Abstract

Manuscript Wa'asyiruhunna bil Ma'ruf contains advices to husband and wife in a household. This advices manuscript has a Nadhom form with an Arabic format of poem. The uniqueness of this manuscript is that it contains a gender construction in dividing the role of husband and wife in Islamic view at the year 1956, the time when this manuscript had been written. This can be a solution for patriarchal culture's view that tends to have a subordinate and oppressive attitude towards women. One impact from this attitude is the emergence of feminisms and the issue of gender equity. This manuscript will indirectly reveal some views on feminisms, whether the gender construction described is considered fair or not. The scope of gender construction discussed in this manuscript is departing from the bond of husband and wife in the household. Through qualitative, descriptive and analytical research method for this text, it is hoped that an Islamic concept of gender equity will be formed, an understanding of women's rights can be a consideration in the formation of a happy and harmonious family and his relation to feminisms.

Abstract

The entry of Islam in Sundanese area also influenced the written tradition that was present before. One of the results of cultural acculturation is the ancient manuscript Babad Awak Salira (BAS), which contains Islamic teaching values. The BAS manuscript is idenfied into the category of the Sundanese manuscript of the Pesantren literature. The teachings of adab or morals contained in the BAS text relate to the characteristics of a woman, the role of a wife, and the position of a wife in Islamic view. The author chooses to use an Islamic perspective, because the relationship between the discussion in the value of the content is analyzed with the wife's recommendation in Islamic teachings, as well as the relevance of the value of the content to the conditions of Islamic teachings that enter and affect the written tradition. The results showed the same correlation between the content values ​​contained in the BAS text, and the content values ​​in Islamic teachings. In other findings, the BAS text contains high language, because the form of the text is a wawacan (poetry), however, the aesthetic value of past poetry forms does not hinder the delivery of the content value in the text. === Masuknya Islam di Tatar Sunda turut memengaruhi tradisi tulis yang hadir sebelumnya. Salah satu hasil akulturasi budaya adalah naskah kuna Babad Awak Salira (BAS), yang mengandung nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Naskah BAS teridentifikasi masuk ke dalam kategori naskah Sunda pustaka pesantren. Ajaran adab atau akhlak yang terkandung di dalam teks BAS berkaitan dengan ciri wanita salihah, peran seorang istri, dan kedudukan seorang istri dalam pandangan Islam. Penulis memilih menggunakan pandangan Islam, karena keterkaitan pembahasan dalam nilai kandungan dianalisis dengan anjuran istri dalam ajaran Islam, serta relevansi nilai kandungan dengan kondisi ajaran Islam yang masuk dan berpengaruh pada tradisi tulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi yang sama antara nilai kandungan yang terdapat di dalam teks BAS, dengan nilai-nilai kandungan dalam ajaran Islam. Dalam temuan lain, teks BAS mengandung bahasa yang tinggi, karena bentuk teks merupakan sebuah wawacan (puisi). Meskipun demikian, keterikatan nilai estetis terhadap bentuk puisi masa lalu tidak menghambat penyampaian nilai kandungan dalam teks.

Abstract

Eggs are a perishable livestock product. Therefore, eggs are often preserved by processing them into salted eggs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brick level with curing duration which had the best effect on weight loss and organoleptic salted duck eggs. This research was conducted in February 2023 in Kampung Cikendi Rt/Rw 001/004 Sukawangi Village, Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency. This study used the RAL method with 6 treatments and 3 replications until there is 18 experimental units. The treatment in this study were: P1 = 2 parts of bricks: 1 part of salt with 7 days curing, P2 = 2 parts of bricks : 1 part of salt with 14 days of curing, P3 = 2.5 parts of bricks : 1 part of salt with curing 7 days, P4 = 2.5 parts of brick : 1 part of salt with 14 days of curing, P5 = 3 parts of brick : 1 part of salt with 7 days of curing, P6 = 3 parts of stone : 1 part of salt with 14 days of curing. The variables observed in this study were: weight loss, color, aroma, taste. The results salted duck eggs showed that brick level with curing time had an effect on weight loss and organoleptic salted duck eggs. Brick level a ratio of 2.5 parts of brick : 1 part of salt and curing time of 14 days gave the best effect.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the local folklore "Budak Pahatu" using an ethnolinguistic approach as reading material for 9th-grade students (Phase D) at SMP Yayasan Atikan Sunda Bandung. The background of this research is based on the low reading interest of students towards folklore and the lack of integration of local culture in Indonesian language learning. The ethnolinguistic approach was chosen because it can reveal the relationship between language and culture reflected in the folklore text. The method used is descriptive qualitative with content analysis techniques on the "Budak Pahatu" text. The analysis focuses on semantic aspects, including vocabulary, lexical and cultural meanings, and Sundanese etiquette values contained in the story. The results show that the "Budak Pahatu" story is rich in local cultural elements that can strengthen students' understanding of language and character. This story also contains educational values such as hard work, patience, and respect for parents, which are relevant to be included in teaching materials. Thus, the results of this study can be adapted into reading materials that not only improve literacy skills but also introduce local wisdom to students in a contextual manner.

Abstract

This study aims to map trends and innovations in creative writing over the past decade through a systematic literature review approach enriched with bibliometric analysis. Data were obtained from 41 international publications analyzed using the Publish or Perish and VOSviewer software, providing a comprehensive overview of publication patterns, dominant keywords, and researcher collaboration networks. The findings reveal a significant increase in the number of publications on digital-based creative writing from 2010 to 2025, with major themes including creative writing, creativity, digital storytelling, pedagogy, and the integration of artificial intelligence. Keyword analysis indicates the presence of diverse research clusters, although most remain fragmented and not fully interconnected, thus offering opportunities for further exploration of less addressed topics such as digital literary genres or assessment among peers. In addition, author mapping shows the dominance of several key figures, although cross-country collaboration is still relatively limited. These findings highlight a paradigm shift in creative writing from conventional models to digital and collaborative approaches supported by technology, as well as the importance of developing new pedagogical strategies relevant to 21st-century literacy needs. Therefore, this research makes a significant contribution to the development of creative writing studies in the global and digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas penerapan model problem-based learning yang didukung oleh media dart board dalam pembelajaran menulis teks anekdot untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik di SMA Negeri  Padalarang. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi meliputi rendahnya minat menulis, kesulitan menghasilkan ide dalam menulis teks anekdot, serta keterbatasan pemahaman struktur teks anekdot pada peserta didik. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan mixed-method dengan desain konvergen. Data diperoleh melalui tes menulis, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik yang mendapatkan perlakuan melalui integrasi problem-based learning dengan media dart board memperoleh peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan menulis teks anekdot dan berpikir kreatif dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan media interaktif seperti dart board dapat meningkatkan minat menulis teks anekdot, membantu peserta didik mendapatkan ide dalam menulis, serta membantu peserta didik dalam memahami struktur teks anekdot. Selain itu, peserta didik juga memberikan respons positif dalam pembelajaran menulis menggunakan model problem-based learning dengan media dart board. Penelitian lanjutan dapat melibatkan populasi yang lebih luas serta faktor lain seperti berpikir kritis dan konteks pembelajaran baru untuk memverifikasi konsistensi serta relevansi temuan studi ini. Selain itu, analisis bisa lebih diperluas dengan mewawancarai lebih banyak peserta didik.
