Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai Klinik Utama di Kota Pontianak. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi purposive random sampling untuk menentukan sampel sebanyak 100 orang dari 127 orang sebagai populasi pada 4 (empat) Klinik Utama di Kota Pontianak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 45,30%. Selain itu, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan melalui disiplin kerja berdampak sebesar 34,90% pada kinerja pegawai. Didasari hasil penelitian mengindikasi peluang faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti dapat berpengruh terhadap disiplin kerja maupun kinerja pegawai, diantaranya kemampuan, motivasi, kesempatan, insentif, kompensasi, reward, penghargaan, ataupun punishment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance before and after BLUD based on the economic ratio value formula, efficiency and effectiveness of budget realization at UPTD Public Health Center Sukawarna. The research method used is the measurement of financial performance using economic, efficiency and effectiveness ratios. Data collection was conducted through interviews and a review of financial statement documents. The results of the analysis show that the economic ratio value at UPTD Public Health Center Sukawarna in 2020 (before BLUD), 2021 (BLUD transition period) and 2022 (after BLUD) is economical because it has an average economic ratio below 100%. The UPTD Public Health Center Sukawarna efficiency ratio value, it is inefficient because in 2022 (after BLUD) the efficiency ratio is inefficient or above 100%. The value of the UPTD Public Health Center Sukawarna effectiveness ratio is ineffective because in 2021 (BLUD transition period) and 2022 (after BLUD) the efficiency ratio is inefficient or below 100%. It is recommended that UPTD Public Health Center Sukawarna and UPTD Public Health Center Sukawarna maintain financial performance that has achieved good indicators in economic ratios and increase efficiency and effectiveness values by innovating, managing revenue, and prioritizing needs.

Abstract

Health services are an important part of the government's efforts to fulfill people's rights to health. At RSU Rama Hadi Purwakarta, patient complaints arose related to late visitations, lack of communication, and uncertain service schedules, which reflected problems in the competence and commitment of medical personnel. This has a direct effect on patient satisfaction and trust in health care institutions. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and commitment of medical personnel on patient satisfaction and its impact on patient trust in the Outpatient Installation of Rama Hadi Purwakarta Hospital. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 172 outpatients. The independent variable is the competence and commitment of medical personnel, the mediating variable is patient satisfaction, and the dependent variable is patient trust. Data analysis was carried out using the path analysis method to measure the relationship between variables. The results showed that the competence of medical personnel had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction (? = 0.193; p = 0.003), while the commitment of medical personnel had the strongest influence (? = 0.464; p = 0.000). Patient satisfaction also significantly affected patient confidence (? = 0.296; p = 0.000). Competency (? = 0.179; p = 0.001) and commitment (? = 0.250; p = 0.000) had a direct effect on patient confidence. Indirectly, competence and commitment affect trust through satisfaction. This study suggests increasing the competence and commitment of medical personnel as a strategy to increase patient satisfaction and trust.

Abstract

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut adalah bagian penting dari kesehatan umum, namun karies gigi anak masih tinggi di daerah kurang terjangkau seperti Lebak, Indonesia. Data awal Puskesmas Cihara (2023) menunjukkan prevalensi karies 65,69% pada siswa SDN Pondok Panjang, yang belum pernah mendapat edukasi kesehatan gigi. Menilai efektivitas kombinasi media video dan permainan ular tangga dalam meningkatkan praktik menyikat gigi dan indeks PHP pada siswa SD. Desain kuasi-eksperimen pretest-posttest dengan 82 partisipan (41 intervensi, 41 kontrol). Kelompok intervensi mendapat edukasi melalui video dan permainan ular tangga, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat. Kelompok intervensi mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,000), praktik (p=0,000), dan indeks PHP (p=0,000), meskipun skor N-Gain menunjukkan efektivitas terbatas. Faktor perancu meliputi usia dan kebiasaan menyikat gigi. Pendekatan kombinasi media direkomendasikan untuk program kesehatan gigi di sekolah, namun penelitian selanjutnya perlu mengeksplorasi media interaktif (misalnya AR), desain longitudinal, dan faktor sosioekonomi untuk meningkatkan dampak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the need for health workers at the Cisayong Health Center, Tasikmalaya Regency based on workload using the Workload Indicator Staffing Need technique. The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate standard flexibility, standard workload estimation, and the determination of time and medical record staff units at the Cisayong Health Center UPTD. With the help of NVIVO analysis software, To describe the actual situation, This research methodology uses a qualitative approach. Primary and secondary data are used in this study. along with observations of all events and related papers related to the subject matter. The conclusion of the study shows that working hours have been calculated appropriately to ensure that medical record staff have access to the maximum amount of time needed to work. Consideration of the workload in each unit as well as human resource needs has been made to optimize the distribution of health workers. Based on calculations using the WISN method, Validation of workload standards ensures that these calculations are realistic and can be applied in the field. The time allocated for these various activities does not interfere with the availability of effective working time for medical record staff. Calculations using the method provide more accurate and objective results, so that the UPTD Cisayong Health Center can manage human resources more effectively. Abstract

