Abstract

The research that has been carried out by researchers entitled "Implementation of Personnel Administration Affairs carried out at the Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan" which aims to find out: (1) Programs for implementing personnel administration affairs on daily, monthly, semiannual, and yearly at Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (2) Inhibiting factors or obstacles in the program for implementing personnel administration affairs at the Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (3) Solutions for overcoming obstacles or obstacles in the program for implementing personnel administration affairs at the Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan Preparation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, which aims to make a systematic and accurate description of the facts that are currently happening in the field regarding the Implementation of Personnel Administration Affairs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Then the researchers carried out data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation studies. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti berjudul “Implementasi Urusan Administrasi Kepegawaian yang dilaksanakan di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Program pelaksana urusan administrasi kepegawaian pada harian, bulanan, semesteran, dan tahunan di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (2) Faktor penghambat atau kendala dalam program pelaksana urusan administrasi kepegawaian di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (3) Solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan atau kendala dalam program pelaksana urusan administrasi kepegawaian di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi secara sistematis dan akurat dengan fakta-fakta yang sedang terjadi dilapangan tentang Implementasi Urusan Administrasi Kepegawaian di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Kemudian peneliti melakukan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic educational institutions as an organizational system must apply quality-based management to be able to compete amidst increasingly complex pressures from other educational institutions and the current digital era 4.0. This article aims to explain the basic factors of Islamic education management philosophy.The method used in this article is qualitative research approachSystematic Literature Review. Article articles are collected from Google Scholar via PRISMA flow (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). Then descriptive content analysis was carried out.The results found thatThe basic factor of philosophy in Islamic education management is an education system that prioritizes a humane managerial system. Education Management: In implementing Islamic education, more effort is required. A systems approach or systemic thinking is one of the fundamental solutions that must be understood and implemented by every manager of an Islamic educational institution aimed at uncovering the factors that influence the Islamic education system model. Education Personnel: The success of improving the quality of education is closely related to the professionalism of teaching staff and educational staff. This strategic position cannot be replaced by any sophisticated technology, because the existence of sophisticated technology still requires educators to operate it.

Abstract

Management has developed into a complex and multidimensional scientific discipline, with a strong philosophical foundation and systematic methodology. However, the concept of management as a philosophical and systematic science is still not fully understood and explored in academic literature. This research aims to fill this gap by conducting a comprehensive systematic literature review (SLR) to analyze and synthesize studies relevant to this topic. Using a systematic and structured SLR method, this research identified and analyzed 67 studies that discussed philosophical and systematic aspects of management. The main findings are grouped into four themes: (1) philosophical foundations of management: values, ethics, and leadership; (2) systematic methodology in management: planning, organizing, directing and controlling; (3) integration of philosophical and systematic aspects in management practice; and (4) challenges and opportunities in implementing management as a philosophical and systematic science. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of management by mapping and synthesizing relevant academic literature, as well as providing new insights for management academics and practitioners in integrating philosophical and systematic aspects in more effective and meaningful management practices. Limitations of the study and recommendations for future research are also discussed

Abstract

At a time when the Western world was progressing, the Islamic world no longer dominated science and was even left behind with the arrival of Western secularism that dominated science with its modern style, so there was concern for Muslim thinkers. On this basis, a world conference on Islamic education was held. This paper aims to explain the study of ontology, epistemology, and axiology of Islamic education in the perspective of the World Islamic Education Conference. The method used in this writing is library research. The results of this study show that this international Islamic education seminar does not have a specific time, but can be held at any time according to the agreement. Second, the Islamic education curriculum is universal and covers a wide range of topics. Third, there is no scientific barrier that separates general science and religious science. Fourth, scientific integration is necessary. Fifth, curriculum integration for Islamic educational institutions today is certainly very important, especially in advancing Islamic education in today's digital era. Abstract

Nationalism and Islamic identity are two concepts that are interrelated and important for Islamic education. Nationalism is an attitude of love for the homeland and nation that does not conflict with Islamic teachings as long as it does not contain fanaticism, chauvinism or superiority. The identity of a Muslim is a servant of God who surrenders to Him wholeheartedly, follows the teachings of Islam revealed by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and strives to be a witness to truth and goodness in the world. Islamic education is a comprehensive process of developing human potential in accordance with Islamic values. Axiology of Islamic education is topics related to the purpose, objectives and values of Islamic education. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship and influence of nationalism and Islamic identity in the study of the axiology of Islamic education. This research uses library research, and the final results are analyzed interactively by presenting descriptive research discussions. The results of this study show that nationalism and Muslim identity can be strengthened and realized through Islamic education that is oriented towards values such as tawhid, worship, morals, knowledge, charity and da'wah. Islamic education can also make a positive contribution to nation and state building as well as global cooperation and peace by respecting diversity and universal values in accordance with Islamic law. Abstract

