Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran PowerPoint Interaktif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Pada Pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SDN Pucung III. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Pre-eksperimental design dengan tipe One Grup Pretest-Posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SDN Pucung III yang berjumlah 40 siswa, terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket motivasi belajar siswa yang sebelumnya sudah diuji kelayakannya melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistic deskriptif dan statistic inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, peningkatan motivasi belajar yang ditunjukkan pada nilai rata-rata N-Gain yang diperoleh dari data pretest-posttest adalah sebesar 0,605 dan berada pada kategori sedang. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-test diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) untuk angket yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran PowerPoint Interaktif terhadap motivasi belajar setelah diberi perlakuan (treatment). Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran interaktif, Power Point Interaktif, Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the lack of student motivation towards subjects in elementary schools. The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of using Interactive PowerPoint learning media on the learning motivation of elementary school students in learning science in class IV SDN Pucung III. The research method used was Pre-experimental design with the type One Group Pretest-Posttest. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Pucung III, totaling 40 students, consisting of 20 male students and 20 female students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire on student learning motivation which has previously been tested for its feasibility through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the increase in learning motivation is shown in the average N-Gain value obtained from the pretest-posttest data which is 0.605 and is in the medium category. Hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-test obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) for the questionnaire, namely 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of using Interactive PowerPoint learning media on learning motivation after being given treatment. Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Interactive Power Point, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Syair lagu anak-anak dalam permainan tradisional bukanlah syair itu semata melainkan yang disiratkannya adalah makna, hakikat dan fungsi syair lagu itu sendiri. Melalui daya metalingual dan bernalar secara metakognisi anak-anak usia dini dapat diajak bertualang dari alam pikiran realita sampai ke alam metafisik. Anak dipacu untuk memilih, memilah serta menyusun pengalaman dan pengetahuannya dalam menanggapi suratan syair lagu dalam permainan tradisional. Itu sebabnya syair lagu anak-anak dalam permainan tradisional dijadikan sebagai landas tumpu kegiatan berbahasa siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Penggunaan syair lagu sebagai landas tumpu kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia di PAUD merupakan upaya pembelajaran dengan memberdayakan potensi siswa secara kontekstual dan integratif.  Kata kunci: syair lagu, permainan anak tradisional, kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia, PAUD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan permainan ular tangga sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris siswa pada materi "How Do You Go To School." Penelitian melibatkan siswa dari sebuah sekolah tertentu dan menggunakan pendekatan pretest-posttest dengan kelompok kontrol tunggal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum perlakuan, penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris siswa belum mencapai tingkat yang memuaskan, seperti yang tercermin dari hasil nilai rata-rata pretest. Siswa kesulitan mengidentifikasi informasi dalam kalimat tertulis dalam Bahasa Inggris dan memiliki kendala dalam mengeja kosakata. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa permainan ular tangga sebagai media pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris siswa, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,769 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi menurut klasifikasi Guilford. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran ular tangga dapat menjelaskan sekitar 59,2% dari variasi peningkatan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris pada siswa. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan permainan ular tangga sebagai media pembelajaran efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris siswa pada materi "How Do You Go To School." Hasil positif ini memberikan implikasi penting dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang lebih menarik dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bahasa siswa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

P3K UPI Purwakarta students carried out this socialization activity at one of the elementary schools in purwakarta. This activity was carried out to educate students about the literacy skills of reading and writing of students coupled with the use of gadgets in everyday life. Based on observations, it is known that students are more interested in using their gadgets to browse social media than reading or writing, which is one of the factors that cause students' reading and writing literacy to be low. This socialization can provide additional information for students and also foster awareness in students to read or write and can use gadgets according to their uses to help students improve their literacy skills.

Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) are development that prioritizes the quality of life from one generation to the next. Poverty is one of the problems in various cities in Indonesia. DKI Jakarta, as the capital city of Indonesia, still has areas that can be called KUMIS (Kumuh Miskin) in several areas, for example in the Pela Mampang Sub-district. From these problems, formed program to improve the sales quality of MSMEs in the surrounding area. Improving the quality of sales by providing counseling to MSME players about selling their products through dare and working with local youth organizations to hold bazaars around the Pela Mampang Sub-district. The bazaar activity is intended so that the community around the Pela Mampang area can participate in selling their products and can highlight existing local wisdom. The method used is Research & Development (R&D). The target audience for this program is adults aged 18-45 years. The results of this program are the implementation of socialization on the use of the marketplace as a current sales innovation and the implementation of bazaar activities as the aim of increasing the community's economy by maintaining the value of DKI Jakarta's local wisdom.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis model sosiokognitif berbantuan multimedia interaktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks deskripsi di sekolah dasar. Teks deskripsi adalah salah satu jenis teks yang dipelajari siswa di sekolah dasar. Teks deskripsi memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai suatu objek atau suasana. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, pembelajaran menulis teks deskripsi di kelas 2 SD dilakukan dengan menerapkan Model Sosiokognitif Berbantuan Multimedia Interaktif. Pembelajaran dilakukan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari dua pertemuan, terhadap 90 orang siswa kelas 2 SD. Analisis statistik deskriptif kemudian digunakan untuk menilai kemampuan siswa menulis teks deskripsi sederhaan. Penilaian kemampuan siswa didasarkan pada tiga aspek, yaitu kejelasan penggambaran (deskripsi), tata bahasa (tanda baca dan struktur kalimat), dan ejaan/kosakata. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa menulis teks deskripsi sederhana adalah 74 pada siklus I dan 87 pada siklus II. Artinya, penerapan model sosiokognitif berbantuan multimedia interaktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks deskripsi di kelas 2 SD dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menulis teks deskripsi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan model SKBMI agar dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran membaca/menulis di tingkat yang lebih lanjut dengan teks yang lebih kompleks.

