Abstract

The implementation of the information system requires strategic planning in an organization so that the benefits of implementing an information system can be felt more optimally, this will be applied to high school schools in Jakarta. The problems faced by schools are quite diverse, starting with the management of school data to performance evaluations and the need for an integrated system for each division to support the organization's business processes. Strategic planning is made with targeted targets such as alignment of information systems in academic & non-academic processes and school data management, improving performance in infrastructure management, and increasing competitiveness by creating a website-based system for school promotion. Goals can be achieved by aligning the information system strategy with the organization's business strategy. To determine the information system strategy, the organization's current business strategy is needed. This information system strategic planning research was conducted using the Ward Peppard method. This method helps to be able to understand the organization more deeply before strategic planning is made. It includes SWOT  analysis, Value Chain, PEST, Critical Success Factor, and Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid analysis  in the form of strategy recommendations from the results of internal and external environmental analysis of school information systems, and application portfolios will be mapped to be applied to school organizations to achieve expected business goals

Abstract

Stroke are known as the second most leading cause of death. Because of this, data mining techniques are already being used to predict patients that may have stroke. Therefore, we are doing a study to try using data mining techniques using RapidMiner to find information or patterns regarding stroke from a dataset obtained from Kaggle. Three data mining techniques are used in this study, that is classification using decision trees, association rule using FP-Growth algorithm, and clustering technique using k-Means algorithm. Using RapidMiner, we are able to process the dataset using the operators provided in the application. As the result, we found out that due to an unbalanced data, the decision tree model made were only able to predict 68,75% patients as having stroke. With the association rule technique, we found out that most attributes in the dataset does not really associated with each other. With the clustering technique, we were able to group up patients and found out that most patients that have stroke are averaged in the age of 58, with 31 bmi, and 201 average glucose level.

Abstract

In 2020 COVID-19 cases have entered Indonesia causing public health problems and millions of deaths. To prevent transmission of COVID-19, an air purifier is needed whose function is to remove small droplets that can carry the virus. One of them is a medical device company located in Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to produce a design that can improve business processes in the health sector and achieve company goals. The current business process is not very optimal because it is still done conventionally and the existing system has not been integrated with other divisions. To achieve business goals, it is necessary to integrate business processes with information technology (IT) and technology development that will be proposed based on the design of information system architecture that will produce a blueprint and assisted by the open group architecture framework (TOGAF) framework which is very helpful in the process of analyzing company needs. In this research, data collection through interviews with directors and direct observation of health service companies. The results of this study are recommendations given to help health.

Abstract

Sports currently have an impact on human life, especially in the health sector. One way of exercising that is popular with many people today is by exercising at the fitness center. One of them is a fitness center located in Bandung. This research aims to obtain design results that can adapt business processes in fitness centers and can help the company's performance so that its vision and mission are achieved. The current business process is still experiencing problems because business has not yet been integrated with information technology (IT), so a business process proposal was made using the business architecture method. By conducting interviews and observations, data can be collected. From this data, it can be seen that business implementation in fitness centers is not yet optimal, so it is necessary to develop information system technology that is in line with the company's business. This technology development is based on business architecture which produces a company blueprint and is assisted by the open group architecture framework (TOGAF) which can help analyze company needs. The results of this research are in the form of recommendations which will later be proposed so that benefits for the company can be achieved more quickly.

Abstract

The rapid development of social media applications and features in e-commerce involves user input on social media to facilitate online buying and selling, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is one of the e-commerce platforms that engages in customer-to-customer (C2C) transactions. However, there are still several issues on the Shopee website, including not all payment options being available, delayed chat responses from sellers, and very slow order status updates. Therefore, researchers analyze the website to help Shopee assess the website's quality by analyzing user satisfaction using the Webqual 4.0 method. Using the Webqual 4.0 method, researchers will create a questionnaire consisting of usability, information quality, and service interaction. After obtaining questionnaire results from respondents, testing will be conducted on three independent variables (X) tested against one dependent variable (Y) to determine if there is an influence between variables X and Y. All tests passed and obtained valid and reliable values. The T-test conducted yielded results for H1, which is 6.574 > 2.030, meaning that H1 is accepted, indicating an influence between H1 and Y. H2, which is 6.236 > 2.030, means that H2 is accepted, indicating an effect between H2 and Y. H3, which is 6.842 > 2.030, means that H3 is accepted, indicating an influence between H3 and Y. The F-test also resulted in H0 being accepted, meaning there is an influence between X1, X2, and X3 on Y, with the results being H1, H2, and H3 on Y being 0.000 < 0.05 and F count 22.632 > F table 3.25. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Shopee website users are satisfied with the quality of the website provided by Shopee.

