With a t count of 3.089 and a significance level of 0.02. (3) location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. With a t count of 6.358 and a significance level of 0.00. The variables of product quality, service quality and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mie Ndower, Mojosari village, Puger sub-district, Jember.
