Abstract

The development of tecchnology and the internet has changed consumer behavior in shopping, especially through the Shopee marketplace. This has driven changes in people’s behavior patterns. As one of the largest marketplace in Indonesia, Shopee offers various conveniences in online transactions, a variety of product choices, and attractive promotions. This study aims the analyze brand awareness, brand trust and brand experience on purchasing decisions in the Shopee marketplace among student of the Muhammadiyah University of Jember Faculty of Economics and Business clas of 2021-2023. This study uses an associative quantitative method. The population used was student of the Muhammadiyah University of Jember Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2021-2023. The sample approach included purposive sampling of 99 students. The study's findings revealed that the variables brand awareness, brand trust, and brand experience had a positive and substantial effect on purchase decisions made through the Shopee marketplace with a result of 53.9%, with the remaining 46.1% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The cosmetics industry is an industry that can be said to have good growth and development in Indonesia. People, especially women, are increasingly aware of the importance of using cosmetics daily. This study aims to test the influence of Experiential Marketing variables on purchasing decisions, and purchasing decision variables on experiential marketing variables. The type of research conducted is quantitative. The object of this study is the cosmetic product of the body shop Lippo Plaza Jember. The sampling technique was 100 respondents. The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires to respondents who had purchased the cosmetic product of the body shop Lippo Plaza at least 1 time. This study uses descriptive and path data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Experiential Marketing variables sense, feel, think, act, and relate significantly influence customer decision variables.

Abstract

Increasingly competitive and dynamic markets are placing manufacturers and marketers under greater pressure to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. In this context, holistic marketing and product quality have emerged as two important variables in influencing consumer behavior. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of internal marketing, integrated marketing, relationship marketing and product quality on purchasing decisions for the Adeeva Group, Jember Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 110 respondents and uses non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination R2. The analysis results obtained show that food quality, price, live streaming and Instagram social media have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on product purchasing decisions at the Adeeva Group, Jember Regency 0.953 or 95%

Abstract

Sebagai pusat kesehatan masyarakat, RSD Kalisat harus mampu menyediakan semua kebutuhan layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Kombinasi kepemimpinan yang melayani (servant leadership), disiplin kerja yang ketat, dan etos kerja yang sangat profesional diperlukan untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal dari kinerja pegawai. Pencapaian kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah tantangan yang berkelanjutan, termasuk disiplin yang buruk, motivasi yang rendah, dan gaya kepemimpinan yang tidak efektif. Profesionalisme, disiplin, dan kepemimpinan yang melayani merupakan faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pegawai di RSD Kalisat. Dalam penelitian ini, 168 peserta disurvei dengan menggunakan strategi pengambilan Nonprobability sampling yang mencakup pendekatan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif explanatory. Uji hipotesis dan instrumen, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi membentuk pendekatan analisis data untuk penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan tingkat kontribusi 95% sebagaimana ditentukan oleh uji Koefisien Determinasi R2, hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang melayani, disiplin kerja, dan profesionalisme semuanya memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pencapaian kinerja pegawai di RSUD Kalisat.

Ah. Ali Yafie, 2025. The Influence Of Transformational Leadership On Personnel Performance Through Work Spirit As An Intervening Variable (Study At Sampang Resort Police). Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. Based on its approach, this research is included in the explanatory research type. The research sample was 85 respondents. The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the significant influence directly transformational leadership on the work spirit of Sampang Resort Police personnel ; 2) To test and analyze the significant influence directly transformational leadership towards performance of Sampang Resort Police personnel ; 3 To test and analyze the directly significant influence work enthusiasm towards the performance of Sampang Resort Police personnel ); 4) To test and analyze the influence of indirectly significant transformational leadership on personnel performance mediated by the work spirit of Sampang Resort Police personnel. The results of the study indicate that : 1) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the work spirit of the Sampang Resort Police with an original sample value of 0.50; 2) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of Sampang Resort Police personnel with an original sample value of 0.350; 3) Work spirit has a significant positive effect on the performance of Sampang Resort Police personnel with an original sample value of 0.353; 4) Indirectly, transformational leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Sampang Resort Police personnel mediated by work spirit with an original sample value of 0.180.

