Abstract

In realizing sustainable tourism, the implementation of green action is needed as a concrete form of action that can be taken. Casa Kandara Hotel is one of the hotel accommodations that implements green action as a form of concern for the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the implementation of green hotels in the form of green action at Casa Kandara Hotel Waingapu East Sumba. This research method uses a qualitative approach with observation and interview data collection techniques. And analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis with the approach of the concept of accommodation, green hotel and green action. The results of this study indicate that there are concrete green actions that have been carried out by Casa Kandara Hotel. Green actions in question such as electrical energy efficiency, water energy efficiency, utilization of local products and environmentally friendly waste treatment. It is hoped that there will be a joint commitment from both the management and management of accommodation as well as the role of the government in implementing environmentally friendly green action. This is so that all accommodations in Waingapu can implement environmentally friendly concepts in their respective accommodations.

Abstract

Employee performance is a major factor in increasing the productivity of an organization. However, unprofessional leadership styles often lead to differences in the treatment of local employees, which leads to social jealousy. In addition, delays in paying salaries and lack of briefings before and after work shifts also have a negative impact on employee motivation and performance. Declining employee performance will affect the resort's revenue and occupancy. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at Pramana Watu Kurung Resort Ubud. This study also aims to identify independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires with a total population of 62 employees. while the sample used as many as 50 employees is not included in Top Management. The results of statistical analysis and multiple linear regression show that leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These two variables contributed 62.9% to employee performance, with the motivation variable having a more dominant influence (0.450>0.428). As a suggestion, Pramana Watu Kurung Resort Ubud is expected to provide encouragement and enthusiasm to employees, as well as establish a salary policy that is in accordance with standards and ensure that salaries are given on time. Thus, employees will be more motivated to complete their work optimally and with high quality. These measures are expected to improve overall performance and productivity at Pramana Watu Kurung Resort Ubud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Air Terjun Yeh Pikat, dengan tujuan (1) mengetahui potensi wisata Air Terjun Yeh Pikat di Kabupaten Gianyar. (2) mengetahui strategi pengembangan Air Terjun Yeh Pikat sebagai daya tarik wisata di Desa Taro, Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, dan (3) dokumentasi, yang kemudian dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) potensi yang ada adalah air terjun dan keindahannya yang memesona bagi para wisatawan. Wisatawan dapat menikmati berbagai fasilitas yang ada, termasuk bersuci dan bermain air. (2) strategi yang dapat dikembangkan di Air Terjun Yeh Pikat agar para pendukung dapat lebih nyaman berada di Air Terjun Yeh Pikat, dan tentunya tetap menjaga kelestarian dan keasrian Air Terjun Yeh Pikat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Objek Wisata Gua Rangko, dengan tujuan (1) mengetahui potensi-potensi yang dapat menunjang pengembangan wisata Gua Rangko sebagai objek wisata alam di Desa Rangko Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, (2) mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan wisata Gua Rangko sebagai objek wisata alam di Desa Rangko Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, (3) mengetahui strategi pengembangan gua rangko sebagai objek wisata alam di Desa Rangko Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Strategi Pengembangan Daya Tarik Wisata Gua Rangko, sedangkan subjek penelitiannya adalah wisatawan yang berada di Daya Tarik Wisata Gua Rangko. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, (3) dokumentasi, yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Abstract

Tourism involves travelling using the services of a travel agent. Increased tourist visits have a positive impact on the country by opening up opportunities for travel agents to sell their services. PT Bali Daksina Wisata Tour and Travel, as one of the travel agents, offers tirtayatra tour packages as well as inbound and outbound tour packages. This study aims to determine the procedure for preparing tour packages at PT Bali Daksina Wisata, the obstacles experienced in preparing packages, and the strategies applied to overcome these obstacles. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, then analysed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. PT Bali Daksina Wisata Tour and Travel faces several obstacles in preparing tour packages, such as lack of innovation, market competition, lack of relationships, tourist destinations that are not yet well known, inadequate locations and parking lots. To overcome these obstacles, the company needs to add attractions that are currently popular and promote them through social media. Consistency in product, price, and tour package innovation is important to face competition. Building stronger relationships will help fulfil consumer needs and better engagement with those in lesser-known tourist destinations can make it easier to book accommodation. Providing dedicated parking spaces for employees and guests will also increase convenience and improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kunjungan wisatawan ke Bali mendorong persaingan antar biro perjalanan wisata, termasuk PT Bali Daksina Wisata Tour & Travel. Saat ini, fokus utama penyusunan dan penjualan adalah paket wisata tirtayatra karena belum adanya inovasi terbaru. Penyusunan paket wisata dilakukan oleh Sales & Marketing karena belum terbentuknya tim khusus yang  menyusun paket wisata. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh tim Sales & Marketing dalam Penyusunan paket wisata pada PT Bali Daksina Wisata Tour & Travel, kendala yang dialami Sales & Marketing dalam menyusun paket wisata, serta solusi dari kendala yang dialami selama proses penyusunan paket wisata. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik penelitian observasi, wawancara dam dokumentasi berupa checklist observasi, hasil wawancara, dan pengambilan gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh sales & marketing dalam menyusun paket wisata yaitu melakukan riset pasar, melakukan pengembangan paket wisata, menjalin jaringan kerja sama yang lebih luas, promosi yang kreatif dan evaluasi yang rutin. Penulis juga akan mendapatkan kesimpulan dan saran mengenai Upaya Sales & Marketing Dalam Penyusunan Paket Wisata pada PT Bali Daksina Wisata Tour & Travel.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are as follows: 1. to find out the standard operating procedures for individual guest check-in during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2. to find out the application of standard operating procedures for individual guest check-in by guest experience assistants during the Covid-19 pandemic , 3. to find out the obstacles experienced by guest experience assistants in implementing standard operating procedures for individual guest check-in during the Covid-19 pandemic, 4. to find out the efforts made to overcome obstacles in implementing standard operating procedures for individual guest check-in during the Covid-19 pandemic at The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa. The analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The research instruments are: observation check-list, documentation study, and interview list. From the results of the research that has been done, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1. 1. The standard operating procedures for individual guest check-in during the Covid-19 pandemic at The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa underwent several additions and new arrangements referring to CHSE, 2. the application of health protocols to standard operating procedures for individual guest check-in has not been carried out optimally and consistently because some of the standard operating procedures are not carried out by guest experience assistants, 3. Constraints experienced include: lack of employees, some guests are still difficult to maintain distance, 4. efforts made in dealing with obstacles include: dividing tasks with trainees, putting up signs keeping distance
