Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap sikap kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas negeri yang berlokasi di Surabaya. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner) kepada mahasiswa sebagai responden penelitian sebanyak 243 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif Metode pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa FEB di Surabaya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create the formation of students' attitudes and understanding of teaching materials through a contextual approach by comparing the use of two methods that are almost the same, namely the demonstration method and the field trip method. The contextual approach is very compatible with the 2013 curriculum, in which students are required to be able to construct their learning through an approach by leading to real-world learning. The research method used is the experimental method that tests the use of two learning methods that exist in contextual learning, namely the control class treatment with the Demonstration method and the experimental class treatment with the field trip method. It was found the significance of the differences in learning by using a contextual approach, especially using the field trip method compared to using a contextual approach with a demonstration method. Learning done with field trips results in higher scores in terms of understanding as well as student attitudes compared to demonstration methods on the same contextual approach. Bringing students directly into the real world while providing students the opportunity to socialize with the world around them and learn to interact in the right way so that they can create better attitudes than learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service to improve the skills and knowledge of Indonesian students who are members of PERMITHA in compiling scientific articles and processing quantitative data, so that they can produce scientific works that are worthy of being published in reputable international journals such as Scopus. This activity was carried out on May 15, 2024 which was attended by around 20 participants held at SEA JUNCTION Bangkok Thailand. The results of the respondent data analysis found an increase in the understanding and motivation of training participants. Participant responses were dominated by positive responses to the quality of the Trainer, the quality of the training material, the quality of the facilities and accommodation provided in the training activities

Abstract

This community service that aims to improve teachers' ability to use technology in Special School PGRI Kamal. In the initial observation, the results were obtained that there were various challenges faced by the teacher council at Special School PGRI Kamal in the implementation of learning for students with special needs such as the deaf and speech-impaired. The limited number of teachers which causes an additional workload for teachers. Community service activities are needed by providing workshops. The workshop  activities held included the use of audio, visual, and audiovisual media which were carried out offline. The workshop held in this service program is expected to improve teachers' skills in the use of  digital media platforms to support learning activities

Abstract

This study explores the relocation of Indonesia's capital from Jakarta to Nusantara (IKN), a strategic initiative aimed at addressing environmental, economic, and social challenges while fostering sustainable economic growth. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the research examines existing studies to assess the potential and challenges associated with the project. Key findings highlight IKN's role in redistributing economic activities, mitigating Jakarta's overpopulation and infrastructure strain, and promoting regional development in East Kalimantan. The project is expected to enhance national GDP distribution, create millions of jobs, and position IKN as a smart and sustainable urban model. However, concerns over financing, environmental impacts, and socio-cultural adaptations present critical challenges that require comprehensive strategic planning. This study contributes to the discourse on national capital relocation, providing insights for policymakers to optimize the economic and environmental benefits of this transformative endeavor.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penulisan artikel ilmiah pada guru Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Ekonomi di Kota Surabaya melalui program pelatihan dan lokakarya. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kewajiban guru untuk mempublikasikan karya ilmiah sebagai bagian dari pengembangan profesionalisme mereka, sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009. Namun, banyak guru menghadapi kesulitan dalam menulis artikel ilmiah karena keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya keterampilan penulisan akademik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu guru mengatasi tantangan tersebut dengan memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang metode penulisan akademik, penggunaan teknologi dalam penulisan ilmiah, dan proses pengiriman manuskrip melalui Online Journal System (OJS) yang disediakan oleh penerbit jurnal terpercaya untuk menghindari penerbit predator. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara tatap muka selama 8 jam dan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan online selama satu minggu melalui grup WhatsApp. Materi pelatihan disampaikan oleh empat narasumber yang berpengalaman dalam publikasi artikel ilmiah, mencakup tiga topik utama: penyusunan manuskrip, penggunaan aplikasi menejer referensi Mendeley, dan prosedur pengiriman manuskrip ke jurnal tujuan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menulis artikel ilmiah, mengelola referensi, dan mengunggah manuskrip ke jurnal bereputasi. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru dan mendukung pengembangan karir mereka.

