Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a central role in shaping students' personality and morals. This study aims to formulate effective strategies in fostering students' personality and morals through Islamic education. The research methods used are literature analysis and case studies. In this study, the method used is a qualitative approach. The population of this study was addressed to Islamic Religious Education Teachers (GPAI) in shaping the character (char¬acter building) of students at MA Zainul Ulum BKL. The study highlighted the need for the integration of Islamic religious values in every aspect of education, rather than just as separate subjects. One of the main strategies is to develop a well-rounded curriculum, covering aspects of students' daily lives and encouraging the application of Islamic moral values in their actions. In addition, the role of teachers in guiding and providing role models is very important. They need to understand and internalize Islamic moral values, so they can convey them clearly to students and create a learning environment that supports good character building. The use of interactive and applicable learning methods is also proposed so that students can experience Islamic values in real-life situations.

Abstract

Leadership style in Islamic boarding schools is often rooted in the charisma and independence of a leader known as Kiai, resulting in a predominantly authoritarian leadership style. This research aims to analyze the leadership style within Islamic boarding school institutions. The subject of this research is the Contemporary Islamic Boarding School Al-Hilmu in Prigen, Pasuruan. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, focusing on 1) the tendencies of leadership styles in boarding schools and several aspects contributing to these styles. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings conclude that 1) Based on the study of power source utilization, leadership behavior, and decision-making, it is concluded that the leadership style in the contemporary Islamic boarding school Al-Hilmu Prigen Pasuruan predominantly emphasizes a democratic leadership style. 2) Several factors contributing directly to the democratic leadership style in Al-Hilmu Prigen Pasuruan include a) vision and mission factors, b) characteristics and strengths of the boarding school, and c) educational levels (ability factor).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis disiplin belajar sejak dini dan menganalisis peran guru kelas dalam menumbuhkan disiplin belajar sejak dini pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kebonagung 1 Porong. Disiplin belajar merupakan bagian penting dari pembentukan karakter siswa, yang berpengaruh besar terhadap keberhasilan akademik mereka. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan wawancara terhadap tiga guru kelas rendah dan sepuluh siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran strategis sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, pelatih, dan evaluator dalam membentuk kebiasaan belajar yang disiplin. Strategi yang digunakan mencakup pemberian tugas rutin, keteladanan, penguatan positif, serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Indikator disiplin belajar yang teridentifikasi antara lain keteraturan kehadiran, tanggung jawab terhadap tugas, keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran, dan kebiasaan mengulang pelajaran di rumah. Penelitian ini memperkuat pentingnya peran aktif guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembentukan karakter disiplin sejak usia dini. Hasil temuan ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan praktis bagi guru, sekolah, dan orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai kedisiplinan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Strategi pengelolaan kelas yang efektif sangat penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung peningkatan disiplin belajar siswa. Disiplin belajar merupakan aspek penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan, karena siswa yang disiplin akan lebih terfokus, bertanggung jawab, dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengelolaan kelas yang dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa. Strategi yang dianalisis meliputi Faktor fisik (kondisi kelas), Faktor non fisik (Kondisi Sosio-Emosional) dan Kondisi Organisasional. Selain itu, perhatian terhadap aspek pengelolaan waktu dan ruang kelas, serta pengembangan keadaan kelas yang mendukung, turut berperan dalam menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan siswa untuk lebih terorganisir dan termotivasi dalam belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pengelolaan kelas yang melibatkan pendekatan yang integratif dan konsisten dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa secara signifikan. Dalam praktiknya, strategi ini membutuhkan keterlibatan aktif antara guru dan siswa, serta kesediaan untuk melakukan evaluasi dan penyesuaian strategi sesuai dengan perkembangan kebutuhan siswa. Peningkatan disiplin belajar ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kinerja akademik siswa, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter dan sikap positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka.