Abstract

Social media has become a lifestyle that cannot be ignored in recent times. One of the most frequently used online communication tools today is WhatsApp, which was created in 2009 by Jan Koum. In Indonesia, this application is used by all groups ranging from young and old, students to workers / employees who indirectly WhatsApp is a social media that has many advantages to become quite important in everyday life in society. The emergence of WhatsApp Web is a technology that gives its users the freedom to use more than one device, so that it can attract more users to use it. With so many users, researchers want to know how user satisfaction from this website regarding its usability, appearance, and service quality. Of course, to analyze the research, several methods are needed so that the analysis can run well. This research integrates the WebQual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis methods as a data analysis process. Researchers also used a questionnaire as a way to collect data from WhatsApp Web users, the questionnaire consisted of 23 questions with two indicators of expectations and performance. The results of this study are that there is a good influence from Usability Quality and Services Interaction Quality on user satisfaction and another case with Information Quality which has no effect. The recommendation for users is that WhatsApp Web cannot be accessed via a browser on a PC or laptop, it is possible that there is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) application, this application must be deactivated first.

Abstract

Electronic equipment companies in Jakarta have used information technology (IT) for daily operational activities, the IT used is an application or Jubelio system to support the smooth running of the organization in supporting its business needs, with the help of this IT equipment it is hoped that it will improve its service both internally such as employees and management as well as external customers, namely. Because the system has been implemented for so long, an audit of the application is needed using the ITIL V3 standard. This standard is used to see the extent of IT's success in carrying out its functions and will also carry out a design review of additions to the Jubelio system. This service helps companies gain a better understanding of the need for additional features for applications, and the future challenges faced by users at the company. Of course, this all involves users within the organization in the design process. The final result of the Jubelio application audit is that the company received recommendations from researchers, namely improving IT services even better, showing that Service Catalog Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Information Security Management, and Supplier Management is at the current level of 1.43 to 2.75, from the expected level of 3.00 with a gap between 0.25 to 1.67.

Abstract

Human and computer interaction is a science that focused on system planning and design a system so that users can interact and collaborate according to the needs of the users themselves in the most effective way at every step of their work. The role of the user interface has a significant impact on the usability of an application or system. Heuristic evaluation (HE) is considered to be the best usability evaluation method compared to other methods because it can find serious problems that cannot be detected by other methods. Therefore, researchers will analyze the user interface on the Bukalapak website using the HE method. User Interface Analysis on the Website with the HE Method through the distribution of online questionnaires, from the results of distributing questionnaires online, it can be concluded that the website has shortcomings in terms of helping and documentation features to assist users in using the system. It is declared lacking because it has the lowest rcount (Total) value of 0.587 compared to other rcount. Suggestions for research on user satisfaction analysis using the HE method, authors convey suggestions that need to be improved in future research, namely it is necessary to conduct research on Bukalapak user satisfaction using the HE method in a wider scope.

Abstract

Limited access to information about Student Activity Unit (UKM) activities and achievements is often an obstacle for students, especially new students, to be actively involved in campus activities. This study aims to develop an UKM Information Application to provide an integrated platform that makes it easier for students at universities in North Jakarta to access UKM information. This application is designed using the Scrum method, with iterative stages that include user needs analysis, development of key features such as delivery of activity information, event notifications, and documentation of UKM achievements, and evaluation through sprint reviews. The use of this application is expected to increase information transparency, facilitate communication between members, and encourage student participation in UKM activities. The results of the study are in the form of a digital-based information application that can strengthen UKM management and communication effectively and efficiently, supporting the modernization of information systems in higher education.

Abstract

Manufacturing is an industry that using machinery in the production process. In this research the manufacturing is engaged in the production of the best quality pumps that used in oil palm plantations. Although this manufacture produces high quality products, but in the business process still there are several weaknesses, such as some of processes manually, systems still not integrated each other, overlapping position, etc. In this research, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) was chosen with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) which has eight phases with focus on the business architecture phase. The expected results of this research are to be proposed TOGAF model by aligning business strategy and IS/IT, also integrating all systems and stakeholders that support business activities to achieve business goals so it will more be optimal, effective and efficient in the operational.
