Abstract

This research discusses learning and learning conditions as well as Bloom's Taxonomy and Islamic Education. The type of research in this article is qualitative descriptive research. Apart from that, this research is of a library nature (library research). The results of this research show that supportive learning conditions, combined with Bloom's Taxonomy framework, enable a more effective and comprehensive Islamic education process. By paying attention to learning conditions in accordance with the needs of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains, Islamic education can form individuals who not only have good religious knowledge but also have noble morals and skills that are able to practice religious teachings in everyday life.

Abstract

This research examines the integration of cognitivism learning theory in the context of Islamic education to optimize the learning process. The theory of cognitivism which emphasizes students' internal mental processes has significant relevance to the concept of Islamic education which prioritizes developing the potential of reason and spirituality. Through a qualitative approach with literature study methods, this research analyzes how the principles of cognitivism in Islamic educational prospective create meaningful learning. The results of the study show that cognitivism theory is in line with Islamic teachings which encourage the use of reason to understand science. The learning process in Islamic education can be enriched with cognitivism strategies such as information processing, the formation of knowledge schemes, and the development of metacognitive abilities. This integration allows students to not only understand the material in depth, but also develop critical thinking skills while still upholding Islamic values. Apart from the convergence between the two, there is also a divergence towards the implementation of cognitivism theory and Islamic education has the potential to create more effective learning. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of learning models in Islamic education that accommodate students' cognitive development without ignoring Islamic values.

Abstract

Islamic education has a strategic role in realizing tolerance and harmony in a multicultural society characterized by diversity of ethnicities, religions, cultures, and languages. This article aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic education in building an attitude of mutual respect and strengthening shared values ​​through a multicultural approach. Using a literature review method, this article explores academic perspectives on Islamic education and its relevance in the context of cultural diversity. The results of the study indicate that Islamic education can integrate multicultural values ​​through the curriculum, strengthening educator competence, and implementing cross-cultural dialogue. In addition, multicultural-based Islamic education can reduce negative prejudice, foster respect for differences, and build a peaceful and inclusive society. Thus, Islamic education is not only a means of transferring knowledge but also a medium for forming students' characters who respect plurality in community life.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much influence the use of the school library and reading corner has on students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi. This type of research is ex post facto research with a quantitative approach and a scientific approach through pedagogical and psychological approaches. There were 203 respondents in this study using a sample of 40 people using a simple random sampling technique which used a questionnaire instrument to obtain data which was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression test simultaneously through multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research show that the use of the school library affects students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi with a simple linear regression equation, namely Y = 31.40 + 0.58X. Then the use of reading corners on students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi with a simple linear regression equation, namely Y = 5.51 + 1.18X. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence between the use of the school library and reading corners on students' interest in learning in the subject of moral beliefs at MI Manggarupi with a multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = = 0.32+ 0.27X1+ 1.67X2 and the level of influence is 96.5% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of project-based learning (PBL) on the critical thinking skills of Grade XI students in the subject of Akidah Akhlak at MAN 1 Majene. Employing an ex-post facto research design, the study involved a population of 138 students, from which a sample of 103 was selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistical methods. A simple linear regression test was employed for hypothesis testing. The findings revealed that the use of PBL contributed 24% to students’ critical thinking skills, while the remaining 76% was attributed to other unexamined variables. Although the 24% contribution signifies an initial success in fostering students’ critical thinking, further enhancement may be achieved by integrating PBL with other instructional approaches such as technology-based learning, simulations, or experiential activities aligned with real-life contexts. Future research is recommended to explore alternative methodologies and additional variables influencing critical thinking development. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MAN 1 Majene. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi sebanyak 138 di ambil dari seluruh kelas XI yang ada di MAN 1 Majene, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 103 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner. Angket disebarkan kepada responden kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan cara parsial melalui uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik berkontribusi sebesar 24% dan sisanya sebesar 76% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Pengaruh sebesar 24% telah mencerminkan keberhasilan awal dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Namun, pengaruh ini masih dapat ditingkatkan dengan mengintegrasikan model ini dengan metode pembelajaran lain yang melibatkan teknologi, simulasi, atau praktik langsung yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata. Jika ingin melakukan penelitian yang serupa sebaiknya menggunakan metode penelitian yang berbeda, serta lakukan penelitian terkait dengan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.

Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem boarding school (asrama) terhadap pembentukan karakter kemandirian peserta didik Program Keagamaan di MAN 3 Kota Makassar. Sistem boarding school memungkinkan peserta didik untuk berinteraksi dalam lingkungan yang terstruktur selama 24 jam, yang diharapkan mampu membentuk kemandirian mereka dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 106 peserta didik yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem boarding school memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter kemandirian peserta didik. Program keagamaan yang diterapkan di MAN 3 Kota Makassar, seperti salat berjamaah, pengajian kitab kuning, dan tahfizh Al-Qur’an, berkontribusi dalam membentuk sikap mandiri, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti perbedaan tingkat adaptasi peserta didik terhadap kehidupan asrama dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan asrama. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sistem boarding school dapat menjadi model pendidikan yang efektif dalam menanamkan kemandirian peserta didik, namun perlu adanya optimalisasi dalam pengelolaan fasilitas dan pembinaan peserta didik agar hasil yang dicapai lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyusun kalimat bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 3 Alas Barat melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis kearifan lokal. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya capaian belajar siswa, di mana 70% siswa belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Media yang digunakan mengangkat nilai-nilai lokal seperti cerita rakyat, kehidupan pesisir, dan budaya masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana 85% siswa mencapai nilai di atas KKM. Peningkatan tersebut tidak hanya terjadi pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga pada motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa selama pembelajaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal dalam media pembelajaran interaktif dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif untuk menciptakan proses belajar yang kontekstual, bermakna, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the importance of reconstructing the roles of parents and teachers in Islamic education. It is a descriptive study utilizing a literature review. The roles of parents and teachers in Islamic education need to be reconstructed because children are growing up in a different era from their parents and teachers. The millennial era, characterized by technology reliance, makes children quickly adapt to their surroundings. However, to protect children from the negative influences of the times, parents and teachers must possess competencies beyond merely educating and teaching in the real world but also guiding them in the virtual world. Therefore, Islamic education for children must be preserved, and parents and teachers must continue to be educators, guides, motivators, and role models for their children so that they can compete in their time while maintaining good moral character according to Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar al-Qur’an Hadis peserta didik di MTs Negeri Gowa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto. Populasi berjumlah 450 siswa, dan sampel diambil secara stratified random sampling sebanyak 205 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi, dengan analisis data deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai t hitung (6,015) > t tabel (1,980); siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi cenderung memperoleh hasil belajar lebih baik. (2) Pemanfaatan sumber belajar menunjukkan pengaruh sangat tinggi terhadap hasil belajar, dengan t hitung (16,537) > t tabel dan korelasi berada pada rentang 0,8–1,0. (3) Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan F hitung (119,135) > F tabel (3,072). Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya motivasi dan akses sumber belajar yang optimal dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. Implikasi penelitian ini mendorong eksplorasi lebih lanjut terhadap faktor lain seperti dukungan orang tua dan lingkungan sosial siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of behaviorism theory in improving students' discipline and basic cognitive abilities in science learning in elementary schools. The study focuses on stimulus-response-based learning strategies, particularly through repeated practice (drill), direct reinforcement, and providing rapid and specific feedback. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data were collected through searching scientific documents obtained from various sources such as Tandfonline, Routledge, ERIC, Google Scholar, Academia, and national repositories, with the keywords "behaviorism in elementary education", "reinforcement of positive behavior in the classroom", and "basic cognition in science learning". A total of 14 relevant documents were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman & Saldana model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing was carried out using the criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability according to Moleong. The results of the study indicate that the behaviorist approach can be applied effectively to form disciplined learning habits and strengthen students' understanding of basic science concepts. With appropriate reinforcement, students show increased attention, responsibility, and active involvement in the learning process. These findings recommend the use of contextual behaviorist principles in science learning in elementary schools to shape positive and constructive learning behavior.
