Abstract

This research discusses digital marketing carried out by Kripik t_mpe MSMEs located in Kediri East Java considering the importance of using online marketing media today cannot be maximized by MSME actors How to create the right and quality content is rarely noticed by business owners so that the impact has not been felt optimally either This study used qualitative research methods with researchers interviewing MSME owners directly using data analysis methods by collecting data reducing and concluding data The result of this study is that MSMEs Kripik t_mpe have run several ways to make their marketing content quality such as relevance creativity visual quality storytelling interaction consistency and authenticity Although in some ways such as improving visual quality and consistency has not been carried out properly < p>

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera. And to find out which variable has the most influence on employee performance. The research was conducted using a survey method, where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, the data obtained is then analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test consisting of t and f tests. The results of testing the hypothesis partially prove that there is an influence between rewards on employee performance. through the calculation results obtained a coefficient value of 0.469 and t count of 3.175 with a significant value of 0.002 results greater than 0.05. The results of testing the hypothesis partially prove that there is an influence between punishment on employee performance. through the calculation results obtained a coefficient value of 0.569 and t count of 4.412 with a significant result value of 0.000 greater than 0.05. This means that there is an influence between the reward and punishment variables on employee performance at PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of workload on desire to change mediated by work stress in nurses at a one of the private hospital in Kediri. The population in this study were all nurses in one of the private hospitals in Kediri. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 126 respondents. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that workload and work stress have a significant effect on turnover intention. Likewise, workload has a significant effect on work stress. The results of this study also show that work stress has a significant influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, job stress partially mediates the influence of job insecurity and workload on intention to leave. The results of this research indicate that one of the private hospitals in Kediri can improve its strategy to retain and retain its nurses so they remain in their jobs.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide training to prospective healthcare workers at the Marthin Indey Hospital Nursing Academy (AKPER RSMI) in Jayapura in serving and managing English-speaking patients. Another objective of this community service program is to increase the motivation of AKPER RSMI students, as prospective healthcare workers, to learn English. This community service program took the form of training. The training included watching videos on working abroad as a nurse, lectures, discussions, and simulations. The training proceeded smoothly as planned. Participants received materials in the  lectures, then discussed the materials, and practiced them in simulations. In the final evaluation, participants felt they had benefited from the training and hoped to receive more similar training.

Abstract

Introduction: Respiratory infections are common among kindergarten children due to close interactions and limited awareness of personal hygiene. Early health education on proper coughing and sneezing etiquette is an important preventive strategy to reduce disease transmission and promote healthy behaviors. Objective: This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of kindergarten children at TK Perwanida Ciamis in practicing proper coughing and sneezing etiquette through interactive learning and visual media. Method: The activity was conducted for 45–60 minutes using a participatory approach. Educational materials included illustrated posters, demonstrations, ice-breaking activities, and hands-on practice. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation of children’s ability to correctly perform the techniques. Result: The activity was well received, and most children were able to correctly demonstrate proper coughing and sneezing etiquette after the intervention. Visual media and demonstrations enhanced children’s understanding and engagement. However, continuous reinforcement from teachers and parents is needed to sustain these behaviors. Conclusion: Interactive and visual-based education effectively improved hygiene awareness and practices among kindergarten children. Ongoing support from teachers and parents is essential to maintain these behaviors and prevent respiratory infections.
