Abstract

Bagi para pengguna komputer baik individu maupun organisasi apalagi yang sehari-hari sering bekerja dan menyimpan data-data di dalam komputer, selalu harus waspada terhadap komputer yang tiba-tiba disaster atau karena kegagalan sistem. Jika tiba-tiba komputer yang digunakan disaster, akan menyebabkan data-data atau file yang berada di dalamnya hilang.Langkah backup sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencegah hilangnya data-data ketika komputer sedang disaster. Untuk melakukan backup data dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara seperti menggunakan cara online atau offline. Untuk cara offline dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi.Paper ini mengusulkan sebuah aplikasi untuk mengotomatisasi proses backup dan restore secara otomatisasi serta memastikan secara terus menerus data tersimpan dengan baik dan aman. Development dari aplikasi ini menggunakan SDLC Water Fall, yang terdiri dari requirement, analisa, design, coding, testing, implementasi dan maintenance. Dengan terbentuknya aplikasi backup dan restore, hasil penelitian berguna untuk membantu individu maupun organisasi terhindar oleh kegagalan sistem atau disaster lainnya, sehingga diharapkan dapat menekan biaya apabila terjadi kerusakan pada file ataupun data di komputer client maupun server. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu backup harus dilakukan secara berkala dan berkelanjutan agar supaya tidak kehilangan data atau informasi yang nantinya akan berdampak buat individu maupun organisasi, sehingga terhindar oleh kegagalan sistem atau disaster lainnya. Aplikasi backup dan restore secara otomatitasi telah dapat melakukan backup dengan baik, jika melakukan konfigurasi selama 1 menit, dengan file atau folder yang besar, maka akan dapat menghambat kinerja dari computer, karena backup yang dilakukan dengan cara full backup.

Abstract

Investment resources, time and cost in the implementation of information systems are not small, making measuring the success of information systems becomes very important to do. Meanwhile, the university as an educational institution today has been rampant to implement e-learning as an information system that provides added value for students. A University in North Jakarta has implemented e-learning integrated with information portal of students and lecturers since 2009. But until now has not been measured the success of the information system. So this research is done with one of the goals to measure the success of e-learning adopted by the University. In addition, this research would like to test the success model of DeLone and McLean's updated information system (2003) in the case of e-learning. The analysis was performed using SEM with the help of Lisrel 8.7 which tested 7 hypotheses. From this research found that DeLone and McLean model can not be used to explain the cause of success of e-learning system that its use is required, but need further research to get better level of generalization.

Abstract

More and more music school institutions are appearing in various places, there are also many offers that arise based on the excellence and uniqueness of each existing music school. Many school music business processes are primarily looking for as many students who are interested in music, there are also music schools whose main business is teaching techniques and how to play music as well as theories in music. Good marketing that is supported by teaching methods that are suitable for today's children, and the strengths of other music schools will be the customer's priority material and will register themselves as students if what is offered by the music course institution is in accordance with the level of customer interest. Management of a neat and organized music school, many achievements, many students, branches and partners make a Music School Institute a power for prospective customers. The application of SI / IT is needed in every field of the company including music schools. Therefore, this research is expected to provide input to companies to implement IS / IT in accordance with business processes. The results of this study are in the form of proposals for the formation of applications that will be applied in the company's business processes, both the main activities and supporting activities.

