Abstract

This article aims to analyze the criminal law policy in handling corruption cases in Indonesia both normatively and empirically, as well as to conduct a comparative study with several other countries. The research adopts a normative legal approach through literature review and secondary data analysis, supported by an empirical examination of the effectiveness of law enforcement. The findings indicate that Indonesia has a comprehensive anti-corruption criminal legal framework, severe sanctions, and specialized institutions such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). However, the country still faces challenges in implementation, including overlapping authorities among law enforcement agencies, lack of institutional independence, and a deeply rooted culture of corruption. Comparisons with other countries reveal that the key factors in successful anti-corruption policies are strong political will, consistent and impartial law enforcement, an independent judiciary, and a deeply embedded anti-corruption culture. Based on this analysis, the study recommends strengthening the independence of the KPK, enhancing coordination among law enforcement agencies, improving the legal framework, and reforming bureaucratic culture to increase the effectiveness of corruption prevention and eradication efforts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pneumonia is an infection that causes inflammation in the lung tissue, caused by various microorganisms, with Streptococcus pneumoniae being the primary bacterial pathogen. The aim of this study is to describe the pattern of antibiotic use and compare the effectiveness of Cefixime and Azithromycin in adult pneumonia patients at the Inpatient Installation of RSUD Pemangkat in 2023. This research employs a non-experimental observational design with a retrospective approach. A total of 76 patients were selected from 314 using purposive sampling and Slovin's formula with a 10% margin of error. Data analysis was conducted using the Independent Sample T-Test. The results revealed that 42 patients (55%) were male, while 34 patients (45%) were female. Cefixime was administered to 55% of patients, while 45% received Azithromycin. Azithromycin demonstrated greater effectiveness based on clinical indicators. Patients receiving Azithromycin had a shorter hospital stay (4.24 days), a greater reduction in body temperature (1.771ºC), and a higher increase in oxygen saturation (7.29%). Conclusion: Azithromycin is more effective than Cefixime in treating adult pneumonia patients at RSUD Pemangkat in 2023.

Abstract

Globalization poses a significant threat to the moral values of younger generations, making cultivating akhlakul karimah (noble character) among students an urgent priority. The synergy between character education conducted by teachers at school and by parents at home is deemed crucial to ensure the consistent internalization of Islamic values in children. This study aims to analyze the role of teacher–parent collaboration in shaping akhlakul karimah among students at Al-Wahdah Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi from the perspective of Islamic Family Law. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, parents, and school administrators, participatory observation of the learning environment, and document analysis of school policies and Islamic family law literature. Data were analyzed descriptively and thematically to identify collaborative patterns in character education. The findings indicate that the moral quality of students is strongly influenced by family-based nurturing, underscoring the importance of teacher-parent collaboration to tailor character-building efforts to each student’s unique needs. This partnership effectively comprehensively reinforces students’ moral development—encompassing spiritual, social, and environmental dimensions—resulting in positive behavioral changes. From the perspective of Islamic Family Law, this synergy represents a shared responsibility between parents as primary educators and teachers as formal educators to foster a generation with noble character. These results align with Islamic educational theory, which posits that effective moral education requires the harmonious involvement of the family, school, and broader community

