Abstract

This study aims at analyzing the willingness to pay (WTP) of the visitors in Bird Watching Ecotourism in Lake Meno and the factors that influence the WTP value. The research is located in Gili Meno. The method used is quantitative method. The total samples are 38 obtained by accidental sampling. The procedure of analysis used the Contingent Valuation Method and Logit Model. The results showed that in the samples there are 27 people (77.14%) who are willing to pay (dominated by foreign tourists) and eight people (22.86%) who are not willing to pay with various reasons. The average value of WTP that can be proposed as a reference of environmental service is Rp 39,189.

Abstract

Regional tourism development has many benefits for the region development. The high demand for the tourism industry could threat the sustainability of tourism. With a descriptive approach, this study aimed to analysis of sustainable tourism dilemma. The results show there is a dilemma such as on environmental-social-economic environment, socio-economics is still going on and not inevitable because human nature is homoeconomicus. Utilization of the environment as a tourist commodities bring positive effects for the economy of society, but caused by the high rates of inequality and income distribution between the Gili people and non-Gili people. The rapid flow of tourists in the 3 Gili make lifestyle surrounding communities turned into hedonic and party culture that is incompatible with local culture. Disparity income which can trigger jealousy. Fishery production is going to decline given some rules on no-take areas in the Water Park Zone 3 Gili. The balanced on 3-D sustainability triangle (Environmental Capacity, Social Capacity and Economic Capacity) must be maintain.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of VAR (Vector Autograsive) Requests and Offers of Tourist Visits in North Lombok Regency (KLU)". The formulation of the problem in this study are (a) whether the variables that determine the demand and supply of tourists in North Lombok Regency (KLU), (b) are the variables that determine the demand and supply of tourists in North Lombok Regency (KLU)? (a) to find out the variables that determine the demand and supply of tourist visits in North Lombok Regency (KLU), (b) to find out the variables that most determine the demand and supply of tourist visits in North Lombok Regency (KLU. Data used in this study Secondary data from KLU Tourism Office, NTB Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Bank Indonesia The research variables used were tourist visit requests and offers in North Lombok Regency (KLU) such as NTB Inflation Rate, NTB GRDP, KLU Inflation, GRDP KLU The data analysis technique used in this research is VAR Analysis (Vector Autograsive) with b ante software Eviews. The results of the study showed that the Province Inflation Variables, Provincial GRDP had a significant effect on Domestic Tourist requests in North Lombok Regency (KLU).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “E-Wom (Electronic Word Of Mouth): Dimensi dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan ke Gili Matra di Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU)”. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah dimensi Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) yang terdiri dari Concern for Others, Expressing Positive Feeling, Economic Incentives, Helping the Company, Platform Assistance mempengaruhi Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan pada Gili Matra di media sosial Facebook, Instagram dan media online lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahmengetahui pengaruh dimensi Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) yang terdiri dari Concern for Others, Expressing Positive Feeling, Economic Incentives, Helping the Company, Platform Assistance pada Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan pada Gili Matra di media sosial Facebook, Instagram dan media online lainnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang berasal dari responden dan data sekunder yaitu data yang berasal dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 1. Variabel Electronic Word Of Mouth (X). Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebas yang ditetapkan adalah Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) yang terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu: Concern for others, Expressing positive feelings, Economic Insentive, Helping the Company, Platform assistance.2. Variabel Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini variabel terikat yang ditetapkan adalah keputusan berkunjung wisatawan yang meliputi informasi dan rekomendasi yang diterima wisatawan melalui akun media sosial Facebook, Instagram dan media online lainnya yang terkait dengan 3 Gili Matra. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dimensi E-WOM memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan ke Gili Matra, Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Innovative Value terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Domestik di kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang dimediasi oleh Halal Destination Image. Nilai-nilai inovasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam destinasi wisata untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 154 yang respondennya merupakan wisatawan domestik yang berkunjung ke kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang berisi hasil jawaban responden. Kuesioner yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan atas innovative value terhadap halal destination image. Untuk variabel innovative value memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan wisatawan namun tidak signifikan, sedangkan halal destination image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Experiences terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Domestik yang berkunjung ke Kabupaten Lombok Tengah NTB, dengan mediasi Halal Destination Image. Kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung merupakan tujuan utama pemberi jasa wisata pada suatu destinasi wisata. Kepuasan wisatawan tentunya tercermin dari pengalaman yang dirasakan oleh wisatawan. Lombok melakukan branding wisatanya dengan halal tourism sehingga destinasi halal menjadi bentuk upaya dalam memberikan wisata yang bersahabat  untuk wisatawan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 126 responden dari wisatawan domestik yang pernah berkunjung ke Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui kuesioner yang berisi jawaban-jawaban responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah  Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Customer Experience tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan, sementara customer experience memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap halal destination image meskipun tidak signifikan. Sedangkan halal destination image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (a) Untuk menganalisis faktor apakah yang membedakan wisatawan asing dan nusantara dalam melakukan kunjungan ke Tempat Wisata di Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU)sebelum dan setelah gempa bumi (b) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana model diskriminan yang dapat dibentuk dari kunjungan wisatawan asing dan nusantara ke Tempat Wisata di Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU) sebelum dan setelah gempa bumi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Dinas Pariwisata KLU, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) NTB, Bank Indonesia.Variabel Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Tingkat Inflasi NTB, Tingkat Inflasi KLU, Kurs rupiah, PDRB NTB, PDRB KLU.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Diskriminan dengan menggunakan software SPSS.17.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable Kurs rupiah, PDRB NTB, PDRB KLU yang membedakan wisatawan asing dan nusantara dalam melakukan kunjungan ke Tempat Wisata di Kabupaten Lombok Utara sebelum dan setelah gempa bumi.

