Abstract

Differentiated and innovative learning is one of the challenges for sekolah penggerak to held in the learning processsaccording to the curriculum of Merdeka. This study aims to determine the effect of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model on student's learning outcomes in market balance material. The classical assumption test technique is applied to the data and then analyzed using simple regression. The results of this study show that the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model has a significant effect on improving student's learning outcomes based on the normality test, multicollinearityytest, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and linearity test.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the joint influence of student perceptions regarding teaching style variants. interactional teachers on student learning outcomes on national income material at driving schools. The population of 3 high schools with driving school status in Gresik Regency was 432, then a simple random sampling technique was used. The sample used in this research was 144 students using explanatory quantitative methods and using tests, hypotheses, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing, a coefficient of determination (R-squared) of 0.64 was obtained. Thus, it can be concluded that the combined influence of variables X on variable Y is 64%, while 36% is caused by the influence of other variables. Thus, it is hoped that schools will hold teacher training to improve teachers' varied teaching abilities so that student learning outcomes are optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh literasi digital dan media sosial instagram terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebesar 347, Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik Multistage Random Sampling yakni menggunakan purposive sampling dan proportional random sampling. Data akan diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung, literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif, Media sosial instagram berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif, serta literasi digital dan media sosial instagram berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa.

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning should be pursued continuously, covering various factors that support improving student learning outcomes. Study Materials or Learning Materials are one of the dominant factors in improving the quality of learning. (Guide to Preparing Higher Education Curriculum in the Industrial Era 4.0 to support MBKM, 2020). Learning materials include reference books, monographs, diktats, modules, videos, practical instructions, textbooks, and other equivalent learning resources. As explained in the MKBM for the Economic Education Study Program, there are 23 courses in the field of science and expertise and 8 basic courses, and in general, they are not supported by textbooks that follow the Semester Learning Plan (SLP) of the courses. These conditions make it urgent that textbooks for each course are necessary to improve the quality of the learning process and outcomes of the course concerned, especially in efforts to achieve graduate learning outcomes (GLO). This research aims to develop a Development Economics textbook to support adequate and appropriate learning of Development Economics courses. The research method used is the research and development (Research and Development) ADDIE development model with five stages, namely analysis (analysis stage), design (design stage), development (development stage), implementation (implementation stage), and evaluation (evaluation stage). The targeted output is to produce a Development Economics textbook that has an ISBN and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perilaku ekonomi pada mahasiswa, yang masih bertindak mengarah ke perilaku konsumtif.  Tujuan penelitian ini guna untuk dapat melihat analisis perkembangan penelitian tertentu dari lingkungan sekitar dan sikapnya dalam mengambil keputusan untuk membeli suatu barang pada mahasiswa. Dapat dilihat pada faktor ekternal dan internal pada perilaku ekonomi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur yakni metode dengan mengumpulkan data pustaka, mencatat dan membaca, serta dapat mengelola data penelitian berdasarkan fakta dan bukti, sistematis, kritis dan analitis. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yakni analisis isi atau content analysis. Hasil dari dari analisis beberapa jurnal sebelumnya bahwa adanya beberapa faktor yang dapat berpengaruh pada perilaku ekonomi pada mahasiswa dan adanya aspek perilaku konsumtif maupun produktif. Perilaku ekonomi adalah tindakan mengambil keputusan dalam membeli suatu barang yang akan dibeli. Maka dari itu perlunya menumbuhkan perilaku produktif pada mahasiswa agar kemajuan ekonomi lebih baik bagi diri sendiri maupun untuk sekitar.