Abstract

Desa Cisontrol menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menyediakan akses informasi yang memadai bagi warganya. Kesenjangan informasi yang terjadi di desa ini disebabkan oleh dua faktor utama: keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya literasi informasi masyarakat desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian. Terdapat dua hasil pembahasan pada penilitian ini, yaitu: 1. solusi dari aspek manajemen dengan menerapkan Paket Teknik Informasi dan Current Awareness Services (CAS) yang dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan dan penyebaran informasi secara efisien, memastikan bahwa masyarakat dan perangkat desa mendapatkan akses yang cepat dan tepat terhadap informasi yang mereka butuhkan; 2. solusi dari aspek sosial kemasyarakatan mulai dari sosialisasi website data hingga praktik penggunaan website data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze trends and developments in Islamic education management research in Indonesia from 2015 to 2025. The method employed is bibliometric analysis, utilizing a quantitative approach. This study includes 107 documents published by 371 authors, with an average document age of 3.02 years. This bibliometric analysis uses VOSviewer and Biblioshiny software. This study found a significant surge in Islamic Education Management publications in Indonesia, with an annual growth rate of 21.48%, particularly in 2022 and 2023, and a notable contribution from religious universities, such as UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The change in topics indicates a shift from a normative approach towards digitalization, interdisciplinarity, and technology-based institutional strategies, including responses to crises such as the pandemic. However, a significant gap remains in integrative studies that combine applied science with cutting-edge research technology, presenting strategic opportunities for the future development of Islamic Education Management research. This research provides a data-driven reference for developing a national research strategy in Islamic Education Management and a roadmap for scientific collaboration. Further research can focus on strengthening interdisciplinary research, integrating digital technologies, and collaborative networks across countries and institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evolution of research on the digital divide in education and strategies for digital inclusion through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 26 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. Using the PRISMA approach, data were categorized by research focus, year, and journal quality, followed by thematic and bibliometric analysis. The results reveal a significant shift from access-oriented research during the COVID-19 pandemic toward technology-based pedagogical innovation and sustainable digital inclusion strategies. Three main phases emerged: access and digital literacy (2020–2021), pedagogical innovation through Learning Management Systems and Game-Based Learning (2022–2023), and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality in inclusive education (2024–2025). Socio-economic and gender factors significantly influence digital literacy outcomes, while technology-driven pedagogy enhances learning participation. The study concludes that effective digital inclusion requires a multidimensional approach integrating social, technological, and policy aspects. The findings provide a theoretical foundation for future research and evidence-based policymaking in equitable digital education.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of School-Based Quality Improvement Management (MPMBS) in elementary schools across Bandung Regency, Indonesia. MPMBS represents an autonomy-driven management model emphasising participatory decision-making and collective responsibility to enhance educational quality. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through online questionnaires and semi-structured interviews involving school principals and teachers. The analysis focused on leadership roles, participatory planning, and factors influencing implementation. Findings indicate that school principals demonstrate visionary leadership by fostering collaboration among teachers, parents, and community stakeholders. MPMBS has been effectively implemented in most schools, although challenges remain—particularly limited financial resources, inadequate infrastructure, and issues with teacher motivation. The study concludes that effective implementation of MPMBS depends on strong leadership, resource optimisation, and effective stakeholder engagement. It recommends targeted professional development, resource allocation, and policy reinforcement to strengthen quality improvement practices in primary education. These insights offer practical guidance for educational policymakers and school leaders seeking sustainable management strategies in decentralised educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the integration of corporate governance, risk management, and financial digitalization on the performance and value of banking companies in Indonesia. The research population includes foreign banks, government banks, and private banks classified as KBMI 3 and KBMI 4 for the 2019–2024 period. The research method used is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Data was obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, and publications by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that corporate governance and risk management have a significant effect on company performance, while financial digitalization has a mediating role in increasing company value through increased operational efficiency and transparency. These findings affirm the importance of integrating governance, risk, and digitalization strategies in the face of the era of technology-based finance.

