Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Ambassador, Company Image and Service Quality on Rental Interest in Bassura City Apartments on Travelio.com. The research design used is an explanative research design, the type of research is descriptive quantitative research using a questionnaire. The sample technique uses probability sampling (simple random sampling) with 100 respondents. The analysis used is the correlation test, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1) Celebrity Ambassador has a significant effect on Rental Interest and has the smallest effect; (2) Corporate Image has a significant effect on Apartment Rental Interest and has the greatest influence (3) Service Quality has a significant effect on Apartment Rental Interest and has a greater influence on the Celebrity Ambassador variable and less than the Corporate Image variable. The F test shows if the regression model is considered feasible to predict the independent variable on the dependent variable. The R test shows that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable of rental interest by 58.6%. Keywords: Celebrity Ambassador, Company Image, Service Quality, Rental Interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Lifestyle, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention Lemonilo Instant Noodle Products. The research design used is causality research design while the type of research used is quantitative research using questionnaires. The research population is all people who are interested in and or like healthy instant food in Jabodetabek, while the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis obtained are multiple linear regression analysis, partial analysis (t-test), regression model reliability analysis (f-test), correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that: (1) Lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention and had the greatest influence; (2) Celebrity Endorser has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention and has the least effect; (3) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention and has a greater influence than Celebrity Endorser and less than Lifestyle. Reliability analysis of the regression model (f-test) shows that the regression model is considered feasible in explaining the independent variables. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that Lifestyle, Celebrity Endorser, and Brand Awareness contribute 59.6% to Purchase intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test whether customer service , product variations , application of technology applications take effect partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Bank Mandiri KCP Jayapura Sentra Bisnis on Livin by Mandiri products using a sample of 96 people using the SPSS version 27 statistical test tool . Study this test : classical assumption test, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) . The results showed that customer service , application of technology applications, and product variations have a partial and simultaneous impact on customer satisfaction and the application of technology applications is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of book-tax difference, profitability, and firm size on earnings persistence. The data used in this study are LQ45 category companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This research is quantitative and used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 24 companies. The analysis used SPSS 25 by performing the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that probability has a positive influence on earnings persistence. In contrast, permanent and temporary differences as proxies for book-tax differences and firm size have no significant influence on earnings persistence.

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan yang telah go public penting untuk diketahui bahwa pergerakan sahamnya sekecil apapun, karena semakin meningkatnya return saham suatu perusahaan akan semakin menarik minat investor untuk menanamkan modalnya ke dalam perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi return saham, yang dapat dinilai dari kinerja keuangan, kebijakan dividen dan pertumbuhan aset. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari 6 sampel laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji asumsi klasik dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Analisis data menggunakan eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham ditunjukkan dengan tstatistik 2,675175 dan signifikan 0,0127 < 0,05, kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham ditunjukkan dengan tstatistik 0,210132 dan signifikan 0,8352 > 0 ,05, dan pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham ditunjukkan bt tstatistic 2,627618 dan signifikan 0,0142 < 0,05. pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), hasil secara simultan (uji f) Fstatistik > Ftabel atau 4,352762 > 2,99 dan 0,013011 < 0,05 menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, kebijakan dividen dan pertumbuhan aset atas pengembalian saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).

Abstract

With this intense competition in the culinary industry which forces various culinary companies to continue to improve the performance of their employees, including PT. Sederhana Abadanmitra. This study has purpose to identify and investigate further towards the factors which affecting the performance of Sederhana Restaurant employees that located in Bekasi area. These research objects were 3 restaurants of Sederhana which located in Bekasi such as Sederhana restaurant at Bekasi town Square, Sederhana Restaurant at Harapan Indah and Sederhana Restaurant at Caman with total respondents of 96 people who were employees of these three restaurants. SEM-PLS used as a tool in analyzed the data which capable to evaluated the outer and inner models. The results from this research shows 1) leadership style has insignificantly positive effect on employee performance 2) work environment has significantly positive effect on employee performance and 3) work motivation has significantly positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat luas khususnya warga binaan LAPAS Salemba Kelas IIA. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 6 dosen dan 3 mahasiswa dilaksanakan secara hybrid dimana 40 warga binaan, 1 dosen dan 3 mahasiwa secara offline berada di ruang serbaguna LAPAS, sedangkan 5 dosen secara online menggunakan zoom.  Harapan pelatihan ini memberikan pembekalan warga lapas jika sudah kembali kepada masyarakat dan tidak mengalami kesulitan untuk membuka usaha baru. Kepala LAPAS jugan mengharapkan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat berkelanjutan dengan warga binaan yang sama tetapi dengan materi yang berbeda sehingga warga binaan siap untuk kembali ke masyarkat dengan memiliki ketrampilan yang dapat bermafaat bagi dirinya sendiri secara khusus dan bagi masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development, work environment and compensation on the performance of PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia Bekasi employees. The free variables used are career development, work environment and compensation while the bound variables of this study are employee performance. This research method uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 71 respondents. The analysis technique used in the study is a regression test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variables of career development and work environment do not have a significant effect on employee performance , while the compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Study This aim For know influence net profit margins (NPM), return on assets (ROA) and debt to equity ratio (DER) to prices shares in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study consisted of property companies listed on the IDX on period 2017-2021. Determination of the research sample using the sampling method fed up. There are 35 property companies that meet the criteria. which method used is regression data panel with fixed effect. Results study shows that NPM has a significant negative effect to stock price on company property Which registered in IDX. ROA influential positive significant to the price of shares in property companies listed on the IDX Whereas DER No influential significant to price share on company property registered in IDX.

Abstract

Huge competition in the bottled water industry drives the companies to choose the right strategy to apply. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the role of quality of product, price as well as promotion in increasing purchase decision for Pocari Sweat products. Quantitative descriptive has been chosen as research method. Research population was gathered from those consumers who have drink up Pocari Sweat through nonprobability sampling as Sampling method used which obtained 75 respondents. The data was earned from questionnaires results which then proceeded by multiple linear regression analysis as Technical analysis with the assist from SPSS statistics version 26.0 for windows program. And it is found that (1) product quality has no meaning in affecting purchase decision (2) price has significantly positive in affecting purchase decision (3) promotion has significantly positive in Influencing purchasing decision.