Abstract

Objectives: This research is to facilitate the diversity of student conditions in learning and can even be used simply for students with special needs at a low level such as deaf students and other limitations that can still be facilitated with a combination of audio visual media. Method:  The type of research method used in this study is a research and development design . Reaserch and development is a research method used to produce a certain product and test the effectiveness of the product. The development model used in this study is a development research model by proposing a series of stages that must be taken in this approach, including research and information collecting, planning, developing preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, and dissemination and implementation. Results: Based on the results of validation that have been carried out by experts in media, language, and materials, as well as in limited trials, this book is considered very good and worthy of application in learning. The integration of technology in this textbook reflects significant developments in the development of interactive and digital educational resources. Novelty: A combination of video barcodes in diverse learning contexts This innovative approach combines digital technology with traditional teaching materials, so students can choose the most effective way of learning according to their learning style. Either visually, auditory, or kinesthetic. Thus, the ADDIE model is used to develop textbooks in getting positive assessments from each expert and limited trials. This shows that the approach is not only innovative, but also effective and suitable for application in the field of education.

Abstract

This research was prepared with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of the implementation of UKT adjustment policies and how they impacted the finances of Higher Education Institutions. The study used a descriptive approach with the use of primary data from student responses and secondary data from financial reports published by Unesa. The results that can be found in this study include the Higher Education Policy in terms of the effective implementation of UKT money adjustments. Based on the indicators of the effectiveness of the policy, the four indicators are the right policy, the right implementation, the right target and the environment as a whole. This can be seen from the student's response which has an impact on their mentality in the spirit of students continuing to carry out lectures and there is no dropout or late graduation in 2020. Higher education policies in terms of adjusting UKT money include adjusting UKT because the impact of the covid-19 pandemic has an effect on decreasing The University's Non-Tax National Income (PNBP) is 13%. However, the decrease in income was offset by a decrease in higher education operational costs as a form of efficiency that has been carried out by Unesa, which was 26%, so that the level of higher education financial deficit did not increase and did not interfere with higher education services to the academic community

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model based on Project Based Learning (PjBL) towards student learning outcomes through self-regulated learning as a mediating variable in economics subjects in sekolah penggerak. This research is explanatory-quantitative research which aims to measure the cause-and-effect relationship between two or more phenomena. Data collection using questionnaire techniques with students' response questionnaires as research instruments. The results showed that: 1) The Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model based on Project Based Learning towards self-regulated learning proved to be significant and positive as shown by the path coefficient of 0.789 and p0.001; 2) The Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) model based on Project Based Learning towards learning outcomes also proved to be significant as shown by the path coefficient of 0.154 and 0.013. This index is categorized as highly significant because the p value is less than equal to 0.01; and 3) Self-regulated learning proved to be a positive impact towards students' learning outcomes as shown by the path coefficient of 0.740 and p value of 0.014.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness influence the Behavioral Intention of Prospective Economics Teachers to Use Gamification Tools in their future teaching. This research uses a sample of 200 students from the State University in East Java. The analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant influence between Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on the Behavioral Intention of Prospective Economics Teachers. These results prove that the two exogenous variables influence prospective teacher students' interest in using gamification tools.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of academic self-efficacy on the academic achievement in economics of grade X and XI students at SMAN 1 Balen in the subject of economics. This study employs a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. The population used in this study consists of grade X and XI students who take economics classes. The sample size for this study was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate, resulting in 172 students. The instrument in this study uses a questionnaire statement with a Likert scale to measure the academic self-efficacy variable (X) and academic achievement, which can be seen from the odd semester's Final Summative Assessment (SAS) scores for the 2023/2024 academic year. Data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis by examining the t-test and significance value. Several stages are conducted in this study, including the validity and reliability tests of the statement items, classical assumption tests (normality and linearity tests), and the t-test. The results of this study indicate that the academic self-efficacy variable (X) has a positive effect on the academic achievement in economics of grade X and XI students at SMAN 1 Balen, as shown by the calculated t-value of 8.156, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.973, or a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The influence of academic self-efficacy on academic achievement in economics is quite strong at 53%, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other independent variables. The higher the academic self-efficacy possessed by the students, the higher the academic achievement in economics they will attain, and conversely, if the students' academic self-efficacy is low, their academic achievement in economics will also be low.