Abstract

       Keberadaan Penggilingan Padi Kecil (PPK) di pedesaan mempunyai posisi strategis dan bisa menyumbang pada peningkatan produksi beras. Diduga terdapat variasi pola tahapan mesin yaitu berapa kali proses cleaner, husker, separator, dan polisher di PPK dan berpengaruh terhadap mutu beras yang digiling. Tujuan kajian ini adalah memperoleh pola tahapan mesin di PPK yang dominan dapat meningkatkan mutu beras. Kajian ini dilakukan pada PPK di Jawa Barat melalui survei, wawancara dan pengambilan sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah pola tahapan mesin, mutu gabah, dan beras. Mutu gabah yang diukur adalah kadar air, kadar kotor hampa, butir hijau kapur, butir kuning rusak, dan butir merah. Mutu beras yang dianalisis adalah rendemen beras pecah kulit (BPK), beras giling (BG), beras kepala (BK), beras patah (BP), menir, butir kapur (K), butir kuning rusak (KR), dan butir gabah (G). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan tiga pola tahapan mesin yang umum diterapkan PPK di Jawa Barat yaitu 0-1-0-1, 0-2-0-2, dan 0-2-1-2. Dari ketiga pola tersebut, pola tahapan mesin 0-1-0-1 yaitu gabah yang diproses mesin penggilingannya satu kali husker, dan satu kali polisher memperlihatkan hasil mutu beras terbaik, dibandingkan dengan tiga pola lainnya. Pada pola tersebut memberikan nilai rendemen beras kepala 74,30±1,64%, beras patah 19,41±2,85%, dan rendemen beras giling 69,07±3,09%. Terdapat korelasi antara pola tahapan mesin penggilingan padi di PPK dengan mutu beras yang dihasilkan. Makin banyak proses pada satu unit mesin mengakibatkan rendemen makin tinggi pada beras pecah kulit, beras patah, dan menir, serta menurunkan rendemen beras kepala dan butir gabah.        In rural areas, small rice mills (PPK) play an important role and can improve rice production. The frequency of the washing, hulling, separating and milling processes in PPK varies and is believed to have a potential impact on milled rice quality. This study aimed to find the pattern of machine stages in PPK that can significantly enhance rice quality. This study was carried out at PPKs in three West Java districts using surveys, interviews, and sampling. The information gathered included rice and paddy quality, and also machine stage trends. Moisture content, gross hull content, lime green rice, damaged yellow rice, and red rice were used to measure the quality of the rice. The yields of cracked rice (BPK), milled rice (BG), head rice (BK), broken rice (BP), groats, lime rice (K), damaged yellow rice (KR), and rice grain (G) were used to assess the quality of the rice. The findings demonstrated three machine stage patterns, 0-1-0-1, 0-2-0-2, and 0-2-1-2, that PPK frequently uses in West Java. In comparison to the other three patterns, the 0-1-0- 1 machine stage pattern, that is, rice processed by a milling machine, husker, and polisher, exhibited the highest outcomes for rice quality. The yield of milled rice was 69.07±3.09%, broken rice was 19.41±2.85%, and head rice was 74.30±1.64% as a result of this pattern. The quality of the rice produced in PPK is correlated with the stage pattern of the rice milling machines. Higher yields of cracked rice, broken rice, and groats and lower yields of head rice and paddy were the outcomes of having more processes in a single machine unit.

Abstract

Abstract: The ability to write scientific articles is important for educators, as a way to develop self-quality. This activity aims to improve the skills of writing research results in accordance with the rules of reputable national journals. This training was carried out by explaining theoretically, discussing, simulating, and sharing experiences. The activity was attended by 14 teachers of SDN 2 Rumak. Before and after the training, an assessment was carried out to compare the increase in understanding and skills of the participants. The results of the analysis showed an increase in understanding in writing scientific articles according to an OJS template, article components, and their systematics. Through this training, participants can understand the format and structure of articles according to publishing standards. In addition, monitoring and evaluation of participant performance, it was seen that teachers were enthusiastic in writing drafts of scientific papers, actively asking questions, and discussing. This activity is expected to help teachers develop writing skills and creativity so that they can disseminate their knowledge through article publication.Abstrak: Kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah merupakan hal penting bagi  pendidik, sebagai cara mengembangkan kualitas diri. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan aturan jurnal nasional bereputasi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan menjelaskan secara teoritis, diskusi, simulasi, dan berbagi pengalaman. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh 14 orang guru SDN 2 Rumak. Sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan penilaian untuk membandingkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah sesuai dengan suatu template OJS, komponen artikel, dan sistematikanya. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta dapat memahami format dan struktur artikel sesuai standar penerbitan. Selain itu, monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap unjuk kerja peserta, terlihat para guru antusias dalam melakukan penulisan draf karya ilmiah, aktif bertanya, dan berdiskusi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan dan kreativitas menulis sehingga dapat menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuannya melalui publikasi artikel.