Abstract

The development of the globalization era at present leads to technological advancements in various fields, encompassing economics, social aspects, education, and health. Technological progress brings forth both positive and negative impacts on the environment. One of the negative impacts of technological advancement on the environment is environmental degradation resulting in a decline in the quality of the living environment. The environment constitutes a unified system wherein there exist interrelated interactions among living organisms, objects, and resources. An individual's attitude can determine the favorable or unfavorable conditions and situations that occur within the surrounding environment. The environment must be maintained in terms of cleanliness and beauty with a strong sense of responsibility and a heightened awareness in environmental preservation. However, based on observational findings, it is evident that the attitude of environmental concern among students at a certain State Elementary School in Purwakarta is still lacking. To cultivate a sense of environmental concern, a service initiative is conducted with the aim of providing education regarding environmental awareness, particularly for elementary school students. The outcomes obtained from this service initiative prove to be highly beneficial for the students, as they become more conscious of safeguarding and maintaining the environment around them.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemahaman kosakata merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mempelajari bahasa asing, khususnya bahasa Inggris.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan  tujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman kosakata dalam bahasa Inggris sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran word square dengan menggunakan media flipbook dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan model tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa kelas 1 di salah saatu sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes yang dilakukan dua kali sebelum dan sesudah perlakukan diberikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan nilai-rata-rata siswa pada pretet dan posstest. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada saat pretes adalah 47,62 sedangkan nilai rata-rata siswa pada saat posstest adalah 80,24. Selain itu model pembelajaran word square berbantuan media flipbook memberikan pengaruh sebesar 37,1 % terhadap pemaaman kosakata bahasa inggris.  Abstract: Vocabulary understanding is very important in learning a foreign language, especially English.  This study was conducted with the aim to determine the understanding of vocabulary in English before and after using the word square learning model using flipbook media and to determine the effect of using the model. The study used quantitative research with a one group pretest posttest design. The research subjects were 30 grade 1 students in one of the elementary schools in Purwakarta Regency. The data collection technique used was a test conducted twice before and after the treatment was given. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the average score of students on the pretest and posttest. The average value of students during the pretest was 47.62 while the average value of students during the posstest was 80.24. In addition, the word square learning model assisted by flipbook media has an effect of 37.1% on the understanding of English vocabulary.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low skill of writing fairy tales by students which is indicated by the difficulty of students in finding and pouring ideas into written form. This study aims to determine: 1) students' fairy tales writing skill before applying the write around learning model assisted by picture series media; 2) students' fairy tales writing skill after applying the write around learning model assisted by picture series media; 3) the effect of the write around learning model assisted by picture series media on students' fairy tales writing skill. The type of research used is pre-experimental research type one group pretest-posttest. The sample of this research was class 4 in one of the elementary schools in Bandung, totaling 13 students. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) the average value of the pretest results for students' fairy tales writing skill before applying the write around learning model assisted by picture series media was in the sufficient category; 2) the average value of the posttest results of students' fairy tales writing skill after applying the write around learning model assisted by picture series media is in the good category; 3) there is an effect of the write around learning model assisted by picture series media on students' fairy tales writing skill.

Abstract

The ability to speak English is one of the most important skills in the digital era like now. Therefore it is very important to start learning English as early as possible. But in fact the ability to understand English among students is still relatively low, this is in line with what Patrius said that learning English is not as easy as learning the latest series of gadgets. This research was conducted with the aim of: 1) Knowing the ability to understand students' English vocabulary before applying the learning make a match;2) Knowing the ability to understand students' English vocabulary after applying the learning make a match; 3) The influence of learning make a match on students' English vocabulary understanding ability. The research method used in this research is pre-experimental one group pretest – posttest design. The research sample is 20 IC class students at one of the schools in Purwakarta. An English vocabulary comprehension test instrument was used to obtain data before and after treatment. The research results show that there is an influence of the learning to make a match on the understanding of English vocabulary, this can be seen from the results of the T test with T count > T table so that Ho is accepted which means there is a significant difference. The results of a simple linear regression test with an R-Square of 0.748 or 74.8%. There is an increase in the ability to understand English vocabulary by looking at the average value N-Gain of 0.62 in the moderate category.
