Abstract

Employee well-being has emerged as a critical focus within human resource management (HRM) research, driven by its direct impact on productivity, job satisfaction, and organizational success. This study explores recent research trends in employee well-being using a systematic literature review based exclusively on Scopus-indexed publications. The findings reveal that key themes in HRM well-being research include work-life balance, job satisfaction, burnout, leadership, digitalization, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). The bibliometric analysis highlights the increasing role of psychological well-being, mental health support, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in shaping modern HRM strategies. Additionally, the growing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and technology in well-being management presents both opportunities and challenges for organizations. The discussion underscores the practical implications of well-being research for HRM practices, emphasizing the need for leadership training, personalized employee support programs, and ethical technology use. The study also identifies future research directions, including the long-term effects of remote work, AI-driven HR analytics, and cross-cultural perspectives on well-being interventions. By synthesizing existing literature, this research provides valuable insights for HR professionals, policymakers, and academics seeking to enhance employee well-being in dynamic work environments.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of research on dividend policy and stock market performance using data from Scopus and analytical tools in VOSviewer. The study identifies key research trends, influential authors, and thematic clusters, highlighting the central role of dividend policy in corporate finance. Findings indicate that dividend policy is strongly linked to corporate governance, stock price behavior, and firm valuation, with extensive contributions from the United States and international collaborations. The analysis also reveals regional differences in research priorities, with developed markets focusing on taxation and shareholder wealth maximization, while emerging markets emphasize regulatory challenges and investor protection. Emerging trends suggest a shift toward integrating macroeconomic factors, financial stability, and machine learning techniques in dividend research. This study contributes to the structured understanding of dividend policy’s role in stock market performance and provides a foundation for future research exploring new financial innovations and technological advancements.

This study examines digital transformation research using bibliometric analysis, identifying key trends, collaborative networks, and thematic areas. Findings reveal that "digital transformation" is central, closely linked to "decision making," "artificial intelligence," and "risk assessment." Over time, research has shifted from broad technological advancements to domain-specific applications like healthcare and telemedicine. Co-authorship analysis highlights strong academic networks, particularly in the U.S., U.K., and China, though interdisciplinary collaboration remains a challenge. The study emphasizes the need for ethical AI governance, enhanced cybersecurity, and inclusive global research participation to ensure balanced technological progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan literatur ilmiah mengenai bancassurance dalam konteks transformasi digital pada industri keuangan global, dengan fokus pada model bisnis dan inovasi produk. Metode bibliometrik digunakan untuk menganalisis publikasi yang diperoleh dari basis data Scopus periode 2000–2024. Visualisasi dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak VOSviewer melalui analisis co-occurrence, co-authorship, dan citation analysis. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa istilah “insurance”, “banks”, dan “insurance companies” merupakan pusat diskusi utama dalam literatur, namun tema seperti “service quality”, “customer”, “efficiency”, dan “digital transformation” menunjukkan tren meningkat dalam dekade terakhir. Analisis kolaborasi penulis mengidentifikasi lima klaster dominan yang mencerminkan pendekatan multidisipliner, mulai dari aspek kelembagaan hingga perilaku pelanggan. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa bancassurance telah berevolusi menjadi bagian penting dari ekosistem keuangan digital yang adaptif dan inovatif, serta membuka ruang bagi penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai teknologi, regulasi, dan inklusi keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan literatur ilmiah mengenai keamanan siber dalam ekosistem keuangan melalui pendekatan analisis bibliometrik. Data diambil dari database Scopus dengan rentang waktu tahun 2000–2024 dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa topik “cybersecurity” menjadi pusat perhatian utama, dengan keterkaitan erat terhadap tema seperti manajemen risiko, serangan siber, kecerdasan buatan, dan teknologi blockchain. Evolusi temporal mengindikasikan pergeseran fokus penelitian dari pendekatan manajerial menuju penerapan teknologi canggih, khususnya machine learning dan deteksi anomali. Selain itu, jaringan kolaborasi penulis menunjukkan dominasi oleh peneliti dari Asia Timur, namun juga membuka peluang kolaborasi lintas kawasan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang struktur dan tren penelitian keamanan siber serta arah pengembangan ke depan dalam sektor keuangan digital.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Circular Marketing and Storynomics on Brand Awareness and Profit Improvement among MSMEs in Bogor. A quantitative analysis was conducted with a sample of 160 MSME owners and managers, using a Likert scale survey and data analysis via Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that both Circular Marketing and Storynomics have a significant positive influence on Brand Awareness and Profit Improvement. Circular marketing enhances brand recognition by aligning marketing strategies with sustainable practices, while Storynomics improves profitability by fostering emotional connections with consumers through storytelling. The study underscores the importance of integrating sustainability and narrative-driven marketing strategies for MSMEs to enhance their market presence and profitability. These findings provide actionable insights for MSMEs aiming to thrive in competitive markets by adopting sustainable and innovative marketing practices.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the effectiveness of Islamic banking digitalization in Bandung City. Specifically, it examines the roles of Employee Digital Competencies (EDC), Technology Infrastructure (TEI), and Local Government Support (LGS) in shaping the success of digital transformation in Islamic banking institutions. A total of 220 respondents from various Islamic banks in Bandung participated in this research. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that Employee Digital Competencies, Local Government Support, and Technology Infrastructure significantly and positively influence the effectiveness of digitalization. The findings suggest that employee skills, government support, and robust technology infrastructure are essential for successful digital transformation in Islamic banking. This study contributes to the understanding of the digitalization process in Islamic financial services and provides practical recommendations for banking practitioners and policymakers in fostering an environment conducive to digital innovation.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to explore the intellectual landscape and thematic evolution of mindfulness practices in corporate human resource (HR) strategies, with a particular focus on their relationship to employee productivity and well-being. Drawing data exclusively from the Scopus database, the study utilizes VOSviewer to visualize co-occurrence networks, author collaborations, and international research contributions. The results indicate that “mindfulness” and “human resource management” are central, frequently linked with themes such as stress management, leadership, job satisfaction, and mental health. Temporal trends reveal a shift from individual therapeutic benefits to system-level applications in strategic HR practices. Prominent scholars such as Kabat-Zinn, Brown, Schaufeli, and Bakker anchor different intellectual clusters, while countries like the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia dominate in research production and collaboration. The findings highlight the increasing institutionalization of mindfulness as an HR tool for cultivating well-being, engagement, and sustainable organizational performance. This study not only synthesizes existing scholarship but also identifies key gaps and future research opportunities in integrating mindfulness into contemporary HR strategies.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of the academic literature on green retailing and sustainable practices in retail marketing, using data retrieved from the Scopus database (2000–2024). Employing VOSviewer for co-authorship, citation, and keyword co-occurrence analysis, the study identifies core research themes, influential contributors, and evolving trends in the field. The results reveal that “green retailing,” “green marketing,” and “cost optimization” are central to the scholarly discourse, reflecting the growing strategic importance of sustainability in retail operations. The analysis also uncovers a temporal shift from foundational environmental themes to more actionable managerial strategies. India stands out as a hub of international collaboration, and author network analysis highlights prominent research clusters around figures such as Sarkis J. and Lai K.H. While the literature has matured in linking green practices with business outcomes, emerging gaps include social dimensions of sustainability and digital transformation in retail. The study concludes with recommendations for future research directions that emphasize interdisciplinary inquiry and practical application in advancing sustainable retail marketing.