Abstract

Di era saat ini kebutuhan akan teknologi informasi atau sistem informasi menjadi suatu hal yang penting dalam semua aspek kehidupan. Kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat, relevan dan terpercaya menjadi hal yang pertama dan utama bagi para pengguna teknologi informasi termasuk untuk perusahaan. Oleh karena itu dukungan berupa teknologi informasi atau sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan di era serba otomatis saat ini terutama dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi dan perkembangan teknologi dunia yang menuntut semuanya serba cepat dan tepat. Keselarasan penerapan sistem informasi dengan kebutuhan perusahaan hanya mampu dijawab dengan memperhatikan faktor integrasi didalam pengembangannya. Perusahaan Jasa Pengiriman Barang merupakan usaha bisnis yang bergerak dibidang jasa angkutan darat. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pelayanannya, maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam proses bisnis perusahaan JPB. Salah satu faktor pendorong diperlukannya sistem informasi karena semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan dan aktivitas bisnis yang dijalankan. Enterprise Architecture digunakan untuk menentukan arsitektur dalam mendukung proses bisnis dan rencana disebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode TOGAF yang dimulai dari Preliminary Phase, Requirement Management, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solution dan Migration Planning. Harapan dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu usulan model TOGAF yang diselelaraskan dengan proses dan kebutuhan bisnis dari perusahaan JPB dalam merancang Enterprise Architecture.

Abstract

The study was conducted to measure the level of capability of the academic information system towards the achievement of the university’s vision and mission. The researcher examined the impact that occurred on the university regarding the level of capability of the academic information system. The focus of this study is about effectiveness, efficiency, functional information technology units in academic information systems, integrity, saveguarding assets, reliability, confidentiality, availability and security. The researcher conducts literature studies, interviews, distributing questionnaires, examines documents and analyzes the results of questionnaire dissemination and document checking to obtain actual values from the level of capability of academic information systems and factors that affect academic information systems. The researcher processes the statistical data in the form of validity and reliability tests. Researchers use the COBIT 5 framework on 1 domain, namely the Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) domain to conduct research on the capabilities of academic information systems. The results of the study are in the form of recommendations for solutions for improving the capabilities of academic information systems at universities.

Abstract

Today’s technology continues to grow rapidly because of the function of the technology itselfthat can help users manage a data faster. Thus the application of a system becomes a natural thing ifthe company wants to increase sales of products it has created. Manufacture Company is a companythat produces liquid fertilizer which is then sold to consumers. But in terms of recording the availabilityof goods as well as recording sales transactions are still done manually, it will eventually affect thecompany because of the increasing market demand. Therefore an inventory application system was builtto accommodate this. This application is designed with the main goal of making it easier for workersto record the availability of goods and sales transactions to be more systematic. This application willbe created using Visual Basic programming language and has a database server, MySQL. The methodused to design this application uses SDLC Extreme Programming. This application is expected to beable to simplify the process of recording an item, both material received from suppliers and the resultsof production, as well as produce a better sales report than previously done manually.

Abstract

PT. XYZ Gold merupakan jenis perusahaan yang berfokus pada bidang perdagangan dan importir produk tinta, kertas, serta ribbon printer cartridge dan sudah melakukan implementasi suatu tipe sistem aplikasi yang digunakan untuk kegiatan operasional perusahaan seperti penjualan, marketing, dan inventori perusahaan. Masalah yang pernah terjadi yaitu ketidaksamaan antara data yang satu dengan data yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi yang digunakan. Dalam artikel penulisan ini, penulis melakukan audit pada aplikasi JP Soft untuk mengetahui prosedur yang berjalan, apakah sudah sesuai dengan proses bisnis dan juga melihat akurasi data pada bagian transaksi dan inventori. Dan masalah yang ada salah satunya yaitu limit order konsumen di sistem aplikasi dimana para konsumen dibatasi pesanannya karena beberapa faktor yang sebenarnya belum terjadi limit. Penulis melakukan analisis dan memilih untuk menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam proses pengumpulan data yaitu dengan dilakukannya metode wawancara dan observasi langsung di bagian perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Pada penelitian ini, domain yang dipilih yaitu domain Deliver Service and Support (DSS) dengan berfokus pada IT Proses DSS01 dan DSS03. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, penulis menemukan bahwa pada IT Proses DSS01 berada pada nilai 1.8 dan DSS03 nilai rata-ratanya 2.2. Penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa dari hasil tingkat capability level ini yaitu PT. XYZ Gold masih harus banyak melakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan capability level yang ada karena masih cukup jauh dari expected level yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan ini.  PT. XYZ Gold is a company that focuses on trading and importing ink, paper, and ribbon printer cartridge products and has implemented a type of application system used for company operations such as sales, marketing, and inventory. The problem that ever happened is not matched between one data with data generated by the application used. In this writing article, the authors audit the JP Soft application to find out what procedures are running whether they are in accordance with the business process and also look at the accuracy of the data on the transaction and inventory sections. And the problem is one of them is the consumer's limit order in the application system where consumers are limited orders due to several factors that actually have not happened limit. The author analyzed and chose to use the COBIT 5 framework in this study. The method used by the author in the process of data collection is by interview and direct observation in the company concerned. In this study, the selected domain is Deliver Service and Support (DSS) domain by focusing on IT Processes DSS01 and DSS03. Based on this research, the authors found that in the IT Processes DSS01 is in the value of 1.8 and DSS03 the average value 2.2. The author concludes that from the level of capability level is PT. XYZ Gold still has a lot of improvements to improve the capability of the existing level because it is still quite far from expected levels expected by this company.