Pendidikan nonformal berbasis komunitas memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir, terutama di daerah perkotaan yang rentan terhadap bencana ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan nonformal yang diselenggarakan oleh komunitas lokal terhadap kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur dan wawancara. Data diperoleh dari analisis literatur terkait serta wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang memiliki pengalaman dalam pendidikan nonformal dan mitigasi bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nonformal berbasis komunitas memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang risiko banjir, peningkatan keterampilan mitigasi bencana, dan kesiapan dalam melakukan evakuasi darurat. Selain itu, program pendidikan nonformal yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat lebih efektif dalam menciptakan kesiapsiagaan yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pendidikan nonformal berbasis komunitas dapat menjadi solusi alternatif dalam menghadapi tantangan bencana di daerah perkotaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, organisasi non-pemerintah, dan komunitas lokal dalam merancang program pendidikan nonformal yang relevan dan berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya pendekatan partisipatif dalam pendidikan nonformal, masyarakat akan memiliki kesiapsiagaan yang lebih baik dalam menghadapi bencana banjir.

Abstract

The toilet is a room that is usually messy and soaking wet. The bathroom functions primarily as a place to clean oneself, urinate and defecate. Therefore, maintaining the tidiness of the toilet is very important. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the data source used in the form of secondary data obtained from several international journals and articles. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention reports that every year, accidents in the bathroom cause 235 thousand people aged over 15 years were rushed to the Emergency Unit, and 14% of them ended up in hospital.benefits gained from keeping the restroom clean. one of them is for body health. Having a healthy and strong body is everyone's dream. Therefore, it is important for us to maintain the health of ourselves, our families, and the people around us.

Abstract

The Alkhat learning process at MTs S YMPI Sei Tualang Raso Tanjungbalai is not going well because many students still find it difficult to understand the material provided. This is known from the results of observations and interviews with students. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research regarding the importance of learning the art of calligraphy in training students' Arabic writing skills at MTs S YMPI. The obstacles faced come from several factors, namely from students, teachers and schools. One method used by teachers to increase students' interest in learning Alkhat is through contemporary calligraphy or what is usually called the painting method. This research aims to determine 1) the effectiveness of the painting method in improving Arabic writing skills in the Al-Khat subject at MTs S YMPI. 2) How to implement the painting method in the students' Maharah Kitabah. 3) What are the results of the implementation of the painting method in the students' maharah kitabah? This research uses qualitative methods with a field study approach. Research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the painting method is effective in improving Arabic writing skills in the Al-Khat subject at MTs S YMPI. This is evidenced by an increase in students' motivation and interest in learning Al-Khat, as well as an increase in the quality of students' calligraphy written work. Apart from that, the painting method provides a fun and meaningful learning experience for students. This research contributes to the development of innovative and interesting Al-Khat learning methods. The painting method can be an alternative Al-Khat learning method that can increase students' interest and ability in writing Arabic.

Abstract

As an inseparable part of Islamic civilization, the nature of science reflects a series of philosophical concepts, such as dichotomy of science, Islamization of science, integration of science, and interconnection of science. The dichotomy of science raises problems related to the sharp gap between religious science and worldly science, requiring a careful approach to overcome this disparity. Meanwhile, the Islamization of science challenges to align Islamic values with modern science, while the integration of science emphasizes the formation of a holistic framework that covers the entire spectrum of science. This article uses a literature study method, by the author tracing the literature in libraries, books, scriptures, journals, newspapers, magazines, articles, and others, most of which are found in the last five years. The results of this writing find that overall, the implications of this problem show that the development of Islamic education requires a profound transformation in the educational paradigm, improving the quality of human resources, and forming an inclusive and holistic educational vision. Only by overcoming these problems, Islamic education can play a more effective role in forming individuals who are not only superior in science, but also have a strong moral and spiritual foundation in accordance with Islamic principles.
