Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Gorontalo dalam meningkatkan daya saing madrasah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan pengecekan keabsahan melalui perpanjangan pengamatan serta triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Idealized Influence tercermin dari keteladanan nilai, etika, dan integritas melalui program Al-Kahfi Time yang membentuk budaya spiritual; (2) Inspirational Motivationdiwujudkan melalui pembangunan visi, pelatihan pemberdayaan guru, dan penguatan budaya berprestasi siswa; (3) Intellectual Stimulation terlihat pada dorongan inovasi, pemikiran kritis, dan kurikulum berbasis riset dalam lingkungan yang kreatif; (4) Individualized Consideration ditunjukkan dengan perhatian personal melalui program Asesmen Kompetensi Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (AKGTK), yang mendukung pengembangan potensi individu. Kepemimpinan ini terbukti mendorong kemajuan madrasah secara holistik.

Abstract

Job or work-related stress is a response that a person may have when faced with demands and work pressures that are not their knowledge and ability to be able to handle it. The purpose of this study is to find out how the stress management of nurses at RSUD dr. M.M Dunda Limboto. This research method is quantitative research with a descriptive analysis research design. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire sheets with a population of 73 respondents. The number of respondents was taken using purposive sampling techniques. The data was obtained by statistically using frequency distribution. The results of nurses' work stress management with an individual approach with sufficient category 60.3%, organizational approach sufficient category 57.5%, and social approach sufficient category 50.7%. It is suggested that this study is expected to add references to health services on how stress management in nurses.

Abstract

Academic supervision in madrasahs is still commonly conducted through conventional mechanisms, limiting its capacity to provide effective, rapid, systematic, and sustainable feedback for improving teacher professionalism. This study aims to develop a Canva digital platform-based supervision model to improve the effectiveness of teacher coaching and learning quality in madrasahs and schools under the As Sunnah Foundation in Gorontalo Regency, covering needs analysis, model design, implementation, and its impact on teachers’ professional competence. This study was conducted at the As Sunnah Foundation in Gorontalo using a qualitative Research and Development (R&D) design based on the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Canva Web-based supervision improves the effectiveness and efficiency of academic supervision through easier access, flexible communication, digital documentation, and strengthened learning reflection. The use of Canva also positively affects teachers’ professional competence, openness to feedback, lesson planning quality, use of learning media, and classroom management. In addition, digital supervision helps madrasah principals reduce administrative burdens and support data-driven decision-making. The study concludes that Canva Web-based academic supervision offers a practical digital transformation model for strengthening teacher coaching and improving learning quality in Islamic educational institutions. These findings contribute to educational supervision literature by demonstrating the potential of accessible digital platforms to support systematic, reflective, and data-informed professional development.

Abstract

Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for Basic Education serve as an important benchmark for assessing the quality of educational services at the school level. However, their implementation continues to face challenges, particularly in infrastructure provision, school management, and learning effectiveness. This study aims to evaluate the fulfilment of the Minimum Service Standards for Basic Education at SDIT Az-Zahra, Gorontalo City, using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model. A quantitative descriptive approach supported by qualitative data was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, and were analyzed using descriptive percentage analysis to determine the achievement level of each evaluation component. The findings show that the fulfilment of SPM at SDIT Az-Zahra, Gorontalo City was generally categorized as sufficiently fulfilled, with an average achievement score of 74.91%. The context and input components each obtained 73.19%, the process component reached 73.75%, and the product component achieved the highest score at 79.51%. These results indicate that the school has demonstrated commitment to meeting SPM through data-driven planning, adequate learning implementation, and relatively high levels of learning outcomes and parental satisfaction. Nevertheless, several obstacles remain, particularly in infrastructure adequacy, School-Based Management implementation, academic supervision, and staff optimization. The study concludes that SPM implementation at SDIT Az-Zahra has been relatively successful but still requires systematic strengthening in management, educational resources, and learning service quality. This study contributes to educational quality evaluation by demonstrating the usefulness of the CIPP model in identifying school-level strengths and improvement priorities, with practical implications for data-driven planning, academic supervision, infrastructure improvement, and stakeholder engagement in the continuous enhancement of basic education services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of this study is based on the low motivation of students in science learning, especially on the topic of light and its properties. This study aims to develop monopoly learning media to improve the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN 16 Limboto Barat. This is because the learning tends to be conventional and does not use interesting learning media. This study used the method Research And Development (R&D) with a 4D model covering the stages define, design, develop, and disseminate, with research subjects on fifth grade students of SDN 16 Limboto Barat totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, learning motivation questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and validation by material, media, language, and learning design experts. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that monopoly media can increase student learning motivation gradually. This can be seen from the increase in student activity in class, student interest in learning and an increase in the desire to express opinions and obtain high learning outcomes. Thus, the development and application of monopoly media can increase learning motivation in fifth grade students of SDN 16 Limboto Barat and can be used as a suitable medium for use in the learning process. ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada Pembelajaran IPA khususnya pada materi Cahaya dan sifatnya di kelas V SDN 16 Limboto Barat masih menunjukkan rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran monopoli untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN 16 Limboto Barat. Hal ini karena pembelajaran yang masih cenderung konvensional dan dan belum menggunakan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate, dengan subjek penelitian pada siswa kelas V SDN 16 Limboto Barat yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket motivasi belajar, angket respon siswa, serta validasi oleh ahli materi, media, Bahasa, dan desain pembelajaran. pada analisis data dilakukan dengan kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media monopoli dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa secara bertahap. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan keaktifan siswa di kelas, minat siswa dalam pembelajaran dan peningkatan pada keinginan menyampaikan pendapat serta memperoleh hasil belajar yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, pengembangan dan penerapan media monopoli dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas V SDN 16 Limboto Barat dan dapat dijadikan sebagai media yang layak digunakan pada proses pembelajaran.