Abstract

PT.Dunia Saftindo adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bisnis ritel yang berlokasi di Superblock Mega Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. Perusahaan ini menjual berbagai alat kesehatan dan keselamatan seperti masker, tandu dan alat gas pemadam kebakaran. Masalah yang terjadi dalam organisasi adalah seringnya laporan gangguan kecil dari user ketika waktu kerja dan ada beberapa masalah yang tidak terlalu penting membuat departemen TI datang ke tempat untuk menyelesaikannya, dan sering kali serangan virus di seperti Denial Of Service (DOS) atau malware yang sering dikirim ke email perusahaan yang dapat mengganggu kinerja perusahaan. Sistem informasi audit dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan operasional dan mengelola masalah yang ada dengan mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model  kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1 dengan sub-domain PO9, AI3, AI4, DS5. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa rata-rata sub-domain memiliki level kematangan Defined Process, artinya PT Dunia Saftindo memiliki tingkat kemampuan yang baik. Namun perlunya perhatian khusus pada bagian securitas untuk meingkatkan mutu dari sistem keamanan karena banyak serangan yang dilakukan dari pihak luar yang dapat mengganggu sistem operasional perusahaan dan untuk pengembangan bisnis diharapkan perusahaan dapat mengembangkan dengan menggunakan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk meningkatkan mutu perusahaan serta mencegah terjadinya error untuk segala aktivitas operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Manufacturing company is a company engaged in the manufacture of household appliances such as plastic houseware, bushels food, rice bucket, and so forth. the company has implemented an application in running the business process of goods sales and goods (inventory). However, there is a problem in the application that is used to support the activity in the business process that is the discrepancy with the needs of users of the application and will be an assessment of the business process. Therefore, the authors take this topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the deficiencies that occur in the company, so the author can provide recommendations to the company about what should be improved. The research method used in this research is qualitative research and data obtained from the interview. In this study, the assessment of the business process Manufacturing company using COBIT 4.1 and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). This research focuses on PO3 (Determine Technological Direction) domains, PO4 (Communications Management Aims and Direction), PO8 (Manage Quality), and AI4 (Enable Operation and Use). From the research that has been done, the results show that this company has not reached the expected maturity level.

Abstract

A heart attack is a medical emergency. A heart attack usually occurs when a blood clot blocks the flow of blood to the heart. Cardiovascular disease is a variety of diseases that attack the body's cardiovascular system including the heart and blood vessels. Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) include angina, arrhythmia, heart attack, heart failure, atherosclerosis, stroke, and so on. To resolving (CVD) is to evaluate large scores of datasets, to compare for any information that can be used to forecast, to take care of organize. The method used Naïve Bayes classification because that method can determine target which can be used to answer some questions like whether the patient has the potential for heart disease. After data analyst, authors can use data to electronic health records (EHR).
