Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital khususnya pada kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kecemasan siswa sering terjadi pada saat kegiatan evaluasi berlangsung sehingga nilai hasil belajar tidak maksimal.  SMA Lab. School merupakan sekolah dengan fasilitas memadai dan salah satu sekolah yang masuk dalam Sekolah Penggerak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu antara lain identifikasi masalah mitra, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pendampingan dan hasil produk pelatihan yang dapat diterapkan guru di sekolah melalui penggunaan evaluasi digital pada pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanggal 13 – 20 Agustis 2022. Implikasinya adalah Dukungan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebagai salah satu kekuatan hasil pengabdian ini nantinya dapat diterapkan di sekolah tersebut. Sekolah sebagai bagian dari Program sekolah Penggerak dapat mewujudkan tuntutan program, yaitu Digitalisasi sekolah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance of emotional, spiritual intelligence, and Self Efficacy on the performance of school principals in Sekolah Penggerak that use the Merdeka curriculum. Based on initial observations, it was found that there was a lack of emotional and spiritual intelligence in the principal, which hindered the effectiveness of the process of implementing the self-development of a principal. This study used the literature review method. The instruments used were national and international journals, reference books, and unstructured interviews for analysis using thematic analysis. The results showed that the Sekolah Penggerak was an effort to improve the quality of schools through holistic learning outcomes starting with High-Quality Human Resources (principals and teachers). Improvements were made through 5 interventions to schools to increase the capacity of Human Resources. Self-efficacy as part of emotional and spiritual intelligence can form school principals as leaders, planners, supervisors to evaluators in schools who are confident and think ahead. This intelligence can make a school principal confident in planning work programs, strongly committed, able to carry out programs well, and collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to achieve the school's goal of producing students to become Pancasila student profiles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyze of the differences in education between Indonesia, which has begun to develop an independent curriculum, and education in Japan. This study used the systematic literature review method. The population consists of 99 articles that discuss education in Indonesia and Japan, and were published between 2010 and 2022. From 99 articles, 29 articles were sampled. This study used documentation instruments in the form of articles published with criteria for selecting these 29 articles as samples, which were articles published in nationally accredited journals, indexed proceedings, and Scopus-indexed international journals and then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results obtained are that the  significant fundamental differences in education in Japan and Indonesia lie in international education, character education, ethics and discipline and fields of study. The implication of this research is that in the development of a new curriculum, elements of culture and values are still prioritized as the characteristics and profile characteristics of graduates.

Abstract

Research motivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship students. Research see the effect use of sosmed and entrepreneurship motivation on entrepreneurship interest through self-efficacy intervening variable. Research type correlational with a quantitative approach. Sampling research as 121 students economic education study program in UNESA. Data analysis method with WarpPLS. The results are (1) use of sosmed and self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship partially have a significant and positive effect; (2) entrepreneurial motivation on self-efficacy partially has a significant and positive effect; (3) entrepreneurial motivation on interest in entrepreneurship partially has no significant and positive effect; (4) the use of sosmed on self-efficacy partially has no significant and positive effect; (5) simultaneously the intervening variable self-efficacy does not mediate between use of sosmed and interest in entrepreneurship, but mediates between entrepreneurial motivation variables and interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted learning activities in universities and schools temporarily stopping face-to-face learning, especially in Indonesia. Instead, learning is conducted remotely online. The application of online learning requires the readiness of several parties, from the provision of infrastructure to the students' side. The problem of cost, the readiness of educators and students in using technology is still the reason online learning can be carried out after the Covid19 pandemic in an effort to integrate technology in the world of education. How do we optimize the quality of Education through online learning. The research is aimed at knowing the effectiveness of online learning in learning media courses in the midst of a pandemic. It also includes planning, implementing, evaluating, as well as obstacles and how to overcome them. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. This study will describe the problems and solutions that occur in online learning so that the effectiveness of its implementation can be determined and recommendations for the feasibility of online learning can be determined in the future. Data collection techniques were carried out by documentary studies, observations, and interviews. The results showed that learning from semi-practical courses was running effectively. Various problems that become the issue of the weakness of online learning are solved by government policies, campus facilities and services that are able to support the achievement of learning objectives even in semi-practical courses.