Abstract

Objective: The ongoing transformation of education due to technological advances and artificial intelligence demands that prospective teachers possess change-sensitive skills and comprehensive career readiness. To support the implementation of SDGs, particularly goals 4 and 8 which include improving the quality of education as well as decent employment opportunities and economic growth. strengthening the competencies and job readiness of prospective teachers is becoming an increasingly important issue. This study seeks to examine the effect of AI mindset on the career readiness of economics education students who are preparing to become future economics teachers. Method: This study, using a PLS-SEM approach, also examines the role of experiential learning as a mediating variable in the relationship between AI mindset and career readiness. Results: This study found that an AI mindset had a positive and significant impact on career readiness, both directly and through enhanced experiential learning. These results suggest that combining an AI mindset with contextual learning experiences can strengthen students' readiness to face the demands of careers in the digital age. Novelty: Placement of experience-based learning as a mediating variable that connects AI mindset with career readiness of prospective economics teachers, especially in teacher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh product display dan discount promotion terhadap keputusan impulse buying pada aktivitas live streaming di TikTok. Fenomena belanja melalui siaran langsung semakin berkembang seiring pesatnya transformasi digital, di mana tampilan produk yang menarik dan penawaran diskon terbukti mampu memicu keputusan pembelian secara spontan. Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan seperti ChatGPT turut menghadirkan dinamika baru dalam literasi ekonomi digital, memperluas cara konsumen memperoleh informasi dan memahami strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa product display dan discount promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying dalam konteks live streaming TikTok. Selain itu, literasi ekonomi digital berperan dalam memperkuat pemahaman konsumen terhadap proses transaksi dan strategi promosi berbasis teknologi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dalam strategi pemasaran online. Perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan visualisasi produk serta menawarkan promosi yang menarik untuk meningkatkan pembelian impulsif. Di sisi lain, konsumen memerlukan literasi ekonomi digital yang memadai agar mampu mengambil keputusan pembelian secara lebih rasional dan bertanggung jawab di tengah arus promosi digital yang semakin masif.

Abstract

Technological developments in the world of education are increasingly developing, one of which is the emergence of generative AI such as ChatGPT, which has been widely used to assist in academic activities. However, the accuracy of the information generated by ChatGPT is sometimes misleading, which can affect students' intentions to use ChatGPT. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention to use ChatGPT by economics education students in East Java using the UTAUT model. A quantitative approach with a survey method in the form of a questionnaire was used in this study. The population used in this study included all undergraduate economics education students in East Java who have used ChatGPT in learning. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling and the number of samples used in this study was 170 respondents. Online questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms to collect data in this study, and PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS 4 software was used for research data analysis techniques. This study found that all variables in the UTAUT model, including effort expectancy, facilitating condition, performance expectancy, and social influence, have a positive effect on students' intentions to use ChatGPT. This shows that the intention to use ChatGPT among economics students is influenced by perceptions regarding ease of use, availability of supporting facilities, performance benefits, and social support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil-hasil penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR)  dengan mengacu pada tahapan identifikasi, screening, eligibility, dan included. Sumber artikel diperoleh melalui database Google Scholar dan Garuda dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2019–2025. Dari 35 artikel yang teridentifikasi, diperoleh 10 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan selanjutnya dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan dan mata pelajaran. Siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan interpersonal tinggi cenderung lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran, mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif, bekerja sama dalam kelompok, serta membangun hubungan sosial yang baik dengan guru maupun teman sebaya. Kemampuan tersebut mendukung peningkatan partisipasi dalam belajar, pemahaman materi, dan pencapaian akademik. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar bersifat konsisten dalam berbagai konteks pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan perlu dikembangkan melalui proses pembelajaran yang kolaboratif dan interaktif.