Kualitas layanan merupakan salah satu faktor krusial dalam industri jasa yang dapat menentukan tingkat kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam konteks apotek, kualitas layanan mencakup berbagai dimensi, seperti Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Assurance, yang semuanya berkontribusi dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan implikasinya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Apotek Safira, Provinsi Papua Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Penilaian terhadap kualitas layanan dilakukan berdasarkan lima dimensi: Tangible, Emphaty, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Assurance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pada dimensi Emphaty, Responsiveness, dan Assurance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sementara Tangible dan Reliability tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor 4,05. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan pada semua dimensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, di mana kepuasan pelanggan menjadi variabel mediasi yang kuat. Koefisien korelasi menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan (0,906), serta antara kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (0,690). Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan di Apotek Safira dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya dapat memperkuat posisi apotek dalam industri farmasi di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Insentif adalah setiap kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan diluar upah dan gaji yang diterimanya karena karyawan bekerjadengan lebih baik. Pemberian insentif yang tepat dapat memberikan kesejahteran dan motivasi kerja bagi karyawan karena karyawan merasa dihargai sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kinerja mereka.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Efektivitas pemberian insentifterhadap kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai militer Rumah Sakit Angkatan Laut Dr. Soedibjo Sardadi Jayapura sebanyak 85 orang. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sejumlah 85 responden, ditentukan dengan total sampling. Variabel bebas adalah insentif. Variabel terikat adalah kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan Uji F dan Uji t. Berdasarkan analisis Uji t nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 mengindikasikan bahwa H1 diterima. Artinya bahwa pemberian insentif efektif terhadap peningkatan kesejaaheraan pegawai. Nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05mengindikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Hasil ini mempunyai arti bahwa pemberian insentif terhadap peningkatanmotivasi kerja maka hipotesis kedua diterima. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi P value 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari α = 0,05, ini berarti model yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah layak. Hasil ini memberikan makna bahwa variabel independenmampu memprediksi atau menjelaskan fenomena kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Tidak dapat disangkal bahwa pemberian insentif memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pegawai dan motivasi kerja mereka. Melalui strategiinsentif yang tepat, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi, produktif, dan berorientasi pada prestasi.

Abstract

Disaster logistics management is an effort to arrange logistics raw materials in the implementation of disaster management, which consists of planning, procurement, storage, distribution, transportation, and receiving. Cianjur Hospital is one of the health facilities affected by the Cianjur earthquake; due to the earthquake, almost all parts of the hospital were damaged, so some health services were carried out in emergency tents. The purpose of this study was to obtain an analysis of the disaster logistics management system at RSUD Cianjur. The design used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were 5 employees of Cianjur Hospital. Data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews, document studies, and observations. Analysis data processing uses data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the disaster logistics management system at Cianjur Hospital had appropriate planning, but there was little difficulty meeting needs. At the time of procurement and/or receipt, there is a discrepancy in needs and an unclear identity of the sender. There are two logistics warehouses, namely inside the building and in the emergency tent, but the warehouse security in the emergency tent is less safe and the place is inadequate. In distribution, there is speed, accuracy, and the amount of distribution that is sometimes not right. It is recommended that hospitals optimize the performance of each human resource as well as write SOPs regarding disaster logistics management systems.

Abstract

Low performance of healthcare workers can reduce the quality of hospital services. The aim of this study is to provide an overview about effect of workload, work stress, and job satisfaction to healthcare workers, and how these factors affect their performance, particularly among nurses and midwives in the inpatient unit of Palmatak Regional Public Hospital (RSUD Palmatak), Anambas Islands, Riau Islands. This is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional data collection approach conducted from June to July 2025. The study sample consisted of 30 respondents with independent variables were workload, work stress, and job satisfaction, while the dependent variable was the performance of healthcare workers. The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate (Chi-Square), and multivariate (Logistic Regression) analyses.The results showed that In the inpatient ward of RSUD Palmatak, low workload was reported in 66.7% of respondents, low job stress in 73.3%, high job satisfaction in 76.6%, and good performance in 70%. Bivariate analysis revealed a significant influence of workload, job stress, and job satisfaction on healthcare worker performance (p < 0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated that job satisfaction was the most influential factor affecting healthcare worker performance.

Abstract

Background: Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) are common occupational injuries affecting muscles, joints, and the skeletal system. Effective management requires both individual and workplace support. Physical activity, therapy compliance, job control, and job demand are key factors influencing ergonomic posture and pain management outcomes. This study examined the effects of physical activity, massage therapy compliance, job control, and job demand on ergonomic posture of office workers in PT. X’s musculoskeletal pain management program. Methods: Quantitative and cross-sectional research using proportional random sampling, data from 100 office workers of PT X were analyzed with multiple linear regression (T-test and F-test) via SPSS. The ergonomic posture was evaluated through Rapid Assessment Office Strain (ROSA). Results: All variables significantly affected ergonomic posture (F = 227.621, p < 0.001). Massage therapy compliance contributed the most (40.2%), followed by physical activity (33.1%), job demand (9.2%), and job control (8.1%). Conclusion: Physical activity and therapy compliance had the strongest positive effects on ergonomic attitudes, emphasizing their role in improving musculoskeletal pain management at PT. X. It is recommended that workplace programmes prioritise efforts to increase physical activity and therapy compliance, as these two factors have the strongest positive influence on ergonomic attitudes and musculoskeletal pain management.