Abstract

During the teaching and learning process, the creativity of a teacher is very important to achieve maximum learning and the expected educational goals. The purpose of this research is to study the development of teaching materials developed by teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Darut Taqwa 1 Watukosek Pasuruan to achieve optimal educational and learning goals. this research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that teachers in the process of developing teaching materials have a variety of creativity, such as making their own, borrowing from the school library, buying from shops, and downloading from the website. Various types of teaching materials are used in the learning process, such as handouts, textbooks, modules and LKS. Teachers make efforts in developing teaching materials by designing and creating teaching materials needed according to the materials and sub-materials in teaching Islam by using the ASSURE learning design model.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of learning independence, teaching style, and social interaction on the active learning of students at Islam Plus Al-Azhar Middle School, Mojokerto City. Quantitative type of research. Data collection using questionnaires, data analysis using t test, f test and regression. Based on research examining the influence of learning independence, teaching style, and social interaction on students' active learning at Islamic Plus Al-Azhar Middle School, Mojokerto City, it was concluded that these three factors had a significant effect on student involvement and participation in learning. their learning process. Independent learning fosters self-motivation and accountability, encouraging students to play an active role in their education. An effective teaching style, which adapts to student needs and preferences, creates an engaging and supportive learning environment that increases student participation. In addition, positive social interactions between students and between students and teachers encourage a collaborative and dynamic classroom atmosphere, thus further increasing learning activity. Therefore, fostering a balanced combination of these elements is critical to maximizing student engagement and academic success.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan peran penting dalam berbagai aspek kegiatan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk membekali individu agar dapat berkontribusi secara bermanfaat dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa menggunakan e-book sebagai media pembelajaran dengan menerapkan literasi digital oleh guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi dan wawancara serta obyek dari penelitian ini siswa SD Kapasan III Surabaya. Peneliti juga menggunakan tiga jenis indikator dalam menyelesaikan penelitian; jenis bacaan, kemampuan memahamai bacaan, motivasi membaca. Serta dalam penerapannya melalui lima tahap; penggunaan teknologi dalam literasi, penyampaian materi, pemantauan dan pembimbingan literasi digital serta evaluasi dan penyesuaian strategi literasi digital. Sehingga penelitian ini berhasil meningkatkan minat baca e-book siswa di SD Kapasan III Surabaya.

Abstract

Education in the digital era requires the development of learning methods that are innovative and responsive to technological advances. Digital literacy and the use of learning media have an important role in improving student learning achievement. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of digital literacy and the use of learning media on student learning achievement at Taruna Pembangunan Intensive High School Surabaya. Digital literacy is considered the key to opening students' access to digital learning resources, improving understanding and providing a competitive advantage. The use of learning media with various approaches is also considered to have a positive impact on student learning achievement. Using quantitative methods, data was collected from 148 class XI students via questionnaire. Regression analysis is used to evaluate the relationship between variables. The research results show that the two independent variables have a significant influence on student learning achievement. Therefore, it is recommended to increase digital literacy and utilize learning media in curriculum planning and learning strategies.

Abstract

This research departs from the problem from the results of library research regarding the lack of interest of students in PAI learning subjects. The teaching and learning model developed by Robert Slavin is Teams Games Tournament, which is a learning method that combines study groups with team competitions. It also cannot be used to improve learning of various concepts for skills. Learning using this method will stimulate student activity, because in the Teams Games Tournament all students are required to actively voice their opinions, both lower group students and upper group students are required to work together to solve the problems given in learning. This research aims to determine the Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning model in students' interest in learning in PAI subjects. The research method used is qualitative description with literature study. The results of this research are that the application of this learning model has a positive impact on students' interest in learning Islamic Religious Education. The conclusion of this research is that the TGT learning model can increase students' interest in learning. This can be seen from the increase in students' PAI reasoning abilities and the increase in students' PAI connection abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of PAI learning materials with cooperative learning models on student learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Methods of data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification as well as drawing conclusions. Data validity test was carried out using the triangulation method. The results of the study show that (1) the cooperative learning method can improve student learning outcomes, (2) there are several preparations in applying the cooperative learning method to teaching and learning activities in class, starting with planning by identifying the level of student intelligence, implementation by forming groups small, and evaluation of learning outcomes, (3) the teacher's efforts to design learning more creatively greatly affect the success rate of applying the cooperative learning method, (4) there are many advantages than disadvantages when the cooperative learning method is applied to high school students.
