Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of training program on the employee achievement at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar Region I 2019-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research subjects in this study were 40 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 16. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the composition of shares that can be formed into an optimal portfolio of IDX High Dividend 20 shares listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2022 using the single index model. (2) Knowing the proportion of funds that must be invested in each of the IDX High Dividend 20 shares listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period which forms a portfolio. (3) Knowing the amount of return and risk from the optimal IDX High Dividend 20 portfolio recorded on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2022 using the single index model. The sample of this research is 29 company shares selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation. Data analysis technique uses a single index model.The results of this study indicate that there are 12 company shares included in the optimal portfolio, namely ADRO of 11.9%, BBCA of 8.7%, BBRI of 2.5%, BMRI of 13.1%, LPPF of 3.5%, ITMG of 11.3%, PTBA of 0.6% , TOWR 0.5%, DMAS 2.2%, ANTM 14.5%, HEXA 25.3%, and MPMX 5.9%. The expected return that investors get from the optimal portfolio formed is 0.0279 or 2.79% per month. The portfolio risk borne by the investor on investment from the optimal portfolio is (portfolio variance of 0.0144 or 1.44% and a standard deviation of 0.12 or 12% per month.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, the subjects in this study were 51 employees working at PT Hadji Kalla Urip Sumoharjo Branch. This research is included in quantitative research and quantitative analysis to test the research hypothesis using the IMB SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of -3.055 where <t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. The results of the study show that compensation has no significant effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the t value of 0.615 < t table (2.00958) and a significance value of 0.541 > 0.05. The results of the study show that job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 11.859 > 3.19 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk. The data used is secondary data and uses data collection methods, namely documentation techniques. The data used in this study is the financial report data of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk which is reported to Bank Indonesia and has been published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is concluded that CAMEL is an analysis of the soundness of a bank using the CAR ratio on capital, the KAP ratio on Asset Quality, the NPM ratio on Management, the ROA and BOPO ratios on Profitability, and the LDR ratio on Liquidity. From the results of research on financial performance and its relation to financial ratios using the CAMEL method, then it can be said that during the last four years (2017-2020) which shows that the financial performance achieved by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk, is in the healthy category.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work discipline and cooperation on employee performance and the role of the work environment as a mediating variable in employees of the Gowa Regency Regional Revenue Unit Samsat. Using a quantitative approach with an associative design, data were collected through questionnaires to 46 respondents and analyzed using SEM-PLS to assess the validity, reliability, and structural relationships between variables. The results of the study show that work discipline and cooperation have a positive effect on the work environment, as well as have a significant direct influence on employee performance. The work environment has also been shown to have a positive effect on performance and mediates the relationship between work discipline and cooperation and performance. These findings confirm that employee performance improves optimally when discipline and cooperation are supported by a conducive work environment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial influence of firm size, firm value, and systematic risk on stock returns of companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020 –2024 period. The research employs a quantitative approach and utilizes documentation methods. The population of this study consists of all property and Real estate sector companies within the 2020 –2024 period, The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria, resulting in 14 companies. Panel data regression analysis was conducted using the Economic Views (EViews) version 12 software. The findings of the study reveal that, Firm size has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of property and real estate sector companies during the 2020–2024 period. Furthermore, firm value (PBV) is shown to have a positive and significant effect on stock returns, and systematic risk (Beta) likewise exerts a positive and significant influence on stock Returns within the same period.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Commitment in the Organization through Employee Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style on employee commitment in the organization with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The population in this study is all employees of PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero) Makassar City which is 132 people, so the sampling technique used is the census method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment in the organization. In addition, leadership style has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment in the organization. Furthermore, the results of the testing of the intervening variables showed that employee job satisfaction was significantly able to mediate the influence of leadership style on employee commitment in the organization.