Abstract

Research on Rumah Makan Bungo Tanjung with the formulation of the problem: How does service quality and comfort affect trust in order to increase consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Bungo Tanjung? The population used in this study were all consumers at Rumah Makan Bungo Tanjung totaling 100 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling based on predetermined criteria totaling 100 respondents. Using SPSS 26. Based on the results of research that has been done about the effect of Service Quality, Convenience, on Trust in order to increase Consumer Satisfaction in using Rumah Makan Bungo Tanjung Services it can be concluded as follows: Service Quality affects trust in using services. Convenience affects trust in using services. Trust affects consumer satisfaction in using services. Service Quality has an indirect effect on consumer satisfaction in using services. Convenience has an indirect effect on consumer satisfaction in using services. Trust in Customer Satisfaction of Rumah Makan Bungo Tanjung has positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Consumer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemasaran digital pada usaha kilang padi UD AM Fokus Jaya. Penelitian yang sedang dilakukan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan utama penelitian kualitatif yaitu untuk memahami dan mengeksplorasi fenomena yang terjadi sehingga menemukan suatu hal baru yang unik. yaitu menggunakan sumber data primer, dan teknik pengumpulan data lebih banyak observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap UD AM Fokus Jaya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan berada pada posisi pertumbuhan selektif (Sel V) dalam Matriks IE, dengan skor IFE sebesar 2,17 dan skor EFE sebesar 2,90. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan internal perusahaan cukup mendukung dan lingkungan eksternal sangat potensial untuk mendorong pertumbuhan. Faktor kekuatan utama meliputi lokasi usaha yang strategis, kepemilikan merek dagang, serta kerja sama dengan banyak mitra petani. Sementara itu, kelemahan utama terletak pada sistem pembukuan yang masih manual dan keterbatasan kapasitas produksi. Peluang yang dimiliki UD AM Fokus Jaya meliputi meluasnya pasar digital, kemudahan memperoleh bahan baku, serta meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap beras

Abstract

This study aims to review the receivables control and the management policy of unbilled receivables and the receivables management policy applied to precast concrete iron distributor companies. This research provides insight into best practices in receivables management. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the selection of informants is carried out based on their knowledge related to relevant information in the context of the research. The main informant consists of financial staff who have direct experience in receivables control. The findings of the study show that the company has implemented quite good receivables control, as seen from the existence of systematic billing procedures to clients. However, the company does not have an adequate receivables management policy, the absence of clear credit standards and credit requirements are the main obstacles in minimizing the risk of non-collectible receivables. The implications of these findings emphasize the need for companies to formulate more comprehensive accounts receivable management policies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the collection process and reduce potential financial losses. The originality of this research lies in its focus on the precast concrete iron distribution sector in Indonesia, as well as an in-depth analysis of the specific challenges in receivables control practices in the construction sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang sangat penting dan berharga bagi perusahaan, karena setiap perusahaan membutuhkan peran sumber daya manusia untuk dapat melangsungkan kegiatan dan mengembangkan kualitas perusahaannya agar mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi. Peningkatan kinerja aparatur desa merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam menciptakan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas di tingkat desa. Salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi kinerja aparatur desa adalah kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada aparatur desa sebagai responden penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup seluruh aparatur desa yang bekerja di Desa Balung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja aparatur desa. Pada variabel motivasi tidak ber-pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja aparatur desa. Dan pada variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja aparatur desa.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of gender justice principles in Islamic education within family contexts in Disanah Village, Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods approach combining surveys (n=83 households) and in-depth interviews, the research explores parental perceptions regarding educational equality between male and female children. The study investigates how Islamic principles related to educational justice are understood and applied at the family level, particularly in rural Indonesian Muslim communities. Through a sequential explanatory design, quantitative data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, followed by qualitative interviews analyzed thematically. The findings reveal that while all respondents (100%) acknowledge their responsibility for children's education, perspectives on equal treatment vary slightly, with 94.04% supporting equal educational opportunities regardless of gender and 5.95% prioritizing children with exceptional abilities. The study concludes that Islamic principles of educational justice are widely understood and valued in the community, though implementation challenges persist. These findings contribute to understanding how religious values can support gender equality in educational settings and offer insights for developing culturally-sensitive approaches to promoting educational equity in Muslim-majority contexts.
