Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency? (2) What are the obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency? (3) What are the efforts to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency? This study aims to analyze descriptively (1) The implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with qualitative research design, while the technical data analysis, namely Data reduction, Data display, Triangulation and conclusion. The results of the study inform that (1) The implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency as a whole has not been carried out properly. This is due to 4 dimensions, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, which have been implemented well, namely communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure. While what has not been implemented well is resources. (2) Obstacles in implementing the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency, namely the less than optimal competence of staff in operating SISDMK and the unavailability of sufficient and sustainable budget from the Health Center for the implementation of SISDMK.

Abstract

The selection of appropriate statistical test tools is a major challenge in quantitative research, and errors in their selection can affect the validity and reliability of research results. This study aims to develop a systematic strategy for selecting appropriate statistical test tools based on the type of data and hypotheses used, and provide practical guidance for researchers of various skill levels. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through literature studies and case studies on various quantitative studies. The selected test tools were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify the match with the data characteristics. The results showed that the selection of appropriate test tools improved the accuracy and efficiency of statistical analyses, and the strategy applied helped make it easier for researchers to determine the appropriate statistical test tools through clear groupings based on data types and hypotheses. The implication of this research is the importance of in-depth understanding of the basic assumptions of test tools as well as the application of this strategy to improve the quality and credibility of quantitative research in various disciplines.

Abstract

Ciherang Village is one of the villages in Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency that implements an information technology-based financial management system, namely Siskeudes. The Siskeudes application itself is a tool intended for the Village Government in Village Financial Management starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability stages in a computerized manner. The purpose of using this Siskeudes application system is to improve the quality of accountability in village financial management. This is in accordance with what is stated in the law regarding financial management which contains various activities starting from planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability. This type of research is an explanatory survey. The selection of this method is based on the consideration that this method not only explains or describes empirical facts in the field, but will also explain the analysis of influence. The method is a research method that highlights the relationship or influence between research variables by testing previously formulated hypotheses. The location of the research is in Ciherang Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency. The population of this study is village officials who are members of the village government headed by a village head using census techniques. Based on the description of the research results and discussions that have been carried out, the researcher can conclude that the financial management system in the Ciherang Village Government is considered quite good. This can be seen from the implementation of management that is in accordance with existing regulations, although it still needs to be improved, especially in terms of community participation and discipline applied to village officials in the Ciherang Village Government.

Abstract

Baznas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan zakat. Namun, capaian Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) masih rendah, khususnya di tingkat Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) Kecamatan dan Desa. Indikasi masalahnya meliputi etos kerja yang rendah, kurangnya inovasi dalam program pengumpulan zakat, dan kurangnya tanggung jawab pengelolaan dana. Selain itu, masalah kompensasi juga teridentifikasi, seperti sistem penggajian yang belum transparan dan kurangnya insentif bagi pegawai berprestasi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survei dan analisis deskriptif untuk mengkaji pengaruh etos kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, regresi linier ganda, koefisien korelasi ganda, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja dan kompensasi di Baznas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya tergolong sangat tinggi dan sangat sesuai. Kinerja pegawai juga termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Kesimpulannya, etos kerja dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kinerja pegawai Baznas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Kabupaten Ciamis, mengingat peran krusial LKP dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM. Urgensi penelitian ini muncul dari disparitas antara standar kompetensi yang diharapkan dengan kemampuan aktual, serta tantangan rendahnya motivasi kerja, yang berdampak pada kualitas lulusan LKP. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survei deskriptif untuk menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan meliputi koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t, regresi linier ganda, koefisien korelasi ganda, dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja tenaga pendidik serta kependidikan di LKP Kabupaten Ciamis seluruhnya berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Secara spesifik, temuan menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (2) motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan (3) kompetensi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kompetensi serta motivasi untuk mengoptimalkan kontribusi LKP di Kabupaten Ciamis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of Customer Value and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty among consumers of Soya Drink Ciamis. The research focuses on understanding how perceived value and experiential factors contribute individually and jointly to fostering long-term customer commitment toward a local beverage brand. Research Method: The study adopts a descriptive quantitative approach with an incidental sampling method, involving 94 respondents selected from a population of 1,498 customers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple and multiple correlations, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. Results and Discussion: The results reveal that both Customer Value and Customer Experience have a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. Emotional and price value dimensions were rated as the highest in terms of customer value, while sensory and relational aspects dominated the overall customer experience. Although overall loyalty was intense, improvements are needed in habitual consumption and emotional attachment. The simultaneous effect of both variables shows a more substantial influence, confirming their synergistic role in shaping loyalty behavior. Implications: The study highlights that enhancing perceived customer value and optimizing customer experience are key strategies for strengthening loyalty. Managers should focus on emotional, social, and performance-based factors to build sustainable customer relationships.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Tjiwulan Putra Mandiri. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada pemahaman bagaimana kedua faktor psikologis tersebut berperan dalam menentukan kecenderungan karyawan untuk bertahan atau meninggalkan perusahaan. Metode Penelitian: Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 147 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi dan uji signifikansi parsial (t-test) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 27.0. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini memberikan kontribusi sebesar 36% terhadap turnover intention, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi stres kerja, semakin besar niat keluar karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat menurunkan intensi tersebut. Implikasi: Perusahaan perlu mengelola beban kerja agar tidak menimbulkan stres berlebihan serta meningkatkan kebijakan yang mendukung kepuasan kerja, khususnya melalui kompensasi yang adil dan peluang pengembangan karier, guna menekan turnover intention dan menjaga kualitas sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya organizational chitizenship behavior pada Pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Baregbeg yang dapat dilihat dari kurangnya inisiatif dan partisipasi aktif pegawai untuk membantu rekan kerja yang berhalangan serta mengalami kesulitan dalam bekerja sehingga berdampak pada kurang optimalnya pencapaian target pekerjaan. Hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh belum optimalnya motivasi dan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Baregbeg. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational chitizenship behavior pada Pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Baregbeg. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mencakup regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi dan determinasi dan uji hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational chitizenship behavior pada Pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Baregbeg. Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi dan kepuasan kerja maka organizational chitizenship behavior akan meningkat.

Abstract

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the production of blacksmith craftsmen in the Dokdak Village has decreased. This decline occurred due to the weakness of the marketing system and the lack of public knowledge about the values of local wisdom. To empower local wisdom, especially the production of blacksmiths, community service was carried out with the aim of creating a modern marketing system and increasing public understanding. In achieving this goal, the P3 (Planning, Training, and Assistance) method was carried out, in three stages. The first stage of planning begins with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The second stage of implementation was a survey of the community around the service locus, by meeting local community leaders. The third stage is mentoring activities on strengthening local wisdom values. The locus of service was carried out in Dokdak Village, Baregbeg Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency. Participants in the dedication activity consisted of 30 blacksmiths. The results of the training and mentoring evaluation showed that the response of the training participants regarding historical and cultural understanding increased from 42.3% to 84.6%. Then the understanding of the importance of local wisdom values also increased from 34.6% to 76.9%. Furthermore, participants had knowledge related to how to establish business partners, one of which was with local BUMDES (Village Owned Enterprises). The results of online marketing training and assistance had been successfully carried out, namely by registering a blacksmith business group in the Shopee marketplace. This training and mentoring activity was expected to be useful for participants in the Dokdak Village environment, especially in improving welfare/the economy.
