Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan,dimana disiplin kerja, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan adalah variabel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Sementara itu untuk perincian masing-masing adalah uji validitasmenggunakan konsep dasar uji validitas pearson, konsep dasar uji reliabilitas Cronbach Alpha, Uji Asumsi Klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas,uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Dua uji lainnya yakni uji regresi linear berganda konsep dasarnya bertujuan untuk mengetahui terdapatpengaruh atau tidak. Terakhir uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinan, dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSSversi 25. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 54 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yakni melakukan pengumpulan datalewat kuesioner kepada 54 responden karyawan yang bekerja pada Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Pusat dengan metodeteknik purpose. Penelitian ini pada akhirnya menggunakan skala likert  untuk  mengukur setiap pernyataan yang akan dijadikan parameter dalammenentukan hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa didalam data responden, peneliti menggunakan tabulasidengan grafik bulat yang akan menunjukkan keseimbangan dan validasi untuk semua variabel dari beban kerja hingga kinerja karyawan dan setelahitu baru didapat pernyataan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

The ability to speak English is a mandatory thing for all students, including students from the teacher study program. In addition, students from the teacher training study program are also required to know about business, this is to answer market needs and the development of increasingly strong globalization currents. The existence of the necessity of cooperating with foreign partners as absorbers of graduates must also be taken into account. The service activity aims to answer the challenges so that teaching students are able to compete in the business world. The activity was carried out on March 1-2, 2022 and was carried out at the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Abstract

The difference is the living condition in society that makes a lot of benefits, even though many frictions still result in conflict. This paper describes good practices in religious moderation that occur in Gelangkulon Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency. Two different beliefs in Gelangkulon Village live side by side, and there has never been a conflict in the community. The method in this paper uses descriptive qualitative data collection in the form of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The results obtained are that the excellent practice of religious moderation is essentially regulated by the government and well implemented in the Gelangkulon Village community, which can be seen from four indicators including; 1) National Moderation, 2) Tolerance, 3) Anti-Violence, and 4) Accommodative. The conclusion shows that the four indicators each show positive results in Gelangkulon Village because of the excellent synergy between the community, government, and community groups, so from this excellent synergy can see that the practice of religious moderation in Gelangkulon Village is good.

Abstract

Todays, PPKn teachers in MTs in Ponorogo district need information and guidance to be able to make modules as teaching materials. The module is useful for teaching and learning activities in class. The purpose of this activity is that PPKn teachers in MTs in Kabupaten Ponorogo are able to: 1) Understand the material about modules, 2) Understand the procedures for preparing modules, and 3) Arrange / Make PPKn modules for SMP / MTs. this activity uses training methods and practice in making modules, lectures and frequently asked questions. From 13 participants producing PPKn modules for SMP / MTs grade 7 and 8. 12 participants were able to complete 1 chapter module, while 1 other participant was able to complete 1 module for grade 8 SMP / MTs by Mrs. Sri Harmanti, S.Pd from State MTs 3 Ponorogo. Currently the book is in the process of revision and maintenance of the ISBN.Keywords: modules, PPKN Teacher, teaching materialsABSTRAK Saat ini, guru-guru PPKn di MTs kabupaten Ponorogo membutuhkan informasi dan panduan agar mampu membuat modul sebagai bahan ajar. Modul tersebut berguna bagi kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas.  Tujuan kegiatan ini agar guru-guru PPKn di MTs Kabupaten Ponorogo mampu: 1) Memahami materi tentang  modul, 2) Memahami tata cara penyusunan modul, dan 3) Menyusun/Membuat modul PPKn untuk SMP/MTs. kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan praktik dalam membuat modul, ceramah dan tanya jawab.  Dari 13 peserta menghasilkan modul PPKn untuk SMP/MTs kelas 7 dan 8. 12 peserta mampu menyelesaikan 1 bab modul, sedangkan 1 peserta lain mampu menyelesaikan 1 modul kelas 8 SMP/MTs oleh Ibu Sri Harmanti, S.Pd dari MTs Negeri 3 Ponorogo. Saat ini buku tersebut sedang proses revisi dan pengurusan ISBN. Kata kunci: bahan ajar modul, guru PPKn

Abstract

It is very important to strengthen morals and religion from an early age. If the inculcation of religious values has been instilled from an early age, children will have the provision to carry out religious activities and habits easily. This is also done by Pembina Ponorogo Public Kindergarten through the habit of Dhuha Prayer. The research was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Ponorogo with the informants being the Principal and Teacher Staff at the TK Negeri Pembina Ponorogo, the data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study it is known that strengthening the morals and religion of early childhood through the habit of Dhuha Prayer at TK Negeri Pembina Ponorogo has an impact on the formation of children's character which can be seen from changes in children's behavior, namely: (1) children have a sense of gratitude, (2) children have religious characteristics , and (3) children are more disciplined with time.