Abstract

Pandemi telah mengubah pola hidup masyarakat, mulai diberlakukannya social distancing, pekerja yang melakukan work from home (wfh), para pelajar yang study from home (sfh), bahkan sampai ditutupnya beberapa pabrik atau perusahaan yang berakibat adanya PHK besar-besaran kepada para buruh. Merujuk dari dampak kebijakan sosial yang telah diterapkan, selanjutnya pemerintah memberlakukan kebijakan perekonomian pada bidang fiskal untuk mempertahankan perokonomian. Kebijakan fiskal dinilai tepat dilaksanakan dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 karena pemerintah bisa mengatur keseimbangan pengeluaran dan penerimaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan fiskal yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah pada masa pandemi, serta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah data sekunder alokasi APBD tiap Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2020 yang bersumber dari BPS Nasional dan BPS tiap provinsi. Uji regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam melakukan analisis data. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan Pendapatan pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Berbeda dengan pengeluaran barang dan jasa yang berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Kemudian pengeluaran modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Dalam hasil uji parsial diperoleh pendapatan pajak, pengeluaran barang dan jasa, serta pengeluaran modal berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pertumbuhan ekoomi Indonesia di Masa pandemi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of learning technology training, experience in its use, openness to change and literacy assessment of the use of online assessment in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used is quantitative with the PLS-SEM statistical analysis tool. Surveys with question items that have been tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha with construct validation using a correlation test. The research respondents were 200 high school teachers in East Java in July 2021.The results of the study show that only the experience variable has a significant influence on the use of online assessment in the learning process. An important finding is that teachers' experience in technology-based learning is still low, even though this is the most important thing in the integration of technology in learning.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the contribution of economics education in tertiary institutions to human development in the future. Method: This type of research is included in the type of literature review research. The process of identifying and selecting articles started with 382 articles found on the Google Scholar index and published from 2017 to 2022. Then, they were selected for eligibility, so eight articles were selected. Articles are also selected based on the credibility of the journal, namely those that are nationally accredited by Sinta. Results: The results obtained show that this metaverse contextual learning can make economic education a beacon of human development in the future. In lectures, students get a good understanding of the material, and it also has an impact on their learning outcomes. Novelty: The most important thing is that students have been taught about market structure, which then boils down to generating business ideas in the context of the metaverse so that one day they become successful entrepreneurs in the metaverse era.

Abstract

The existence of distance learning activities causes the learning process to be obstructed. Less appropriate use of media will be able to impact on the learning outcomes of learners due to the lack of optimal level of availability of learning materials. The purpose of this study is to know the process of media development itself, describe the feasibility of the media, as well as the response of learners, and the learning outcomes of learners after the use of Mentimeter. This study uses a type of research and development research with the subjects studied are students of XI IPS SMA Labschool Unesa. Results showed that development results of using Mentimeter generated positive feedback from learners. Learners are aroused by their interest and motivation in learning Economics thanks to the ease of use and content listed in the media. Utilization of contextually assisted contextual learning media Mentimeter is also fairly effective in learning seen from the significant improvement of learners' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the correlation between a student's self-efficacy, family environment, and school environment, and their inclination towards pursuing higher education post high school. The research methodology employed is associative research utilising a quantitative technique. The study included a population of 280 students from all State Senior High Schools in the Menganti Subdistrict. The sampling strategy employed was purposive sampling to select class 12 state senior high schools in the city of Menganti as the sample, consisting of 198 students. Data collecting methods involve the use of questionnaires and are analysed by multiple regression with the assistance of the SPSS software. The results of the F test indicate a significant value of 0.000 0.05 and a calculated F value of 39.128 F table 2.26, suggesting that the independent variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable. The t-test results indicate that the tcount value is 3.317, exceeding the t table value of 1.65259 with a significance level of 0.001 0.05 for the self-efficacy variable. Additionally, the t count value of 4.359 surpasses the t table value of 1.65259 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05 for the family environment variable. The t count value is 0.526, which is less than the t table value of 1.65259, resulting in a significance value of 0.599, which is greater than 0.05 for the school environment variable. The T-test results indicate that each independent variable has a partial impact on the dependent variable.