Abstract

Consumer perception is very important for business. This study aims to explore consumer perceptions of service quality and prices for MSMEs delivery services. Ten informants in this study are consumers who have used the services. The data analysis carried out is by reducing the results of interviews that are considered relevant, displaying data in the form of data groups that show the dimensions of perception, and drawing conclusions after careful analysis. The results show that consumer perceptions of the quality of MSMEs delivery services are mostly positive. However, in terms of responsiveness, the response time is currently still considered too slow so that it often causes consumer dissatisfaction. This is certainly seen as a weakness for MSMEs and needs to be solved in order to stay in business. This study also found that the use of uniforms by MSME delivery services is also important for consumers. Thus, this can begin to be made a priority by MSMEs to build a positive consumer perception of MSMEs. Meanwhile, the perception of consumers towards the price set by MSMEs is in accordance with consumer purchasing power and the quality of services. Therefore, it is concluded that it is in accordance with the Islamic economy. The results can be used as a reference by MSMEs and large-scale businesses, not only at the location of this study, but also in other regions in evaluating business strategies and developing innovative delivery services that suit consumer needs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the determinant factors for employment in the laying hen farming sector. In this research, the independent variable is used where (wages X1, productivity X2 and capital X3) and the dependent variable is (labor absorption Y). The aim of this research is to find out whether wages, productivity and capital influence labor absorption in egg-laying chicken farming businesses in Sidrap Regency, which is known as one of the largest egg-laying chicken producing districts in South Sulawesi. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this research consisted of 85 egg-laying chicken farming business units in Sidrap Regency. Sampling was carried out by taking the entire population considering that the population was less than 100 units. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be seen that wages and capital have a positive effect on labor absorption, while productivity has no effect on labor absorption in egg-laying chicken farming businesses in Sidrap Regency.

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a public health problem that stigmatizes its victims. Mental attacks, as a result of labeling and discrimination, result in psychological suffering and well-being for persons living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), necessitating adequate treatment. Thus, it is critical for this research to undertake a systematic assessment of scientific articles on Negative Stigma Against People Living with HIV/AIDS. This study used a descriptive analysis approach to examine publications containing the terms HIV/AIDS stigma that were published in the Scopus database between 2011 and 2018. The data is then processed and visualized using Vosviewer software, and the results show the four most dominant concepts studied by the previous author, namely human, female and human immunodeficiency virus infection. The contribution of this research is to become a reference to find out the root of the problem and the harmful impact of stigmatization on people with HIV/AIDS to help formulate recommendations for prevention and treatment that can be done (normalization). However, this research is limited because the data source only comes from Scopus. Therefore, to produce a comparative, broad, and comprehensive analysis, further studies need to include sources of other reputable international journals such as the Web of Science (WoS).