Abstract

Migrant children often experience difficulties in accessing information and proper health facilities. Information literacy is a great way to educate migrant children. Therefore, this community service research aims to educate the children of migrant workers about a healthy and clean lifestyle. The method used in this education is a participatory method, with the participation of guidance studio students who take part in Healthy Thursday and Clean Thursday activities. The results of this activity have a positive impact, especially on awareness of the importance of maintaining health by doing gymnastics and keeping the environment clean. This can be seen from the joy of the children and their enthusiasm in participating in this education..

Abstract

Talking about innovation or novelty is certainly done through a process with stages based on standard operating procedures that have been set. What is meant by standard operating procedure here is a concept that describes or explains the work mechanism or work procedures carried out by humans through a process of cooperation between two or more humans so that the results achieved always display or find novelty. This research aims to explain the dynamics of human innovation in administration through language that is easy to understand. This research includes library research because this research is conducted to search, analyse, interpret and generalise from the facts of the results of thoughts and ideas written by innovation experts in administration. This research is descriptive qualitative with a secondary data analysis approach. The results of this research show that there are several novelties that humans must produce in administration, namely novelty in model or form, novelty in quality, and novelty in quantity. The results of this study can be used as a reference for anyone with an interest in discussing administrative topics. In addition, it can be a material for formal discussion in higher education.

Abstract

Society in this era can be said to the modern society with anything life sufficiency that is very easy to get, but there are still many societies that have not been released with their tradition that has been happened a long time before they are birth. Existence and continuance of activities of the traditional element, such as in Java culture which is known as count the day activity before the wedding held, salvation whether for a baby born or dead, and home construction, precisely these activities that bring diversity in multiculturalism element. Multiculturalism itself is the recognition that there are different cultures but they are still can live and develop within a similar environment without loss on either side. That thing becomes the basis of this article's writing. Trying to watch the difference is a natural thing in the multiculturalism framework.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah sebagai sarana upaya siswa untuk mengembangkan minat dan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis, membaca dan berkreasi yang dilaksanakan untuk seluruh warga sekolah. Gerakan pojok baca dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta terhadap membaca kepada siswa, membuat mereka ingin mengerti terhadap suatu hal, dan akhirnya siswa mendapatkan perspektif dan pengetahuan baru. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan mendirikan pojok baca, pohon literasi dan pembuatan majalah dinding. Pojok literasi ini lebih dari sekedar membaca dan menulis, namun mencakup keterampilan berpikir seperti membuat cerita pendek, pantun, puisi, dan tulisan kreatif lainnya. Hasil pekerjaan tersebut kemudian dipresentasikan di kelas. Dengan menggunakan hasil kreativitasnya, para siswa ini dapat melatih keterampilan menulis dan berfikir kritis. Dari kegiatan yang dilakukan menjadikan para siswa lebih kreatif dalam menyebarluaskan karyanya sehingga keberadaan gerakan pojok baca dan majalah dinding ini akan terus berlanjut dengan hasil karya siswa di PPWNI Klang Malaysia.

Abstract

Leadership is a process of influencing others towards achieving organizational goals. The most important aspect of the leadership process is the result of a complex series of interactions between the leader, the people being led, and the situation. This complex interaction can be directed to generalizations about leadership as something that is problematic as a factor influencing the leadership process. This must be supported by the appearance of the head of the madrasa. The appearance of the madrasa principal is determined by factors of authority, character and skills, behavior and flexibility of the madrasa principal. The results of the study concluded that Al-Ma'arif Boja School instilled the habit of speaking politely to the principal, teachers, staff and peers. The school also makes it a habit to smile and greet when meeting the principal, teachers, staff and friends. Schools also make it a habit to say hello when entering class, make it a habit to ask permission from the teacher when going to the bathroom to train students to respect elders and the same age both in madrasas and outside madrasas. In terms of social values, the madrasa head teaches teachers, staff, and students the meaning of caring for one another. The principal of the madrasa always pays attention to teachers and staff, because caring for one another will create a harmonious family atmosphere.
